[0005] 本发明中药是由下述最佳重量份配比的原料制备而成的:白芍20份、天文草10份、当归6份、猫爪草10份、积实6份、薏该仁10份、陈皮10份、泽湾10份、牡丹皮10份、茯苓12份、山慈菇6份、香附20份、败酱草20份、皂角刺12份、丝瓜络6份、白芷10份、黄柏10份、穿山甲6份、桃树胶20份。
[0006] 本发明中药制备方法包括以下步骤:
[0007] (I)将陈皮、天文草、香附、败酱草、枳实粗粉分别以水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油,并收集后混合备用;
[0008] (2)将桃树胶粉碎过150目筛,成细粉备用;
[0009] (3)白芍、当归、猫爪草、薏苡仁、牡丹皮、泽泻、茯苓、山慈菇、皂角刺、丝瓜络、白芷、黄柏、穿山甲混匀加10倍水量,加水煎煮2次,每次I小时,合并煎液,静置;然后往煎液中加入3〜4倍药液的95%的乙醇,静置15分钟,然后以3000rpm/min离心20分钟,取沉淀,喷雾干燥,得出初料;[0010] (4)将步骤I中所得挥发油喷入步骤3所得初料中,加入步骤2中所得桃树胶细粉混匀,过60目筛,装胶囊而成。
[0011] 其中所述的:白苟,为毛茛科植物苟药Paeonia lactiflora Pal1.的干燥根。性味苦、酸,微寒。归肝、脾经。功可平肝止痛,养血调经,敛阴止汗。
[0012] 天文草,为菊科植物金钮扣Spilanthes paniculata Wall, ex DC.的全草。味辛;
苦;性微温;小毒。功可止咳平喘;解毒利湿;消肿止痛。
[0013] 当归,为伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels的干燥根。性味甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。功可补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。
[0014] 猫爪草,为毛茛科植物小毛茛Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.的干燥块根。性味
甘、辛,温。归肝、肺经。功可散结,消肿。
[0015] 积实,为芸香科植物酸橙Citrus aurantium L.及其栽培变种或甜橙Citrussinensis Osbeck的干燥幼果。功可破气导滞。性味苦、辛、酸,温。归脾、胃经。功可破气消积,化痰散痞。
[0016]薏该仁,为禾本科草本植物薏该 Coixlacryma-jobiL.var.ma-yuen(Roman)S~tapf的成熟种仁。性味甘、淡,微寒。归脾、肾、肺经。功可利水渗湿,健脾,除痹,排脓消痈。
[0017] 陈皮,为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。性味苦、辛,温。归肺、脾经。功可理气健脾,燥湿化痰。
[0018] 泽湾,为泽湾科植物泽湾Alisma orientalis (Sam.) Juzep.的干燥块莖。性味甘,寒。归肾、膀胱经。功可利小便,清湿热。
·[0019] 牡丹皮,为毛茛科植物牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.的根皮。性味辛、苦,微寒。入心、肝、肾经。功可清热凉血,活血散瘀。
[0020] 茯苓,为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poriacocos (Schw.) Wolf菌核的白色部份。性味甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。功可利水渗湿,健脾,化痰,宁心安神。
[0021]山慈燕,为兰科植物杜胃$兰 Cremastra appendiculata (D.Don) Makino、独蒜兰Pleione bulbocodioides (Franch.)Rolfe 或云南独蒜兰 Pleione yunnanensis Rolfe 的干燥假鳞茎。性味甘、微辛,寒。入肝、胃经。功可清热解毒,消痈散结。

