Abstract
本发明涉及一种药物配方领域，具体地说是一种用灌肠的方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药煎剂。采用蒲公英28-30g、地丁28-30g、红藤28-30g、败酱草28-30g、金银花18-20g、红花15-18g、苡米28-30g、乳香10-12g、没药8-10g、三棱13-15g、莪术13-15g、丹参20-22g、甘草6-8g加水煎煮，煎煮液过滤即得。用灌肠方法治疗慢性盆腔炎能有效的促进血液循环，分解粘连组织，有利于炎症的吸收与消退，从而达到治愈的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂领域，具体地说是一种用灌肠的方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药煎剂。
背景技术
慢性盆腔炎是妇科常见疾病，病情顽固，可导致月经紊乱，白带增多，腰腹疼痛及不孕等，此病可反复发作，不仅影响了妇女的健康也造成了家庭和社会的负担。慢性盆腔炎因炎症刺激，器官周围组织粘连，抗菌药物不易进入病灶。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述不足，提供一种无毒副作用，治疗成本较低，对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果显著的中药煎剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药煎剂，采用蒲公英、地丁、红藤、败酱草、金银花、红花、苡米、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、丹参、甘草为原料制备而成，它可以用下述方法得到：将蒲公英、地丁、红藤、败酱草、金银花、红花、苡米、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、丹参、甘草加水煎煮，过滤，得滤液。其特征在于原料组成为蒲公英28-30g、地丁28-30g、红藤28-30g、败酱草28-30g、金银花18-20g、红花15-18g、苡米30-32g、乳香10-12g、没药8-10g、三棱13-15g、莪术13-15g、丹参20-22g、甘草6-8g。
一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药煎剂，优选组方为蒲公英30g、地丁30g、红藤30g、败酱草30g、金银花20g、红花15g、苡米30g、乳香10g、没药10g、三棱15g、莪术15g、丹参20g、甘草6g。
本发明加工工艺简单，所生产的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药煎剂成本低，无明显的毒副作用，有效的促进血液循环，分解粘连组织，有利于炎症的吸收与消退，从而达到治愈的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述：
实施例1：
将蒲公英30g、地丁30g、红藤30g、败酱草30g、金银花20g、红花15g、苡米30g、乳香10g、没药10g、三棱15g、莪术15g、丹参20g、甘草6g加水煎煮，煎煮液过滤，得滤液100ml。制得治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药煎剂，灌肠，每晚一次，10天为一疗程。共治疗三个疗程。
本发明中蒲公英苦、甘、寒，归肝胃经，有清热解毒、利湿、消痈散结之功为主药(君药)。地丁、红藤、败酱草、金银花、为臣药，四者苦寒，归肝胃大肠经，具有清热解毒、活血祛瘀的作用，红藤、败酱草还具有消痈排脓之功。以乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、红花、丹参为佐药，六者都具有活血化瘀之功，且三棱、莪术、具有行气止痛的作用，丹参具有凉血消痈的作用。由于苡米具有健脾利湿，甘草清热解毒，且调和诸药，所以本方以苡米、甘草为使药，通过“君、臣、佐、使”各类药物的相互作用，发挥了方中药物的协同作用，增强了本方的清热解毒、消痈排脓、活血化瘀止痛的主要作用。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(单位为克)混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺、用法与实施例1相同。
下面结合我院，即山东省威海市文登中心医院进行的临床实验对本发明做进一步、详细地描述：
我们选取了符合以下诊断标准的慢性盆腔炎患者50例进行临床实验：有急性盆腔炎史；临床表现为下腹部坠胀、疼痛及腰骶部酸痛；阴道分泌物异常。患者均为已婚妇女，年龄在25-55岁，病程为8个月-5年，其中轻度22例，中度23例，重度5例。疗效判定标准：痊愈为症状消失，妇科检查正常；显效为症状消失，妇科检查有明显改善；有效为症状减轻，妇科检查有改善；无效为治疗后的症状及妇科检查均无改善。
我们给予符合条件的患者治疗三个疗程后，痊愈17例，显效25例，有效8例，有效率为100％。

1.一种用灌肠的方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药煎剂，其特征是采用蒲公英28-30g、地丁28-30g、红藤28-30g、败酱草28-30g、金银花18-20g、红花15-18g、苡米28-30g、乳香10-12g、没药8-10g、三棱13-15g、莪术13-15g、丹参20-22g、甘草6-8g加水煎煮，煎煮液过滤即得。
