Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
强直性脊椎炎是骶骻骨关节和脊椎炎症为主的慢性、全身性免疫性疾病，病程缠绵难愈，致残率高，是国内外公认难治性疾病，发病因机众说纷纭。治疗多采用免疫抑制剂和糖皮质激素等，患者长期应用难以耐受，经临床长期观察，现有西医技术及药物只能缓解病情而不能治愈，停药后易反复或症状较前加重。西药尚无理想疗效，中医药治强直性脊椎炎有较多优势，效果良好，但缺少这方面的药物，不能满足临床治疗的需要。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药组合物。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药组合物，由以下重量的药材制备而成：雷公藤6-10g、生黄芪30~60g、狗脊10~20g、杜仲10~20g、山茱萸6~10g、枸杞子10~15g、桑寄生10~20g、当归尾10~15g、生白芍10~30g、川芎6~15g、威灵仙10~15g、忍冬藤20~50g、白花蛇舌草30~60g、葛根10~20g、虎杖10~30g、生苡仁15~30g、川牛膝10~15g、蚕沙6~10g、甘草6~10g、肉桂2~3g、生姜3片、葱白1根。
本发明采用如下制备方法制备：取雷公藤加8倍水先煎一小时，后加入其他各药，加入8倍，6倍量的水煎煮两次，每次两小时，合并滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.20备用。
本方中狗脊、杜仲、桑寄生、山茱萸、枸杞子补肝肾入督脉，强筋骨、壮腰膝、祛风湿，宣痹止痛。当归、黄芪健脾益气，养后天滋先天之精；葛根、白芍、甘草、蚕沙破阴结，舒筋止痛；雷公藤、威灵仙、川芎通十二经脉，祛风除湿；更有虎杖、生苡仁消瘀逐痰湿之妙品。忍冬藤、白花蛇舌草解经络之浊毒；肉桂助俞门之火，通行气血经脉，牛膝补肝肾之阴，活血通络，二药合用补下元虚，治虚阳上浮；补真阴虚，抑虚火之炎，同引火归源。生姜护胃，发散，葱白通阳走窜，引诸药入里达表。各药合用共奏祛风除湿，滋补肝肾、活血通络，共同达到治疗强直性脊柱炎的目的。
临床资料
病例来源
取来诊断为强直性脊柱炎的患者60例，随机均分为治疗组和对照组。其中对照组，男性19例，女性11例，病程0.3-12年，年龄24-43岁；治疗组男性20例，女性10例，病程0.4-42岁，年龄23-44岁，各组的年龄、性别无明显差异。
治疗方法
对照组给予口服柳氮磺嘧啶，按说明书量服用。
治疗组给予本发明实施例1制备而成的药物，一处方为一日用量，分早中晚三次服用。一个月为一个疗程，2个疗程后复诊。
疗效标准
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》标准制定。显效：症状缓解明显，关节与脊柱功能活动范围增加，红细胞沉降率恢复正常，X线显示骨质病变有改善或无发展，恢复正常劳动和工作。有效：症状基本减轻，关节与脊柱功能活动范围稍有增加，生活不能自理转为自理，红细胞沉降率降低。无效：治疗2个疗程以上，与治疗前比较，各方面均无进步。
治疗结果
治疗结果统计如下表

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
称取雷公藤8g、生黄芪45g、狗脊15g、杜仲15g、山茱萸8g、枸杞子12g、桑寄生15g、当归尾12g、生白芍20g、川芎10g、威灵仙12g、忍冬藤35g、白花蛇舌草45g、葛根15g、虎杖20g、生苡仁22g、川牛膝12g、蚕沙8g、甘草8g、肉桂2.5g、生姜3片、葱白1根。取雷公藤加入8倍量的先煎一小时，后加入其他各药，加入8倍、6倍量的水煎煮两次，每次两小时，合并滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.20备用。
实施例2
称取雷公藤6g、生黄芪30g、狗脊10g、杜仲10g、山茱萸6g、枸杞子10g、桑寄生10g、当归尾10g、生白芍10g、川芎6g、威灵仙10g、忍冬藤20g、白花蛇舌草30g、葛根10g、虎杖10g、生苡仁15g、川牛膝10g、蚕沙6g、甘草6g、肉桂2g、生姜3片、葱白1根。取雷公藤加入8倍量的先煎一小时，后加入其他各药，加入8倍、6倍量的水煎煮两次，每次两小时，合并滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.20备用。

1.一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量的药材制备而成：雷公藤6-10g、生黄芪30~60g、狗脊10~20g、杜仲10~20g、山茱萸6~10g、枸杞子10~15g、桑寄生10~20g、当归尾10~15g、生白芍10~30g、川芎6~15g、威灵仙10~15g、忍冬藤20~50g、白花蛇舌草30~60g、葛根10~20g、虎杖10~30g、生苡仁15~30g、川牛膝10~15g、蚕沙6~10g、甘草6~10g、肉桂2~3g、生姜3片、葱白1根。
