本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例120例，男42例，女78例，年龄35～65岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、初起多以小关节呈对称性疼痛肿胀，多发于指关节或背脊，晨僵，活动不利；
2、起病缓慢，反复迁延不愈，逐渐形体消瘦。常因感受风寒湿邪而反复发作；
3、病久受累关节呈梭形肿胀，压痛拒按，活动时疼痛。后期关节变形僵直，表面光滑，周围肌肉萎缩。少数病例有皮下结节；
4、血查类风湿因子阳性，发作期血沉可增快。X线摄片可见骨质疏松改变，或关节骨面侵蚀呈半脱位或脱位，以及骨性强直，关节面融合等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：关节疼痛、肿胀消失，活动功能正常，实验室检查正常；
2、有效：关节疼痛、肿胀减轻，活动功能好转，实验室检查有改善；
3、无效：关节疼痛、肿胀及实验室检查无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，痊愈90例，随访未见复发；有效21例，无效9例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
王某，女，49岁。膝盖关节疼痛肿胀较厉害，受寒加重，关节屈伸困难，久坐后起身困难，痛处不红，触之不热。诊见：面色无华，肢体畏寒，舌质淡苔白、脉沉弱。诊断为：类风湿性关节炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，关节肿胀消失，痛感减轻；继续服用3个疗程，所有症状完全消失，功能活动恢复正常，治愈。半年后随访无复发。
病例2：
杨某，男，53岁。患类风湿性关节炎三余年，腿部及手臂关节处受风寒疼痛难忍，并伴有发热、疲乏、口腔溃疡、皮疹等症状，多方治疗效果不佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，症状全部消失，关节疼痛明显减轻；继续服用3个疗程，以巩固疗效，痊愈。随访至今未复发。
病例3：
邹某，女，62岁。先是全身关节痛并逐渐出现双手关节肿，不能伸直，手腕及足踝关节均肿胀，右肩上举受限，腰痛，行走困难，同时伴有头晕眼花等症状，每逢阴天及气节交替时关节非常痛。诊断为：类风湿性关节炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，诸症状有所改善；继续服用3个疗程，指关节、踝关节肿痛完全消失，恢复自由行动，痊愈。

1.一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：刺五加10-30份、凤仙花5-25份、穿破石10-30份、雪莲花5-20份、狗脊5-25份、云芝5-25份、萆薢5-20份、月见草5-25份、草牡丹5-25份、七角白蔹5-25份、豨莶草5-25份、千斤拔10-30份、寻骨风5-25份、蕲蛇5-20份、仙茅5-25份、五爪龙10-30份、石菖蒲5-25份、钻地风5-25份、丝瓜络5-25份、松节5-20份、七叶莲5-25份、九里香5-20份、鸡屎藤5-20份、茜草5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：刺五加20份、凤仙花15份、穿破石20份、雪莲花10份、狗脊15份、云芝15份、萆薢10份、月见草15份、草牡丹15份、七角白蔹15份、豨莶草15份、千斤拔20份、寻骨风15份、蕲蛇10份、仙茅15份、五爪龙20份、石菖蒲15份、钻地风15份、丝瓜络15份、松节10份、七叶莲15份、九里香10份、鸡屎藤10份、茜草15份、甘草10份。
