Abstract
本发明公开了一种对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,主要由下列原料药制备而成,均为质量份:龙葵2-6,鸡树条6-12,铁包金4-9,苒苒草11-17,阳桃根9-14,韩信草6-13,狗筋蔓4-8,蓝花龙胆12-20,八月札5-10,地桃花3-9,黄菀4-8,陆英10-16,宝盖草7-14,凹朴皮6-9。本组方完全根据中医药原则和多年临床经验总结得到,具有活血化瘀、疏肝健脾等功效,可有效抑制肿瘤的扩散,改善身体免疫力,本发明药源广,成本低,经济负担小,患者易接受。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医中药领域,特别是涉及一种对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂及其制法。
背景技术
胰腺癌是一种恶性程度很高,诊断和治疗都很困难的消化道恶性肿瘤,约90%为起源于腺管上皮的导管腺癌。其发病率和死亡率近年来明显上升。5年生存率<1%,是预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一。胰腺癌早期的确诊率不高,手术死亡率较高,而治愈率很低。本病发病率男性高于女性,男女之比为1.5~2:1,男性患者远较绝经前的妇女多见,绝经后妇女的发病率与男性相仿。胰腺癌临床表现取决于癌的部位、病程早晚、有无转移以及邻近器官累及的情况。其临床特点是整个病程短、病情发展快和迅速恶化。最多见的是上腹部饱胀不适、疼痛。虽然有自觉痛,但并不是所有病人都有压痛,如果有压痛则和自觉痛的部位是一致的。目前根本的治疗原则仍然是以外科手术治疗为主,结合放化疗等综合治疗。
公布号CN103611091A(申请号201310669009.7)的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗胰腺癌的中药组合物,由下述组分组成:酸枣仁,黄芪,党参,白术,苡米仁,白花蛇舌草,茯苓,八月扎,半枝莲,石见穿,远志,甘草,北柴胡,香附,郁金,佛手,半边莲,元胡,川穹,陈皮,半夏,川朴,旋花,白芍,白芨。公布号CN103007202A(申请号201210587601.8)的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗胰腺癌的中药组合物,由以下按重量份配比的原料组成:太子参15-20份、刺五加12-16份、黄精8-14份、芡实6-15份、柏子仁8-16份、姜黄5-15份、延胡索6-9份、苍耳草1-4份、爵床7-14份、杯苋8-16份、雾水葛4-12份、忍冬藤6-11份、瓦松2-5份、墓头回4-9份、葫芦巴5-10份、楮实子6-8份、穿破石9-12份、升麻8-14份、凌霄花6-12份、石韦5-9份。公布号CN104435520A(申请号201410850339.0)的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗胰腺癌的中药配方及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成:白花蛇舌草5~10份、七叶一枝花3~8份、石见穿5~8份、石上柏5~8份、苏铁叶5~8份、纤花耳草3~8份、猪殃殃3~8份、柴胡3~5份、虎杖3~5份、制香附3~5份、黄岑3~5份、黄草花3~5份、菊苣3~5份、蓝花龙胆3~5份、山飘儿草3~5份、当归3~8份、茯苓3~8份、七叶胆3~8份。
胰腺癌是一高度恶性的肿瘤,预后极差,手术后应用放化疗等辅助治疗可提高生存率,目前患者多采用中药配合放化疗的方法治疗,以减轻放化疗毒副作用,提高患者生存质量,但有些中药配伍并不科学合理,所以效果并不理想,因此,可加强该方面的研究提高中药疗效。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种制备简单、易久服的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂及制法。
本发明的技术方案是:
对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,主要由下列原料药制备而成,均为质量份:龙葵2-6,鸡树条6-12,铁包金4-9,苒苒草11-17,阳桃根9-14,韩信草6-13,狗筋蔓4-8,蓝花龙胆12-20,八月札5-10,地桃花3-9,黄菀4-8,陆英10-16,宝盖草7-14,凹朴皮6-9。
优选的方案中,龙葵3-5,鸡树条8-10,铁包金5-8,苒苒草13-15,阳桃根11-12,韩信草9-10,狗筋蔓5-7,蓝花龙胆14-18,八月札6-9,地桃花4-8,黄菀5-7,陆英12-14,宝盖草9-12,凹朴皮7-8。
