本发明涉及一种治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物，它包含下述重量份的物质：丹参8-15份、红花6-12份、牛膝10-15份、大黄12-18份、防风12-18份、白芷12-18份、侧柏12-18份、赤芍12-18份、乳香12-18份、没药12-18份、川芎6-12份、桃仁10-15份、柴胡6-10份、桂枝6-10份、元胡8-12份、香附8-12份、当归8-12份、三棱8-12份、莪术8-12份、栀子6-12份、独活8-12份、骨碎补8-12份、茜草8-12份、小蓟8-12份、威灵仙8-12份、荆芥8-12份和血竭8-12份。本发明所述的治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物具有活血化瘀、消肿比痛、接骨续筋等作用。

一种治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及中医药领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
跌打损伤包括刀枪、跌倒、殴打、闪挫、刺伤、擦伤、运动损伤等，伤处多有疼痛、肿胀、出血或骨折、脱臼等，也包括一些内脏损伤。在此主要以软组织损伤为主。目前治疗药物很多，如中华跌打丸、活血止痛胶囊、云南白药、田三七、百宝丹、正骨水等，临床疗效也较显著，但是起效有快有慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物，它包含下述重量份的物质：丹参8-15份、红花6-12份、牛膝10-15份、大黄12-18份、防风12-18份、白芷12-18份、侧柏12-18份、赤芍12-18份、乳香12-18份、没药12-18份、川芎6-12份、桃仁10-15份、柴胡6-10份、桂枝6-10份、元胡8-12份、香附8-12份、当归8-12份、三棱8-12份、莪术8-12份、栀子6-12份、独活8-12份、骨碎补8-12份、茜草8-12份、小蓟8-12份、威灵仙8-12份、荆芥8-12份和血竭8-12份。
优选地，本发明所述的治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物包含下述重量份的物质：丹参10份、红花9份、牛膝13份、大黄15份、防风15份、白芷15份、侧柏15份、赤芍15份、乳香15份、没药15份、川芎10份、桃仁12份、柴胡8份、桂枝8份、元胡10份、香附10份、当归10份、三棱10份、莪术10份、栀子10份、独活10份、骨碎补10份、茜草10份、小蓟10份、威灵仙10份、荆芥10份和血竭10份。
更优选地，本发明所述的治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物还包含下述重量份的物质：一把伞8份、九子不离母10份、刀豆12份、山青皮20份、老鼠刺15份、百味参15份、过山龙12份、冰草20份、阴香皮8份、红梗草12份、旱田草15份、鸡爪花9份、画眉草10份、南方露珠草8份、香血藤6份和狼尾草10份。
优选地，所述中药组合物可以为片剂、分散片、散剂或膏剂。
本发明还提供组合物在制备治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药中的用途，所述组合物包含下述重量份的物质：丹参8-15份、红花6-12份、牛膝10-15份、大黄12-18份、防风12-18份、白芷12-18份、侧柏12-18份、赤芍12-18份、乳香12-18份、没药12-18份、川芎6-12份、桃仁10-15份、柴胡6-10份、桂枝6-10份、元胡8-12份、香附8-12份、当归8-12份、三棱8-12份、莪术8-12份、栀子6-12份、独活8-12份、骨碎补8-12份、茜草8-12份、小蓟8-12份、威灵仙8-12份、荆芥8-12份和血竭8-12份。

