技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤过敏又称为敏感性皮肤，从医学角度讲，皮肤过敏主要是指当皮肤受到各种刺激如不良反应的化妆品、化学制剂、花粉、某些食品、污染的空气等等，导致皮肤出现红肿、发痒、脱皮及过敏性皮炎等异常现象，是一种变态反应，由变应原进入机体后，促使机体产生相应的抗体，引发抗原抗体反应，表现为红斑、丘疹、风团等临床客观体征，常伴瘙痒；而敏感性皮肤通常是对刺激的耐受性降低，出现一系列异常感觉反应，大多缺乏客观体征，其发生机理虽然不是很清楚，但普遍认为不伴有免疫或过敏机制；病因敏感性皮肤的原因尚不完全清楚，是多因素共同作用的结果，可分为内源性因素如种族、年龄、性别、遗传、内分泌因素、某些疾病等，以及外源性因素如化学物质刺激、环境因素、生活方式、心理因素等；内源性因素：①种族：由于不同人种角质层数目及细胞间的粘附力、黑素的量和体积等的不同，导致皮肤敏感性有差异；②年龄：青年比老年容易出现皮肤敏感，可能由于老年人的皮肤存在感觉神经功能减退、神经分布减少；③性别：一般女性对于皮肤刺激较男性敏感，可能由于女性皮肤pH值较高，对于刺激缓冲力较差；④遗传：敏感性皮肤个体大部分有敏感性皮肤家族史；⑤内分泌因素：月经周期会影响皮肤的敏感性；⑥疾病：某些皮肤病可使皮肤敏感性增高，如特应性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、鱼鳞病等；外源性因素：①化学因素：如化妆品、肥皂、清洁剂等；②环境因素：如冷、热与温度的迅速改变，季节的变化、空气污染、日光等；③生活方式：辛辣刺激饮食、酒精可加重皮肤反应；④心理因素：压力的增加、情绪的机动等常激发或加剧皮肤的反应；临床表现敏感性皮肤患者多表现为痒、刺痛感、针刺感、烧灼感、紧绷感；其严重程度不一，有个体差异；在用化妆品后，不适感加重，有的甚至不能耐受任何护肤品；可在用后数分钟出现，也可在数小时，甚至数天后出现；有时可见皮肤干燥、面部红斑、细小鳞屑；面部容易潮红；临床类型可分为：①环境型常见于肤色白、干、薄的皮肤，主要对环境因素出现反应，如对冷、热、快速的温度变化等敏感，可频繁的出现面部潮红；②化妆品型主要对化妆品出现反应；③非常敏感型对外源性的因素如化妆品、环境因素和内源性因素都可出现严重的反应，西医往往治疗不好皮肤过敏症状，会反复发作产生耐药性，中医治疗有着明显的治疗优势，疗效明确，临床效果好，深受群众喜爱，但是由于早年生产工艺所限，导致药材有效成分提取不充分。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足，本发明的目在于提供一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物及制备方法，该药物为内服药，具有疏风散热、凉血止痒的功效，且简、便、廉、验、安全舒适的特点。
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：荆芥70-130份、防风70-130份、蝉蜕90-150份、乌梢蛇120-180份、白鲜皮200-400份、苦参90-150份、地肤子200-400份、乌梅90-150份、石膏170-230份、赤芍170-230份、地骨皮200-400份、地龙120-180份、甘草40-80份、槐花170-230份、茜草170-230份、牡丹皮170-230份、紫草170-230份、蚤休120-180份、苯甲酸钠0.001-0.003份、阿斯巴甜0.001-0.002份、山梨酸钾0.001-0.002份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料荆芥、防风、白鲜皮、地肤子、赤芍、地骨皮、甘草、茜草、牡丹皮、紫草、蚤休用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料蝉蜕、乌梢蛇、地龙用粉碎机粉碎，细度为10-20目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料苦参、乌梅用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）取原料石膏放入烘烤箱内以35℃-40℃微温烘干2-3小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成10-20目，再加入原料重量10-12倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，用400-500目网过滤，再用500-600目网过滤，得石膏液，备用；
（5）取新鲜的槐花，放入烘烤箱内以35℃-40℃微温烘干2-3小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；