更加优选的,龙葵4,鸡树条9,铁包金6.5,苒苒草14,阳桃根11.5,韩信草9.5,狗筋蔓6,蓝花龙胆16,八月札7.5,地桃花6,黄菀6,陆英13,宝盖草10.5,凹朴皮7.5。
所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂的汤剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起加水大火煮,加水量为总原料药质量的7倍,煮沸后转小火煎,过滤,收集药液,加水再煮,过滤,合并两次煎煮所得药液,灭菌,即得汤剂。

(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,恒温干燥箱内干燥,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起粉碎过80-120目筛(优选的,粉碎过90-110目筛;更加优选的,粉碎过100目筛),加米醋和炼蜜泛制成丸,干燥,灭菌,即得丸剂。

(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗,后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,60℃恒温干燥箱内干燥,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起粉碎过筛,灭菌,即得散剂。
所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂散剂的制备方法,步骤(4)粉碎过180-260目筛(优选的,粉碎过200-240目筛;更加优选的,粉碎过220目筛)。
所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂的膏剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗,后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,与步骤(2)(3)所制原料药一起加水大火煮,煮沸后转小火煎20分钟,过滤,收集药液,加水再煮,过滤,合并两次煎煮所得药液;
(5)将步骤(1)所制原料药粉碎过400目筛,加入到步骤(4)所得药液中,搅拌混匀,熬成清膏,过滤,加单糖浆,混匀,即得膏剂。
所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂膏剂的制备方法,步骤(4)加水量为所煮原料药质量的8-10倍(优选的,加水量为所煮原料药质量的9倍)。
本发明提供的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂组方合理,制备简单,所得产品安全方便。除此之外,本发明的优良效果还表现在:
1、本组方完全根据中医药原则和多年临床经验总结得到,具有活血化瘀、疏肝健脾等功效,可有效抑制肿瘤的扩散,改善身体免疫力;
2、本发明药源广,成本低,经济负担小,患者易接受。

下面结合实施例和实验例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围不限于此。
实施例1对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,主要由下列原料药制备而成(每份10g):龙葵2份,鸡树条6份,铁包金4份,苒苒草11份,阳桃根9份,韩信草6份,狗筋蔓4份,蓝花龙胆12份,八月札5份,地桃花3份,黄菀4份,陆英10份,宝盖草7份,凹朴皮6份。
对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂汤剂的制备方法是:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;

实施例2对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,主要由下列原料药制备而成(每份10g):龙葵6份,鸡树条12份,铁包金9份,苒苒草17份,阳桃根14份,韩信草13份,狗筋蔓8份,蓝花龙胆20份,八月札10份,地桃花9份,黄菀8份,陆英16份,宝盖草14份,凹朴皮9份。
对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂丸剂的制备方法是:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,恒温60℃干燥箱内干燥,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起粉碎过100目筛,加米醋和炼蜜泛制成丸,干燥,灭菌,即得丸剂。
