技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体来说涉及一种治疗更年期综合征的药剂。
背景技术
更年期综合症是由雌激素水平下降而引起的一系列症状。更年期妇女，由于卵巢功能减退，垂体功能亢进，分泌过多的促性腺激素，引起植物神经功能紊乱，从而出现一系列程度不同的症状，如月经变化、面色潮红、心悸、失眠、乏力、抑郁、多虑、情绪不稳定，易激动，注意力难于集中等，称为“更年期综合征”。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗更年期综合征的药剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗更年期综合征的药剂，它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：红花5-10份、石菖蒲1-5份、当归3-10份、山茱萸5-10份、巴戟天1-5份、木香1-5份、枸杞子5-15份、夜交藤1-3份、肉桂3-5份、当归1-5份和菟丝子1-5份。
优选地，本发明所述的治疗更年期综合征的药剂是由下述重量配比的物质制成：红花5份、石菖蒲3份、当归5份、山茱萸8份、巴戟天3份、木香3份、枸杞子10份、夜交藤2份、肉桂5份、当归3份和菟丝子5份。
更优选地，本发明所述的药剂为片剂、分散片、软膏剂、或栓剂。
本发明所述的治疗更年期综合征的药剂采用天然药物，毒性更小，更加适用于妇女疾病的治疗。同时，本发明所述的治疗更年期综合征的药剂疗效明确，可有效地治疗更年期综合征，因此十分适宜在临床上推广。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例片剂的制备
称取红花50克、石菖蒲30克、当归50克、山茱萸80克、巴戟天30克、木香30克、枸杞子100克、夜交藤20克、肉桂50克、当归30克和菟丝子50克，粉碎机粉碎，过80目筛，加入微晶纤维素300克、甘露醇100克，混合均匀，用10重量％的淀粉水溶液造粒，干燥后与交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮50克混合均匀，压成100片。
实验例
一、患者资料
参照《卫生部中药新药治疗女性更年期综合征的临床研究指导原则》的诊断标准选择病例，临床表现均有不同程度的月经紊乱、烘热汗出、烦躁易怒、心悸失眠、胸闷头加、情志异常、记忆力减退、腰腿酸加等。经全身检查排除心脑血竹、精神神经、肝、肾、造血系统等方面疾病及双侧卵巢切除、卵巢肿瘤和卵巢功能早衰、甲状腺功能亢进者。血清雌激素(E2)水平均有不同程度的下降，卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成激素(LH)水平升高。选取符合上述要求的30例患者，年龄42岁-55岁。
二、治疗方法
使用实施例1制备的片剂进行治疗，每日两次，每次服用两片，连续服用1个月为一个疗程。
三、疗效评定标准
参照卫生部《中药新药治疗女性更年期综合征的临床研究指导原则》制定疗效标准。治愈：临床症状消失，理化检查结果恢复相应水平。好转：临床症状有所好转，理化检查结果有所改善。无效：症状、体征、理化指标均无好转或恶化。
四、结果
全部30例患者在经过一个疗程的治疗后，全部符合治愈的标准。并且，在治疗过程中未发现明显的不良反应。

1.一种治疗更年期综合征的片剂，其特征在于，它是由下列方法制成：称取红花50克、石菖蒲30克、当归50克、山茱萸80克、巴戟天30克、木香30克、枸杞子100克、夜交藤20克、肉桂50克、当归30克和菟丝子50克，粉碎机粉碎，过80目筛，加入微晶纤维素300克、甘露醇100克，混合均匀，用10重量％的淀粉水溶液造粒，干燥后与交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮50克混合均匀，压成100片。