（6）将步骤（1）中和步骤（2）中和步骤（3）中和步骤（5）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5-2.5倍量的水，搅拌10-15分钟后浸渍30-60分钟，再加入原料总重量5-8倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量4-6倍量的水煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至55-60℃测相对密度为1.08-1.20的清膏，备用；
（7）将步骤（6）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的3-6倍量的水，煮沸5-10分钟，同时搅拌5-10分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15-20分钟后静置12-48小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（8）将步骤（7）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20-35分钟，充分搅拌20-35分钟，冷却至室温，加入步骤（4）中所得石膏液，搅拌5-10分钟，过滤三次，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述的一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：荆芥100份、防风100份、蝉蜕120份、乌梢蛇150份、白鲜皮300份、苦参120份、地肤子300份、乌梅120份、石膏200份、赤芍200份、地骨皮300份、地龙150份、甘草60份、槐花200份、茜草200份、牡丹皮200份、紫草200份、蚤休150份、苯甲酸钠0.002份、阿斯巴甜0.0015份、山梨酸钾0.0015份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料荆芥、防风、白鲜皮、地肤子、赤芍、地骨皮、甘草、茜草、牡丹皮、紫草、蚤休用粉碎机粉碎，细度为110目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料蝉蜕、乌梢蛇、地龙用粉碎机粉碎，细度为20目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料苦参、乌梅用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）取原料石膏放入烘烤箱内以35℃微温烘干2小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成10目，再加入原料重量10倍量的水，煎煮20分钟，用500目网过滤，再用600目网过滤，得石膏液，备用；
（5）取新鲜的槐花，放入烘烤箱内以40℃微温烘干2小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成，细度为50目，得原料粉，备用；
（6）将步骤（1）中和步骤（2）中和步骤（3）中和步骤（5）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5倍量的水，搅拌10分钟后浸渍35分钟，再加入原料总重量8倍量的水，煎煮40分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量5倍量的水煎煮35分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至60℃测相对密度为1.15的清膏，备用；
（7）将步骤（6）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的4倍量的水，煮沸5分钟，同时搅拌5分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15分钟后静置18小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（8）将步骤（7）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20分钟，充分搅拌20分钟，冷却至室温，加入步骤（4）中所得石膏液，搅拌10分钟，过滤三次，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物。
本中药组合物中各原料的药理作用：
荆芥：性味归经：辛，微温，归肺、肝经；功能主治：解表散风，透疹；用于感冒，头痛，麻疹，风疹，疮疡初起；炒炭治便血，崩漏，产后血晕。
防风：性味归经：辛、甘，温，归膀胱、肝、脾经；功能主治：解表祛风，胜湿，止痉；用于感冒头痛，风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒，破伤风。
蝉蜕：性味归经：甘，寒，归肺、肝经；功能主治：散风除热，利咽，透疹，退翳，解痉；用于风热感冒，咽痛，音哑，麻疹不透，风疹瘙痒，目赤翳障，惊风抽搐，破伤风。
乌梢蛇：味甘，性平，归肝经；有祛风，通络，止痉的功效，主治：用于治疗风湿顽痹，麻木拘挛，中风口眼喁斜，半身不遂，抽搐痉挛，破伤风，麻风，疥癣。