典型病例:xxx,女,64岁。主诉:5年前因反复上腹不适,恶心,就医检查诊断为胰腺炎,后服药治疗,症状消失,近半年,出现上腹部闷胀隐痛,伴有恶心、反酸、皮肤发黄,日渐消瘦,乏力,医院检查,诊断为胰腺癌Ⅱ期。患者拒绝手术,放化疗一个星期后,身体出现明显不适。
后在治疗的基础上加服本实施例所得对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂丸剂,每天3次,每次2-3粒,温开水送服,21天一个疗程。服用两个疗程后,化疗不适症状减轻,恶心,反酸,闷胀也有减轻,CT显示肿瘤缩小,坚持服用5个疗程后,不适症状基本消除,但仍有化疗毒副作用,复查肿瘤消失,后一直坚持服药,存活至今。
实施例3对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,主要由下列原料药制备而成(每份10g):龙葵3份,鸡树条8份,铁包金5份,苒苒草13份,阳桃根11份,韩信草9份,狗筋蔓5份,蓝花龙胆14份,八月札6份,地桃花4份,黄菀5份,陆英12份,宝盖草9份,凹朴皮7份。
对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂散剂的制备方法是:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗,后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,60℃恒温干燥箱内干燥,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起粉碎过220目筛,灭菌,即得散剂。
典型病例:xxx,男,56岁。主诉:无明显诱因出现黄疸两个月,伴有恶心反酸,医院检查,轻度脾大,胆总管及肝内胆管扩张,胰头有占位性病变侵及胆总管,诊断为胰腺癌,采用保守治疗半年,疗效不明显,且近一周不适症状加重,腹部隐痛,消瘦明显,后进行化疗。
后服用本实施例所得对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂散剂,采用每天3次,每次5-7g,用温开水送服,21天一个疗程。服用一个疗程后,隐痛减轻,食欲稍有好转,服用三个疗程后,黄疸基本消除,食欲增加,病灶缩小,服用六个疗程后,病灶缩小至原体积的30%,精神良好,后停止化疗坚持服药,一年后随访,病情稳定,生活质量好。
实施例4对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,主要由下列原料药制备而成(每份10g):龙葵5份,鸡树条10份,铁包金8份,苒苒草15份,阳桃根12份,韩信草10份,狗筋蔓7份,蓝花龙胆18份,八月札9份,地桃花8份,黄菀7份,陆英14份,宝盖草12份,凹朴皮8份。
对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂膏剂的制备方法是:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗,后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;

(5)将步骤(1)所制原料药粉碎过400目筛,加入到步骤(4)所得药液中,搅拌混匀,熬成清膏,过滤,加单糖浆,混匀,即得膏剂。
典型病例:xxx,男,60岁。主诉:两个月前出现上腹隐痛未做重视,近一个月右上腹疼痛明显,医院检查,诊断为胰头癌伴腹腔转移,无法行手术切除,采用化疗,化疗治疗一个疗程后,出现反复便秘,黄疸明显。
后经人介绍服用本实施例所得对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂膏剂,采用每天3次,每次4-8g,用温开水冲服,21天一个疗程。服用三个疗程后,腹痛明显减轻,黄疸消退,坚持服用5个疗程后,复查,病灶明显缩小,后停止化疗坚持服药,一年后随访,身体状态良好。
实施例5对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,主要由下列原料药制备而成(每份10g):龙葵4份,鸡树条9份,铁包金6.5份,苒苒草14份,阳桃根11.5份,韩信草9.5份,狗筋蔓6份,蓝花龙胆16份,八月札7.5份,地桃花6份,黄菀6份,陆英13份,宝盖草10.5份,凹朴皮7.5份。

(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起加水大火煮,加水量为总原料药质量的7倍,煮沸后转小火煎21分钟,过滤,收集药液,加水再煮,过滤,合并两次煎煮所得药液,灭菌,即得汤剂。
本发明所用主要中药原料的药理如下:
