随着人们生活水平的提高,生活质量得到改善,美容抗衰成为人们越来越关注的问题,而且美容抗衰已经不仅仅是女士的话题,越来越多的男士也开始关注并进行美容抗衰。美容抗衰不仅仅是护肤品和化妆品的使用,更重要的是应该从平时的生活和饮食进行皮肤的保养。现在市场上还没有出现专门进行美容抗衰的瑞士糖,将瑞士糖和美容抗衰的食材相结合,能够丰富现有瑞士糖的营养和保健功能。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种美容抗衰瑞士糖。
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:砂糖27~29、低聚异麦芽糖16~20、低聚甘露糖15~17、水9~11、芝麻8~10、蓝莓8~10、洋葱8~10、大蒜5~7、无刺鱼肉5~7、中药6~8、奶油7~9、氢化葡萄籽油1~2、紫薯淀粉2~3、琼胶1~2、罗望子胶1~2、乳酸菌菌剂1~2、食盐0.6~0.8、胶原蛋白0.6~0.8、蚌肉多糖0.5~0.7、枸杞多糖0.5~0.7、善存粉0.4~0.5、肉桂酸0.02~0.03。
所述的中药,由以下重量份的中药组成:何首乌34~38、黄芪31~33、当归26~28、刺五加26~28、灵芝22~24、绞股蓝22~24、银杏叶16~18、桑叶16~18、柿叶14~16、竹叶13~15。
所述的奶油,含水量为奶油总重量的10~12%(w/w)。
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)向砂糖中加水,搅拌至完全溶化,过140~160目筛,加热,70~80℃熬煮40~50分钟,加热至90~100℃,熬煮20~30分钟,加热至125~130℃,熬煮10~15分钟,将温度降至115~120℃,加入低聚异麦芽糖和低聚甘露糖,熬煮16~20分钟,得混合糖浆;
(2)将芝麻、蓝莓、洋葱、大蒜和无刺鱼肉洗净,混合打浆,过160~180目筛,加入紫薯淀粉,混合均匀,121℃灭菌20~25分钟,冷却至28~35℃,加入乳酸菌菌剂,混合均匀,36~42℃发酵6~8小时,加入琼胶、罗望子胶和食盐,升高温度至50~60℃,保温8~12小时,得发酵料;
(3)将中药粉碎,过100~120目筛,加入中药重量2~3倍量的水,加热煮沸,小火煎煮50~70分钟,过滤,得中药提取液和中药渣,向中药渣中加入中药渣重量2~3倍量的体积分数为67~71%(v/v)的酒精溶液,90~95℃超声提取50~60分钟,6000~8000转/分钟,离心5~7分钟,得中药提取液和中药渣,合并所有中药提取液,70~80℃烘干至无水分,得中药提取物;
(4)将发酵料和中药提取物加入步骤(1)得到的混合糖浆中,保持100~105℃,熬煮15~20分钟,待温度降至90~95℃,加入奶油和氢化葡萄籽油,搅拌15~20分钟,待温度降至75~80℃,加入胶原蛋白、蚌肉多糖、枸杞多糖和肉桂酸,混合均匀,得混合料;
(5)将混合料取出,置于46~48℃烘箱中,老化6~8小时,取出,加入善存粉,挤压成型,得糖块,置于-38~-36℃的真空冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,至含水量为糖块重量的6~8%(w/w),得美容抗衰瑞士糖;
(6)包装,得成品。
所述步骤(6)的包装,紧贴着瑞士糖的最里层包装纸,为香蕉制备的可食性包装纸。
芝麻:防治皮肤炎症,养血护肤,预防高血压,护发,滋补养生,通便,促进骨骼发育,延年益寿。
蓝莓:保护眼睛,加固血管,改善循环,增强免疫力,抗氧化,延缓衰老,增强记忆力,抗癌,美容护肤,改善睡眠。
洋葱:杀菌消毒,预防癌症,降血糖,降血压,增强免疫力,帮助消化,改善睡眠,保护心脑血管,改善便秘,预防骨质疏松,美白养颜,延缓衰老。
大蒜:抗癌,改善血液循环,抗疲劳,保护心脑血管,降血糖,降血脂,降血压,杀菌消炎,抗衰老,美容护肤。
无刺鱼肉:缓解情绪,抗忧郁,防哮喘,防痴呆,保护心脑血管,美容护肤,防衰老。
何首乌:防治心脑血管疾病,降胆固醇,降血糖,抗病毒,保健心脏,促进胃肠蠕动,延缓衰老,养血乌发,强身健体,健脑益智。