[0025] 丝瓜络,为葫芦科植物丝瓜Luffa cylindrica (L.)Roem.的干燥成熟果实的维管束。甘,平。归肺、胃、肝经。功可通络,活血,祛风。
[0026] 白ΪΕ,为伞形科植物 Angelica dahurica (Fisch.ex Hoffm.) Benth.et Hook,f.或杭白]E Angelica dahurica (Fisch.ex Hoffm.) Benth.et Hook.f.var.formosana(Boiss.)Shan et Yuan的根。性味辛,温。入肺、胃经。功可祛风解表,止痛,消肿排脓,燥湿止带。[0027] 黄柏,为云香科植物黄皮树Phellodendron chinense Schneid.或黄梁Phellodendron amurense Rupr.除去外皮的树皮。性味苦,寒。入肾、膀胱、大肠经。功可清热燥湿,泻火解毒,清虚热。
[0028] 穿山甲,为鲮鲤科动物穿山甲Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus的鳞甲。性味咸,微寒。归肝、胃经。功可通经下乳,消肿排脓,搜风通络。
[0029] 桃树胶,为蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica (L.)Batsch,树干上流出的树脂。性味
苦、平。功可活血,益气,止渴。
[0030] 组方原理:卵巢囊肿是妇科常见的疾病,症状轻微,发病隐蔽,往往在妇科检查时发现。现代医学对卵巢囊肿的发病原因尚不明确。临床上常将卵巢囊肿多归于中医“癥瘕”、“肠覃”等范畴,多认为是邪气留滞,瘀血结聚而成,故现代多数医家对卵巢囊肿的发病机理,亦每持瘀血积结之说,治疗多从气滞血瘀或者肾虚血瘀入手。但发明人临床经验认为肠覃为实性肿物,当以瘀血结聚为主要病理基础;卵巢囊肿则为囊性肿物,内含液体,当属中医所称之“痰”,系津液留聚不散所化生。尤其是中度卵巢囊肿,体积较大,其形成原因多为痰积阻滞,络中气血不行,亦可引致血瘀,而“血积既久,亦能化为痰水”(《血证论》卷五)。如此,因痰致瘀,积瘀化痰,痰瘀互结,胶著为患,遂形成囊肿。《丹溪心法》云:“痰夹瘀血,遂成窠囊”。因此,卵巢囊肿当属于中医所说之“窠囊”病,其主要病理基础乃为痰积夹瘀。痰、瘀既是病理产物,又是致病因素;既为病之标,亦是病之本,其中尤以痰积为主要病理因素。故其治疗,应活血、祛痰、散结、通络并进,方可促进卵巢囊肿的吸收。本发明处方中白芍养血调经,当归补血活血,牡丹皮活血散瘀,桃树胶活血益气,败酱草活血行瘀,以上诸药从血分入手;薏苡仁、茯苓健脾利水渗湿,陈皮健脾燥湿化痰,泽泻、黄柏清湿热,枳实破气化痰散痞,白芷、天文草燥湿消肿,以上诸药从化湿入手;山慈菇、猫爪草消痈散结,皂角刺消肿托毒,以达散结之功;配合香附行气解郁,丝瓜络通络活血,穿山甲消肿通络。
[0031] 由于卵巢囊肿需要用药周期长,所以采用胶囊剂剂型,便于服用。
[0032] 与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下特点:
[0033] 1、血分药以养血活血为主,配合散结药物,即达到了活、化的目的,又避免了破血逐瘀药的峻烈;
[0034] 2、健脾辅以渗湿、燥湿、化痰、清湿热,去除湿停痰积这一病理基础;
[0035] 3、通络药物的应用,有助于缓解阻滞经络而产生的气血不行;
[0036] 4、胶囊剂型,服用方便,依从性好,便于疗程的巩固。
具体实施方式

[0038] 实施例1,原料药重量配比:白芍10份、天文草6份、当归3份、猫爪草6份、枳实3份、薏该仁6份、陈皮6份、泽湾6份、牡丹皮6份、获茶9份、山慈燕3份、香附15份、败酱草15份、皂角刺6份、丝瓜络5份、白芷6份、黄柏6份、穿山甲3份,桃树胶10份。

[0050] 1.1.1病例选择:2008年3月〜2011年6月诊断为卵巢囊肿78例,均为门诊病人,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组48例,年龄19〜45 (34.32±2.71)岁;病程6个月至8年,平均(3.59 ± 1.02)年;单侧囊肿42例,双侧囊肿6例;囊肿直径32〜75 (50.92 ±3.98) mm。对照组30例,年龄21〜47 (34.8±3.09)岁,病程3个月至6年,平均(3.63± 1.05)年;单侧囊肿25例,双侧囊肿5例;囊肿直径3(T7 I mm,平均(51.06±4.26)mm。两组患者治疗前在年龄、病情、病程、囊肿直径上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
[0051] 1.1.2诊断标准:参照《妇产科学》(第5版),全部病例均根据病史、妇科检查、B超或CT及放射免疫AFP、Ca庐125检查明确诊断,并排除卵巢恶性肿瘤。

[0053] 1.2.1治疗方法:治疗组以本发明实施例2中所得胶囊口服,6g/次,2次/d。对照组用大黄蛰虫丸,2次/d,6g/次,温水送服。2组治疗均在月经第7天开始治疗,经期停用。一月为I疗程,一疗程后复查I次,3疗程后统计疗效。服药期间不服其他药物。
[0054] 1.2.2疗效标准:参照《妇产科学》,痊愈:临床症状、体征消失,B超探查卵巢囊肿消失;显效:临床症状、体征基本好转,B超探查卵巢囊肿缩小1/2以上,或一侧囊肿消失;有效:临床症状、体征减轻,B超探查卵巢囊肿较治疗前缩小不足1/2 ;无效:临床症状、体征和B超检查无变化。

[0059] 2.2两组治疗前后B超卵巢囊肿直径变化情况:治疗组治疗前卵巢囊肿直径为(50.92±3.98) mm,治疗后减为(23.67±2.63) mm,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(t=2.692,P〈0.01),对照组治疗前卵巢囊肿直径为(51.06±4.26) mm,治疗后减为(40.99±3.96) mm,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(t=2.041,P〈0.05),治疗后治疗组较对照组的卵巢囊肿直径明显减小(t=l.992,Ρ〈0.05)。

[0062] 本研究结果显示,服用本发明的治疗组总有效率明显高于服用大黄蛰虫丸的对照组,且治疗后治疗组较对照组的卵巢囊肿直径明显减小,而不良反应的发生率显著低于服用大黄蛰虫丸的对照组,说明本发明在治疗卵巢囊肿方面拥有不良反应较轻、安全性较高的优点。·