白鲜皮：性味归经：苦，寒，归脾、胃、膀胱经；功能主治：清热燥湿，祛风解毒；用于湿热疮毒，黄水淋漓，湿疹，风疹，疥癣疮癞，风湿热痹，黄疸尿赤。
苦参：味苦，性寒，归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经；功效：清热燥湿，杀虫，利尿；主治用于热痢，便血，黄疸尿闭，赤白带下，阴肿阴痒，湿疹，湿疮，皮肤瘙痒，疥癣麻风，外治滴虫性阴道炎。
地肤子：性味归经：辛、苦，寒，归肾、膀胱经；功能主治：清热利湿，祛风止痒；用于小便涩痛，阴痒带下，风疹，湿疹，皮肤瘙痒。
乌梅：性味归经：酸、涩，平，归肝、脾、肺、大肠经；功能主治：敛肺，涩肠，生津，安蛔；用于肺虚久咳，久痢滑肠，虚热消渴，蛔厥呕吐腹痛，胆道蛔虫症。
石膏：性味归经：辛、甘，大寒，归肺、胃经；功效：清热泻火，除烦止渴；主治：用于温热病壮热烦渴，肺热咳喘，胃火头痛，牙龈肿痛；疮疡久溃，湿疹，烫伤。
赤芍：性味归经：苦，微寒，归肝经；功能主治：清热凉血，散瘀止痛；用于温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，经闭痛经，徵瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。
地骨皮：性味归经：甘，寒，归肺、肝、肾经；功能主治：凉血除蒸，清肺降火；用于阴虚潮热，骨蒸盗汗，肺热咳嗽，咯血，衄血，内热消渴。
地龙：性味归经：咸，寒，归肝、脾、膀胱经；功能主治：清热定惊，通络，平喘，利尿；用于高热神昏，惊痫抽搐，关节痹痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，肺热喘咳，尿少水肿，高血压。
甘草：性平、味甘，归心、脾、肺、胃经；功效：补益；功能主治：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药；用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
槐花：性味归经：苦，微寒，归肝、大肠经；功能主治：凉血止血，清肝泻火；用于便血，痔血，血痢，崩漏，吐血，衄血，肝热目赤，头痛眩晕。
茜草：性味归经：苦，寒，归肝经；功能主治：凉血，止血，祛瘀，通经；用于吐血，衄血，崩漏，外伤出血，经闭瘀阻，关节痹痛，跌扑肿痛。
牡丹皮：性味归经：苦、辛，微寒，归心、肝、肾经；功能主治：清热凉血，活血化瘀；用于温毒发斑，吐血衄血，夜热早凉，无汗骨蒸，经闭痛经，痈肿疮毒，跌扑伤痛。
紫草：性味归经：甘、咸，寒，归心、肝经；功能主治：凉血，活血，解毒透疹；用于血热毒盛，斑疹紫黑，麻疹不透，疮疡，湿疹，水火烫伤。
蚤休：性味：苦辛，寒，有毒，归经：入心、肝经；功能主治：清热解毒，消肿止痛，凉肝定惊，主痈肿疮毒，咽肿喉痹，乳痈，蛇虫咬伤，跌打伤痛，肝热抽搐，治痈肿，疔疮，瘰疬，喉痹，慢性气管炎，小儿惊风抽搐，蛇虫咬伤。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明，下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：荆芥130份、防风130份、蝉蜕150份、乌梢蛇180份、白鲜皮400份、苦参150份、地肤子400份、乌梅150份、石膏230份、赤芍230份、地骨皮400份、地龙180份、甘草80份、槐花230份、茜草230份、牡丹皮230份、紫草230份、蚤休180份、苯甲酸钠0.003份、阿斯巴甜0.002份、山梨酸钾0.002份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料荆芥、防风、白鲜皮、地肤子、赤芍、地骨皮、甘草、茜草、牡丹皮、紫草、蚤休用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料蝉蜕、乌梢蛇、地龙用粉碎机粉碎，细度为10-20目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料苦参、乌梅用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）取原料石膏放入烘烤箱内以35℃-40℃微温烘干2-3小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成10-20目，再加入原料重量10-12倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，用400-500目网过滤，再用500-600目网过滤，得石膏液，备用；
（5）取新鲜的槐花，放入烘烤箱内以35℃-40℃微温烘干2-3小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；