龙葵:基原:为茄科植物龙葵的全草。性味:苦,寒。有小毒。功能主治:清热解毒,利水消肿。用于感冒发烧,牙痛,慢性支气管炎,痢疾,泌尿系感染,乳腺炎,白带,癌症,外用治痈疖疔疮,天疱疮,蛇咬伤。
鸡树条:基原:为忍冬科植物鸡树条荚迷的嫩枝、叶。性味:甘、苦,平。功能主治:祛风通络,活血消肿。治腰肢关节酸痛,跌打闪挫伤,疮疖,疥癣。
铁包金:基原:为鼠李科植物老鼠耳的根。性味:微苦、涩,平。功能主治:化瘀止血,镇咳止痛。用于肺结核咯血,胃、十二指肠溃疡出血,精神分裂症,跌打损伤,风湿骨痛,疔疮疖肿,颈淋巴结肿大,睾丸肿痛。
苒苒草:基原:为毛茛科植物粉绿铁线莲的全草。性味:辛,温。功能主治:祛风湿,止痒。治慢性风湿性关节炎,消化不良,呕吐,肠痈,疮疖,瘙痒。
阳桃根:基原:为酢浆草科植物阳桃的根。性味:味酸,涩,性平。归经:膀胱,肾经。功能主治:祛风除湿,行气止痛,涩精止带。主风湿痹痛,骨节风,瘫缓不遂,慢性头风,心胃气痛,遗精,白带。
韩信草:基原:为唇形科植物韩信草的带根全草。性味:辛苦,平。归经:入心、肝、肺三经。功能主治:祛风,活血,解毒,止痛。治跌打损伤,吐血,咳血,痈肿,疔毒,喉风,牙痛。
狗筋蔓:基原:为石竹科植物狗筋蔓的带根全草。性味:甘,苦,性温。归经:肝,膀胱经。功能主治:活血定痛,接骨生肌。主跌打损伤,骨折,风湿骨痛,月经不调,瘰疬,痈疽。
蓝花龙胆:基原:为龙胆科植物蓝花龙胆的带根全草。性味:苦,寒。功能主治:清肝胆热,解毒。用于湿热黄疸,目赤,头痛,咽炎。
八月札:基原:为本通科植物木通、三叶木通、白本通的果实。性味:甘,寒。功能主治:舒肝理气,活血止痛,除烦利尿。治肝胃气痛,胃热食呆,烦渴,亦白痢疾,腰痛,胁痛,疝气,窟经,子宫下坠。
地桃花:基原:为锦葵科植物肖梵天花的根或全草。性味:甘、淡,凉。归经:入肺、脾二经。功能主治:祛风利湿,清热解毒。治感冒发热,风湿痹嘉,痢疾,水肿,淋病,白带,吐血,痈肿,外伤出血。
黄菀:基原:为菊种植物森林千里光的全草。性味:苦辛,寒。归经:入肝、脾经。功能主治:清热解毒。治热痢,眼肿,痈疖疔毒。
陆英:基原:为忍冬科植物蒴藋的花。性味:苦辛,寒。归经:肝经。功能主治:疏肝健脾,活血化瘀,利尿消肿。用于急性病毒性肝炎,肾炎水肿、风湿痛、脱臼、肾炎水肿、脚气水肿、荨麻疹,跌扑损伤,骨折。
宝盖草:基原:为唇形科植物宝盖草的全株。性味:辛,苦,温。功能主治:祛风,通络,消肿,止痛。治筋骨疼痛,四肢麻木,跌打损伤,瘰疬。
凹朴皮:基原:为木兰科植物鹅掌楸的树皮。性味:辛,性温。功能主治:祛风除湿,散寒止咳。主风湿痹痛,风寒咳嗽。
试验例1本发明所得对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂(实施例5)的临床应用:
2010年6月-2015年1月,在5所医院筛选出210例患者,其中女性96例,男性114例,年龄38-72岁,平均年龄(55.2±7.1)岁。所有病例均经CT、MRI等影像学和病理学检查确诊,预计生存期3个月以上,KPS评分≥40分。
将患者随机分为两组,实验组120例和对照组90例,两组在性别、年龄、病程、病情等方面无显著差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。对照组行吉西他滨化疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上服用本发明所得产品,每天服用三次(温热),每次300m1-400m1(视具体情况有所调整),21天一个疗程。治疗期间对两组患者进行连续观察,记录症状及变化。
疗效情况判定标准:CR:病灶完全消失并维持四周以上;PR:病灶体积缩小50%以上并维持四周以上;SD:病灶体积缩小不足50%或增大不超过25%;PD:病灶体积增大超过25%,或有新病灶出现。
生存分析生存期自治疗之日起至死亡或末次随访日,用Kaplan-Meier法计算6、12个月生存率和中位生存期。

由表1可知,实验组的总有效率为96.7%,对照组的为66.7%,两组相比实验组的治疗效果明显较对照组好。且实验组的中位生存期明显长于对照组,说明本发明所制产品对胆囊炎患者化疗具有较好的增效作用。
本发明选择了利水消肿的龙葵,祛风通络的鸡树条,化瘀止血的铁包金,祛风湿的苒苒草,祛风除湿的阳桃根,祛风活血的韩信草,活血定痛的狗筋蔓,清肝胆热的蓝花龙胆,疏肝理气的八月札,清热解毒的地桃花和黄菀,疏肝健脾的陆英,消肿止痛的宝盖草,散寒止咳的凹朴皮,诸药合用,可奏活血化瘀、疏肝健脾等功效。