本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种美容抗衰瑞士糖,配方科学,热稳定性好,高温不出水、不变形,口感酸甜、细腻;加入美容抗衰的食材、中药和营养物质,营养丰富,保健功能相辅相成,能够抗氧化,预防保护心脑血管疾病,抗肿瘤,增强免疫力,延缓衰老,润泽肌肤,增强弹性,淡化色斑,抗过敏;先将糖溶化、过滤,再分阶段进行熬制,得到的糖体细腻、柔软、不黏牙;经真空冷冻干燥调节水分,使糖果气孔均匀,细密,咀嚼性好,速度快,节省搅打和冷却时间,提高工作效率;最里层包装纸为香蕉制备的可食性纸,避免了粘纸的可能性;在糖果中加入无刺鱼肉,经乳酸菌发酵后,风味鲜美,丰富营养和口味,咸酸甜搭配适口;加入功能性低聚糖,减少砂糖的使用量,能够促进肠道益生菌的生长,减小龋齿的发生率;加入肉桂酸,进行天然杀菌防腐,不含添加剂,货架期长,安全健康。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:砂糖27、低聚异麦芽糖16、低聚甘露糖15、水9、芝麻8、蓝莓8、洋葱8~10、大蒜5、无刺鱼肉5、中药6、奶油7、氢化葡萄籽油1、紫薯淀粉2、琼胶1、罗望子胶1、乳酸菌菌剂1、食盐0.6、胶原蛋白0.6、蚌肉多糖0.5、枸杞多糖0.5、善存粉0.4、肉桂酸0.02。
所述的中药,由以下重量份的中药组成:何首乌34、黄芪31、当归26、刺五加26、灵芝22、绞股蓝22、银杏叶16、桑叶16、柿叶14、竹叶13。
所述的奶油,含水量为奶油总重量的10%(w/w)。
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖的制备方法,其具体步骤为:

(4)将发酵料和中药提取物加入步骤(1)得到的混合糖浆中,保持100℃,熬煮15分钟,待温度降至90℃,加入奶油和氢化葡萄籽油,搅拌15分钟,待温度降至75℃,加入胶原蛋白、蚌肉多糖、枸杞多糖和肉桂酸,混合均匀,得混合料;
(5)将混合料取出,置于46℃烘箱中,老化6小时,取出,加入善存粉,挤压成型,得糖块,置于-38℃的真空冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,至含水量为糖块重量的6%(w/w),得美容抗衰瑞士糖;
(6)包装,得成品。
实施例2
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:砂糖28、低聚异麦芽糖18、低聚甘露糖16、水10、芝麻9、蓝莓9、洋葱9、大蒜6、无刺鱼肉6、中药7、奶油8、氢化葡萄籽油1.5、紫薯淀粉2.5、琼胶1.5、罗望子胶1.5、乳酸菌菌剂1.5、食盐0.7、胶原蛋白0.7、蚌肉多糖0.6、枸杞多糖0.6、善存粉0.45、肉桂酸0.025。
所述的中药,由以下重量份的中药组成:何首乌36、黄芪32、当归27、刺五加27、灵芝23、绞股蓝23、银杏叶17、桑叶17、柿叶15、竹叶14。
所述的奶油,含水量为奶油总重量的11%(w/w)。
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)向砂糖中加水,搅拌至完全溶化,过150目筛,加热,75℃熬煮45分钟,加热至95℃,熬煮25分钟,加热至128℃,熬煮13分钟,将温度降至118℃,加入低聚异麦芽糖和低聚甘露糖,熬煮18分钟,得混合糖浆;
(2)将芝麻、蓝莓、洋葱、大蒜和无刺鱼肉洗净,混合打浆,过170目筛,加入紫薯淀粉,混合均匀,121℃灭菌23分钟,冷却至32℃,加入乳酸菌菌剂,混合均匀,39℃发酵7小时,加入琼胶、罗望子胶和食盐,升高温度至55℃,保温10小时,得发酵料;
(3)将中药粉碎,过110目筛,加入中药重量2.5倍量的水,加热煮沸,小火煎煮60分钟,过滤,得中药提取液和中药渣,向中药渣中加入中药渣重量2.5倍量的体积分数为69%(v/v)的酒精溶液,93℃超声提取55分钟,7000转/分钟,离心6分钟,得中药提取液和中药渣,合并所有中药提取液,75℃烘干至无水分,得中药提取物;
(4)将发酵料和中药提取物加入步骤(1)得到的混合糖浆中,保持103℃,熬煮18分钟,待温度降至93℃,加入奶油和氢化葡萄籽油,搅拌18分钟,待温度降至78℃,加入胶原蛋白、蚌肉多糖、枸杞多糖和肉桂酸,混合均匀,得混合料;
(5)将混合料取出,置于47℃烘箱中,老化7小时,取出,加入善存粉,挤压成型,得糖块,置于-37℃的真空冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,至含水量为糖块重量的7%(w/w),得美容抗衰瑞士糖;
(6)包装,得成品。
实施例3
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:砂糖29、低聚异麦芽糖20、低聚甘露糖17、水11、芝麻10、蓝莓10、洋葱10、大蒜7、无刺鱼肉7、中药8、奶油9、氢化葡萄籽油2、紫薯淀粉3、琼胶2、罗望子胶2、乳酸菌菌剂2、食盐0.8、胶原蛋白0.8、蚌肉多糖0.7、枸杞多糖0.7、善存粉0.5、肉桂酸0.03。
所述的中药,由以下重量份的中药组成:何首乌38、黄芪33、当归28、刺五加28、灵芝24、绞股蓝24、银杏叶18、桑叶18、柿叶16、竹叶15。
所述的奶油,含水量为奶油总重量的10~12%(w/w)。
一种美容抗衰瑞士糖的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)向砂糖中加水,搅拌至完全溶化,过160目筛,加热,80℃熬煮50分钟,加热至100℃,熬煮30分钟,加热至130℃,熬煮15分钟,将温度降至120℃,加入低聚异麦芽糖和低聚甘露糖,熬煮20分钟,得混合糖浆;
(2)将芝麻、蓝莓、洋葱、大蒜和无刺鱼肉洗净,混合打浆,过180目筛,加入紫薯淀粉,混合均匀,121℃灭菌25分钟,冷却至35℃,加入乳酸菌菌剂,混合均匀,42℃发酵8小时,加入琼胶、罗望子胶和食盐,升高温度至60℃,保温12小时,得发酵料;
(3)将中药粉碎,过120目筛,加入中药重量3倍量的水,加热煮沸,小火煎煮70分钟,过滤,得中药提取液和中药渣,向中药渣中加入中药渣重量3倍量的体积分数为71%(v/v)的酒精溶液,95℃超声提取60分钟,8000转/分钟,离心7分钟,得中药提取液和中药渣,合并所有中药提取液,80℃烘干至无水分,得中药提取物;
(4)将发酵料和中药提取物加入步骤(1)得到的混合糖浆中,保持105℃,熬煮20分钟,待温度降至95℃,加入奶油和氢化葡萄籽油,搅拌20分钟,待温度降至80℃,加入胶原蛋白、蚌肉多糖、枸杞多糖和肉桂酸,混合均匀,得混合料;
(5)将混合料取出,置于48℃烘箱中,老化8小时,取出,加入善存粉,挤压成型,得糖块,置于-36℃的真空冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,至含水量为糖块重量的8%(w/w),得美容抗衰瑞士糖;
(6)包装,得成品。
对比例
市售普通瑞士糖。
实施例美容抗衰瑞士糖的感官评定:
随机选择18~65岁的受试者30位,每位受试者品尝后,对各项进行打分,各项满分为10分,结果取30位受试者的平均分。实施例美容抗衰瑞士糖的感官评定结果见表1。