（6）将步骤（1）中和步骤（2）中和步骤（3）中和步骤（5）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5-2.5倍量的水，搅拌10-15分钟后浸渍30-60分钟，再加入原料总重量5-8倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量4-6倍量的水煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至55-60℃测相对密度为1.08-1.20的清膏，备用；
（7）将步骤（6）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的3-6倍量的水，煮沸5-10分钟，同时搅拌5-10分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15-20分钟后静置12-48小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（8）将步骤（7）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20-35分钟，充分搅拌20-35分钟，冷却至室温，加入步骤（4）中所得石膏液，搅拌5-10分钟，过滤三次，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物。
用法：口服，每日2次，每次15ml。
实施例2
一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：荆芥100份、防风100份、蝉蜕120份、乌梢蛇150份、白鲜皮300份、苦参120份、地肤子300份、乌梅120份、石膏200份、赤芍200份、地骨皮300份、地龙150份、甘草60份、槐花200份、茜草200份、牡丹皮200份、紫草200份、蚤休150份、苯甲酸钠0.002份、阿斯巴甜0.0015份、山梨酸钾0.0015份；
其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料荆芥、防风、白鲜皮、地肤子、赤芍、地骨皮、甘草、茜草、牡丹皮、紫草、蚤休用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料蝉蜕、乌梢蛇、地龙用粉碎机粉碎，细度为10-20目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料苦参、乌梅用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）取原料石膏放入烘烤箱内以35℃-40℃微温烘干2-3小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成10-20目，再加入原料重量10-12倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，用400-500目网过滤，再用500-600目网过滤，得石膏液，备用；

用法：口服，每日2次，每次15ml。
本发明中药组合物治疗观察皮肤过敏45例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
临床观察皮肤过敏患者45例，男4例，女41例，年龄17-44岁，平均30.5岁，病程3个月-3年。
2、治疗标准
主观症状：灼热、瘙痒、疼痛、干燥、脱屑和紧张感；客观体征：微血管扩张、红斑或潮红、水肿、丘疹脓疱或痤疮、色素沉着或皮肤萎缩。
3、治疗方法
使用本发明中药组合物治疗，口服本发明中药口服液，每日2次，每次15ml，7天为一个疗程，治疗期间忌食辛辣腥发之食物。
4、疗效判定
观察指标症状：红色或白色丘疹，发痒，肿胀，粗皮，出水等情况；
治愈：丘疹全部消失，无肿胀疼痒，皮肤色泽恢复正常；半年内无反复；
有效：丘疹减小或消失，肿胀疼痒减轻，皮肤色泽粗细有改善；
无效：治疗前后无改善或加重；
5、治疗结果
皮肤过敏45例患者，治愈35例占77.7%，有效10例占22.3%，无效0例，总有效率为100%。
6、典型病例
病例1：女，23岁，患者由于使用香皂洗脸导致皮肤潮红，肿胀，瘙痒，疼痛、脱屑，经诊断为皮肤过敏，口服本发明中药口服液一个疗程，皮肤潮红、瘙痒、症状消失，脱屑现象减轻，又口服本发明中药口服液一个疗程，脱屑症状明显减轻，症状明显好转，又口服本发明中药口服液一个疗程，临床治愈。
病例2：男，34岁，患者出现了大片的皮疹、红斑，并逐步向背部扩展，皮肤骚痒，背部经抓挠后，出现溃烂和渗液，经诊断为皮肤过敏，口服本发明中药口服液一个疗程，病人症状明显减轻，又口服本发明中药口服液一个疗程，症状明显好转，又口服本发明中药口服液两个疗程，临床治愈，至今无复发。
病例3：女，36岁，患者脸颊上有瘙痒的感觉，并且出现红斑，皮肤粗糙，症状越来越严重，有弥漫性潮红和脱屑的现象，经诊断为皮肤过敏，口服本发明中药口服液一个疗程，瘙痒症状明显减轻，又口服本发明中药口服液两个疗程，症状明显好转，又口服本发明中药口服液两个疗程，临床治愈，至今无复发。