应当指出的是,具体实施方式只是本发明比较有代表性的例子,显然本发明的技术方案不限于上述实施例,还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员,以本发明所明确公开的或根据文件的书面描述毫无异议的得到的,均应认为是本专利所要保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,其特征在于,主要由下列原料药制备而成,均为质量份:龙葵2-6,鸡树条6-12,铁包金4-9,苒苒草11-17,阳桃根9-14,韩信草6-13,狗筋蔓4-8,蓝花龙胆12-20,八月札5-10,地桃花3-9,黄菀4-8,陆英10-16,宝盖草7-14,凹朴皮6-9。
2.如权利要求1所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂,其特征在于,龙葵3-5,鸡树条8-10,铁包金5-8,苒苒草13-15,阳桃根11-12,韩信草9-10,狗筋蔓5-7,蓝花龙胆14-18,八月札6-9,地桃花4-8,黄菀5-7,陆英12-14,宝盖草9-12,凹朴皮7-8(优选的,龙葵4,鸡树条9,铁包金6.5,苒苒草14,阳桃根11.5,韩信草9.5,狗筋蔓6,蓝花龙胆16,八月札7.5,地桃花6,黄菀6,陆英13,宝盖草10.5,凹朴皮7.5)。
3.如权利要求1-2任一所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂的汤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起加水大火煮,加水量为总原料药质量的7倍,煮沸后转小火煎,过滤,收集药液,加水再煮,过滤,合并两次煎煮所得药液,灭菌,即得汤剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂汤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)煮沸后转小火煎16-26分钟(优选的,小火煎18-24分钟;更加优选的,小火煎21分钟)。
5.如权利要求1-2任一所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂的丸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,恒温干燥箱内干燥,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起粉碎过80-120目筛(优选的,粉碎过90-110目筛;更加优选的,粉碎过100目筛),加米醋和炼蜜泛制成丸,干燥,灭菌,即得丸剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂丸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)恒温干燥箱的温度为50-70℃(优选的,温度为55-65℃;更加优选的,温度为60℃)。
7.如权利要求1-2任一所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂的散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗,后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,60℃恒温干燥箱内干燥,取出,与步骤(1)(2)(3)所制原料药一起粉碎过筛,灭菌,即得散剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)粉碎过180-260目筛(优选的,粉碎过200-240目筛;更加优选的,粉碎过220目筛)。
9.如权利要求1-2任一所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂的膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)取龙葵、苒苒草、蓝花龙胆和黄菀置于米醋内浸渍15分钟,取出与陆英一起置于炒锅内,淋入炼蜜水,拌匀,小火翻炒,炒至不粘手时取出,晾凉;
(2)将铁包金和阳桃根白酒冲洗,后装入容器内,撒上盐,隔水蒸20分钟,取出,焙干;
(3)取八月札用甘草水浸润20分钟,捞出,沾姜汁,焙干,操作3次,晾凉;
(4)将鸡树条、韩信草、狗筋蔓、地桃花、宝盖草和凹朴皮洗净,用温水浸润20分钟,取出,与步骤(2)(3)所制原料药一起加水大火煮,煮沸后转小火煎20分钟,过滤,收集药液,加水再煮,过滤,合并两次煎煮所得药液;
(5)将步骤(1)所制原料药粉碎过400目筛,加入到步骤(4)所得药液中,搅拌混匀,熬成清膏,过滤,加单糖浆,混匀,即得膏剂。
10.如权利要求9所述的对胰腺癌患者化疗具有增效作用的制剂膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)加水量为所煮原料药质量的8-10倍(优选的,加水量为所煮原料药质量的9倍)。