优选地，所述中药可以为片剂、分散片、散剂或膏剂。
在本发明组合物中，九子不离母、老鼠刺和鸡爪花为君药；丹参、红花、牛膝、大黄、防风、白芷、侧柏、赤芍、乳香、没药、桃仁、元胡、柴胡、桂枝、一把伞、刀豆、山青皮、百味参为臣药；香附、当归、三棱、莪术、栀子、独活、骨碎补、茜草、小蓟、威灵仙、荆芥、血竭、过山龙、冰草、阴香皮、红梗草、旱田草、画眉草、南方露珠草、香血藤和狼尾草为佐药；川芎调和诸药，为使药。
本发明所述的治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物具有活血化瘀、消肿比痛、接骨续筋等作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
称取丹参100克、红花90克、牛膝130克、大黄150克、防风150克、白芷150克、侧柏150克、赤芍150克、乳香150克、没药150克、川芎100克、桃仁120克、柴胡80克、桂枝80克、元胡100克、香附100克、当归100克、三棱100克、莪术100克、栀子100克、独活100克、骨碎补100克、茜草100克、小蓟100克、威灵仙100克、荆芥100克和血竭100克，粉碎，过60目筛，加入10升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液蒸干，粉碎，加入羊毛脂650克，搅拌均匀，即得膏剂1。
实施例2：
称取丹参100克、红花90克、牛膝130克、大黄150克、防风150克、白芷150克、侧柏150克、赤芍150克、乳香150克、没药150克、川芎100克、桃仁120克、柴胡80克、桂枝80克、元胡100克、香附100克、当归100克、三棱100克、莪术100克、栀子100克、独活100克、骨碎补100克、茜草100克、小蓟100克、威灵仙100克、荆芥100克、血竭100克、一把伞80克、九子不离母100克、刀豆120克、山青皮200克、老鼠刺150克、百味参150克、过山龙120克、冰草200克、阴香皮80克、红梗草120克、旱田草150克、鸡爪花90克、画眉草100克、南方露珠草80克、香血藤60克和狼尾草100克，粉碎，过60目筛，加入10升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液蒸干，粉碎，加入羊毛脂650克，搅拌均匀，即得膏剂2。
实验例
临床资料
54例跌打损伤患者，男性28例，女性26例；年龄最大62岁，最小12岁；仅为软组织损伤伴瘀血肿痛、闪腰岔气、瘀积压痛、创伤出血等44例，伴有脱臼3例，伴有骨折7例；病程最短30分钟，最长1个月；未经其他治疗24例，骨折手术治疗后3例，经内服或者外用其他药物30例。分为第一组和第二组，各27例。第一组男13例，女14例；第二组男15例，女12例。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程方面差异均无显著性(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
诊断标准
所有患者均有外伤史，有不同程度瘀血肿痛、瘀点瘀斑、活动受限等，经X线检查提示：关节脱臼或者骨折。
第一组患者使用实施例1制备的膏剂1，每天1次，每次使用10克膏剂均匀涂覆在患处，连续治疗5天。第二组患者使用实施例2制备的膏剂2，每天1次，每次使用10克膏剂均匀涂覆在患处，连续治疗5天。
疗效标准
痊愈：肿痛消失，瘀血消退，活动自如，有骨折者经X线检查，长满骨痂。显效：肿痛基本消失，瘀血基本消退，有骨折者经X线检查有骨痂形成。有效：肿痛有所消失，瘀血有所消退，有骨折者经X线检查有部分骨痂形成。无效：肿痛及瘀血没有变化，有骨折者经X线检查没有骨痂形成。
结果
在第一组中，痊愈17例，显效5例，有效3例，无效2例；在第二组中，全部患者均符合痊愈的疗效标准。
在治疗中观察，未出现严重不良反应，治疗结束后两组患者的血、尿、粪常规及肝肾功能检查均未见异常。没有皮肤过敏反应等。
典型病例
胡某，男，36岁。腰椎骨折术后、右股骨上段粉碎性骨折内固定术后1个月，经多方医治，右下肢仍然肿胀疼痛，麻木不仁，站立不起，生活不能自理，X线检查右股骨见少量骨痂。使用实施例2制备的膏剂2，每天1次，每次使用10克膏剂均匀涂覆在患处，连续治疗5天，肿痛消失，瘀血消退，活动自如，有骨折者经X线检查，长满骨痂，能下地拄拐行走，现已经到工地打工。

1.一种治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于它包含下述重量份的物质：丹参8-15份、红花6-12份、牛膝10-15份、大黄12-18份、防风12-18份、白芷12-18份、侧柏12-18份、赤芍12-18份、乳香12-18份、没药12-18份、川芎6-12份、桃仁10-15份、柴胡6-10份、桂枝6-10份、元胡8-12份、香附8-12份、当归8-12份、三棱8-12份、莪术8-12份、栀子6-12份、独活8-12份、骨碎补8-12份、茜草8-12份、小蓟8-12份、威灵仙8-12份、荆芥8-12份和血竭8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于它包含下述重量份的物质：丹参10份、红花9份、牛膝13份、大黄15份、防风15份、白芷15份、侧柏15份、赤芍15份、乳香15份、没药15份、川芎10份、桃仁12份、柴胡8份、桂枝8份、元胡10份、香附10份、当归10份、三棱10份、莪术10份、栀子10份、独活10份、骨碎补10份、茜草10份、小蓟10份、威灵仙10份、荆芥10份和血竭10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，还包含下述重量份的物质：一把伞8份、九子不离母10份、刀豆12份、山青皮20份、老鼠刺15份、百味参15份、过山龙12份、冰草20份、阴香皮8份、红梗草12份、旱田草15份、鸡爪花9份、画眉草10份、南方露珠草8份、香血藤6份和狼尾草10份。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物可以为片剂、分散片、散剂或膏剂。
5.组合物在制备治疗跌打损伤、关节肿痛的中药中的用途，其特征在于所述组合物包含下述重量份的物质：丹参8-15份、红花6-12份、牛膝10-15份、大黄12-18份、防风12-18份、白芷12-18份、侧柏12-18份、赤芍12-18份、乳香12-18份、没药12-18份、川芎6-12份、桃仁10-15份、柴胡6-10份、桂枝6-10份、元胡8-12份、香附8-12份、当归8-12份、三棱8-12份、莪术8-12份、栀子6-12份、独活8-12份、骨碎补8-12份、茜草8-12份、小蓟8-12份、威灵仙8-12份、荆芥8-12份和血竭8-12份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用途，其特征在于所述组合物包含下述重量份的物质：丹参10份、红花9份、牛膝13份、大黄15份、防风15份、白芷15份、侧柏15份、赤芍15份、乳香15份、没药15份、川芎10份、桃仁12份、柴胡8份、桂枝8份、元胡10份、香附10份、当归10份、三棱10份、莪术10份、栀子10份、独活10份、骨碎补10份、茜草10份、小蓟10份、威灵仙10份、荆芥10份和血竭10份。