1.一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制成：荆芥70-130份、防风70-130份、蝉蜕90-150份、乌梢蛇120-180份、白鲜皮200-400份、苦参90-150份、地肤子200-400份、乌梅90-150份、石膏170-230份、赤芍170-230份、地骨皮200-400份、地龙120-180份、甘草40-80份、槐花170-230份、茜草170-230份、牡丹皮170-230份、紫草170-230份、蚤休120-180份、苯甲酸钠0.001-0.003份、阿斯巴甜0.001-0.002份、山梨酸钾0.001-0.002份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料荆芥、防风、白鲜皮、地肤子、赤芍、地骨皮、甘草、茜草、牡丹皮、紫草、蚤休用粉碎机粉碎，细度为100-120目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料蝉蜕、乌梢蛇、地龙用粉碎机粉碎，细度为10-20目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料苦参、乌梅用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80-100目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）取原料石膏放入烘烤箱内以35℃-40℃微温烘干2-3小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成10-20目，再加入原料重量10-12倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，用400-500目网过滤，再用500-600目网过滤，得石膏液，备用；
（5）取新鲜的槐花，放入烘烤箱内以35℃-40℃微温烘干2-3小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成，细度为50-80目，得原料粉，备用；
（6）将步骤（1）中和步骤（2）中和步骤（3）中和步骤（5）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5-2.5倍量的水，搅拌10-15分钟后浸渍30-60分钟，再加入原料总重量5-8倍量的水，煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量4-6倍量的水煎煮20-80分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至55-60℃测相对密度为1.08-1.20的清膏，备用；

（8）将步骤（7）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20-35分钟，充分搅拌20-35分钟，冷却至室温，加入步骤（4）中所得石膏液，搅拌5-10分钟，过滤三次，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：其制备步骤为：
（1）取原料荆芥、防风、白鲜皮、地肤子、赤芍、地骨皮、甘草、茜草、牡丹皮、紫草、蚤休用粉碎机粉碎，细度为110目，得原料粉，备用；
（2）取原料蝉蜕、乌梢蛇、地龙用粉碎机粉碎，细度为20目，得原料粉，备用；
（3）取原料苦参、乌梅用粉碎机粉碎，细度为80目，得原料粉，备用；
（4）取原料石膏放入烘烤箱内以35℃微温烘干2小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成10目，再加入原料重量10倍量的水，煎煮20分钟，用500目网过滤，再用600目网过滤，得石膏液，备用；
（5）取新鲜的槐花，放入烘烤箱内以40℃微温烘干2小时，再放入粉碎机粉碎成，细度为50目，得原料粉，备用；
（6）将步骤（1）中和步骤（2）中和步骤（3）中和步骤（5）中所得原料粉混合，加入原料总重量1.5倍量的水，搅拌10分钟后浸渍35分钟，再加入原料总重量8倍量的水，煎煮40分钟，过滤，药渣再加入原料总重量5倍量的水煎煮35分钟，过滤，合并两次滤液，过滤，减压浓缩至60℃测相对密度为1.15的清膏，备用；
（7）将步骤（6）中所得清膏置于锅中加入其重量的4倍量的水，煮沸5分钟，同时搅拌5分钟，加入苯甲酸钠充分搅拌15分钟后静置18小时，过滤，得滤液，备用；
（8）将步骤（7）中所得滤液加入阿斯巴甜、山梨酸钾后煮沸20分钟，充分搅拌20分钟，冷却至室温，加入步骤（4）中所得石膏液，搅拌10分钟，过滤三次，灌装、灭菌、包装，即得治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗皮肤过敏的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制成：荆芥100份、防风100份、蝉蜕120份、乌梢蛇150份、白鲜皮300份、苦参120份、地肤子300份、乌梅120份、石膏200份、赤芍200份、地骨皮300份、地龙150份、甘草60份、槐花200份、茜草200份、牡丹皮200份、紫草200份、蚤休150份、苯甲酸钠0.002份、阿斯巴甜0.0015份、山梨酸钾0.0015份。
