本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物。
背景技术
乳腺增生性疾病是乳腺外科中常见的一种疾病，占乳腺专科门诊病人数的80%以上，明显影响女性健康。近些年来该病发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，年龄也越来越低龄化，患者多为育龄期女性，以30-40岁发病率较高。主要表现为乳房疼痛、压痛、腺体局限性增厚或形成包块。目前，临床上治疗乳腺增生西药主要有维生素类药和激素类药物。采用激素类药物、碘制剂及三苯氧胺，可以缓解疼痛，因有一定的副作用，不做首选。维生素a、b、c、e能保护肝脏及改善肝功能，从而改善雌激素的代谢，可常作为乳腺增生症治疗的辅助性药物，其治标不治本。对于药物治疗效果不好，有乳腺癌高危因素和不能除外癌性病变者可采用手术方式治疗，但是其存在创伤大的不足。
中医将乳腺增生病称为“乳癖”。一般认为，乳癖是由于各种原因导致肝郁气滞或冲任失调造成，临床应予疏肝解郁，活血化瘀为治法进行辨治。
根据中医理论，针对乳腺增生的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

为了克服现有技术中激素类药物治疗乳腺增生副作用大、维生素类药物为辅助性药物而治标不治本、手术治疗创伤大的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。

一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，年龄20～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、多数在乳房外上象限有一扁平肿块，扪之有豆粒大小韧硬结节，可有触痛，肿块边界欠清，与周围组织不粘连；
2、乳房可有胀痛，每随喜怒而消长，常在月经前加重，月经后缓解；
3、本病多见于20～40岁妇女；
4、钼钯X线乳房摄片、冷光源强光照射、液晶热图像等检查有助诊断；必要时作组织病理学检查。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：乳房肿块及疼痛消失；
2、好转：乳房肿块缩小，疼痛减轻或消失；
3、未愈：乳房肿块及疼痛无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10个疗程，治愈71例，好转24例，未愈5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

病例1：杨某，女，27岁，自述：自从小孩断奶后，乳房有肿块，经期乳房胀痛，腰背酸痛，平日失眠多梦，心烦口苦。舌苔薄黄，脉弦滑。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，肿块基本消失，经期乳房胀痛消失，继续巩固2个疗程，肿块完全消失，痊愈。

1.一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：夏枯草10-30份，柴胡10-20份，海藻5-15份，蒲公英10-20份，山慈菇5-15份，红景天5-15份，延胡索10-20份，旱莲草10-20份，穿心莲10-30份，白茅根10-20份，蜂房5-15份，玫瑰花10-20份，海浮石10-30份，海龙5-15份，八月札10-20份，龙胆草5-15份，丝瓜络10-20份，芥菜10-20份，仙人掌10-30份，橘核5-15份，扛板归10-20份，蒲葵子10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：夏枯草20份，柴胡15份，海藻10份，蒲公英15份，山慈菇10份，红景天10份，延胡索15份，旱莲草15份，穿心莲20份，白茅根15份，蜂房10份，玫瑰花15份，海浮石20份，海龙10份，八月札15份，龙胆草10份，丝瓜络15份，芥菜15份，仙人掌20份，橘核10份，扛板归15份，蒲葵子15份。
