本发明公开了一种葡萄籽豆粉及葡萄籽豆奶粉,包括:由下述原料按重量百分比制成:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)0.1-0.35%,豆粉30-80%,甜菊糖0.05-0.2%,麦芽糊精10-25%。本发明的葡萄籽豆粉、豆奶粉,口感细腻、香甜醇厚、气味馥郁,不仅营养丰富,而且具有清除自由基、抗衰老、抗癌、美肤养颜、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、抗辐射、抗过敏、保护眼睛等功效。本发明的葡萄籽豆粉、豆奶粉,采用无糖的甜味配方,糖尿病人、肥胖病人亦可饮用。长期饮用本发明的葡萄籽豆粉、豆奶粉,能有效增强国民的体质,且成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种葡萄籽豆粉及葡萄籽豆奶粉。
背景技术
葡萄籽,作为葡萄酒行业的副产物,不仅营养丰富,而且具有清除自由基、抗衰老、增强免疫力、保护皮肤、美容养颜、抗过敏、保护血管、抗辐射、保护消化系统、保护眼睛等功效。葡萄籽中含有丰富的蛋白质、纤维素、脂肪、矿物质和维生素等营养成分,此外还含有强抗氧化剂——原花青素,以及抗癌物质——白藜芦醇。
葡萄籽内的原花青素,是目前自然界中已知的抗氧化作用最强的天然食品,其抗氧化效果是维生素C的20倍,维生素E的50倍,能有效清除人体内多余的自由基,保护人体细胞组织免受自由基的氧化损伤,防治80多种与自由基有关的疾病。葡萄籽内的原花青素具有非常强的体内活性,在人体内吸收迅速完全,口服20分钟即可达到最高血液浓度,代谢半衰期达7小时之久。
葡萄籽内的白藜芦醇,是一种非黄酮类多酚化合物,被认为是一种植物抗毒素。研究表明它有抗肿瘤、治疗心血管疾病、抗突变、抗氧化、抗菌抗炎、保肝、诱导细胞凋亡及雌激素调节等作用。
葡萄籽内的亚油酸,是一种人体必须但不能自行合成的不饱和脂肪酸。它由不饱和状态到饱和状态要消耗20%的胆固醇,因而有助于降低胆固醇和抑制动脉血栓的形成,在预防动脉粥样硬化和心肌梗塞等心血管疾病方面有良好的作用。此外,它还具有防癌、抗癌、增强机体免疫力、促进骨组织的代谢等作用。
豆粉、豆奶粉是一种新型固体饮料,具有口感细腻、香味浓郁、营养丰富、携带方便等特点。但现有的豆粉、豆奶粉大多只具有营养功能,很少具有保健功能的营养成分。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提出一种葡萄籽豆粉及葡萄籽豆奶粉。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种葡萄籽豆粉,其特征在于,由下述原料按重量百分比制成:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)0.1-0.35%,豆粉30-80%,麦芽糊精10-25%,甜菊糖0.05-0.2%。
本发明还提供一种葡萄籽豆奶粉,其特征在于,包括上述技术方案所述的葡萄籽豆粉,并另添加5-20%的奶粉。
甜菊糖,是目前世界已发现并经我国卫生部门批准使用的,最接近蔗糖味的天然低热值甜味剂。它是从菊科草本植物——“甜叶菊”的叶片中提取出来,被国际上誉为“世界第三糖源”。它不含糖分和热量,在体内不参加代谢、不积蓄、无毒副作用。经常食用可预防高血压、糖尿病、肥胖症、龋齿等疾病,故为糖尿病、肥胖病患者良好的天然甜味剂。
麦芽糊精,是以各类淀粉作原料,经酶法工艺低程度控制水解转化、提纯、干燥而成。其原料是含淀粉的玉米、大米等。麦芽糊精含有大量的多糖类,多糖在抗肿瘤、抗炎、降血糖、抗衰老、抗凝血、免疫促进等方面发挥着生物活性作用。
本发明的有益效果是:
①本发明的葡萄籽豆粉、豆奶粉,口感细腻、香甜醇厚、气味馥郁,不仅营养丰富,而且具有清除自由基、抗衰老、抗癌、美肤养颜、保护心脑血管、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、抗辐射、抗过敏、保护消化系统、保护眼睛等功效。
②本发明的葡萄籽豆粉、豆奶粉,采用无糖的甜味配方,糖尿病人、肥胖病人亦可饮用。
③长期饮用本发明的葡萄籽豆粉、豆奶粉,能有效增强国民的体质,且成本低。
具体实施
实施例1:生产1000kg葡萄籽豆粉成品的配方为:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)3kg,豆粉747kg,甜菊糖2kg,麦芽糊精248kg。
实施例2:生产1000kg葡萄籽豆奶粉成品的配方为:葡萄籽提取物(GSPE)3.5kg,豆粉620kg,奶粉145kg,甜菊糖1.5kg,麦芽糊精230kg。