从表1的结果可以看出,实施例的美容抗衰瑞士糖,色泽均一,无斑纹,滋味纯正,清香适中,气孔均匀、细密,不黏牙,不粘纸,细腻,柔软,耐咀嚼,无肉眼可见杂质,符合国家标准。
实施例和对比例瑞士糖的美容抗衰效果:
有效:皮肤黯淡无光、缺乏弹性、易过敏、抵抗力下降、食欲不振、睡眠质量差、易疲劳等症状消失或减轻;
无效:皮肤黯淡无光、缺乏弹性、易过敏、抵抗力下降、食欲不振、睡眠质量差、易疲劳等症状不变或加重。
随机选择具有皮肤症状的患者400名,随机分为4组,每组100人,具有衰老症状的患者400名,随机分为4组,每组100人,每人在受试期间不刻意服用美容抗衰的药品和食品,每人每天食用该组的瑞士糖20克,受试时间为30天,实施例和对比例瑞士糖的美容抗衰效果见表2。

从表2可以看出,实施例的美容抗衰瑞士糖的美容抗衰有效率明显较对比例高,说明本发明提供的美容抗衰瑞士糖具有明显的美容抗衰效果。
典型病例:
(1)患者张某,女,22岁,皮肤黯淡无光、缺乏弹性、易过敏。食用本发明提供的美容抗衰瑞士糖,每天20克,20天后皮肤粉刺减少,红润,有光泽。
(2)患者赵某,男,21岁,皮肤易过敏,粉刺和痤疮严重。食用本发明提供的美容抗衰瑞士糖,每天20克,30天后粉刺和痤疮明显减轻,痘印变淡,过敏现象得到缓解。
(3)患者李某,女,57岁,抵抗力下降、食欲不振、睡眠质量差、易疲劳。食用本发明提供的美容抗衰瑞士糖,每天20克,10天后食欲和睡眠得到改善,精力充沛,30天后自感抵抗力明显增强。

1.一种美容抗衰瑞士糖,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:砂糖27~29、低聚异麦芽糖16~20、低聚甘露糖15~17、水9~11、芝麻8~10、蓝莓8~10、洋葱8~10、大蒜5~7、无刺鱼肉5~7、中药6~8、奶油7~9、氢化葡萄籽油1~2、紫薯淀粉2~3、琼胶1~2、罗望子胶1~2、乳酸菌菌剂1~2、食盐0.6~0.8、胶原蛋白0.6~0.8、蚌肉多糖0.5~0.7、枸杞多糖0.5~0.7、善存粉0.4~0.5、肉桂酸0.02~0.03。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美容抗衰瑞士糖,其特征在于,所述的中药,由以下重量份的中药组成:何首乌34~38、黄芪31~33、当归26~28、刺五加26~28、灵芝22~24、绞股蓝22~24、银杏叶16~18、桑叶16~18、柿叶14~16、竹叶13~15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美容抗衰瑞士糖,其特征在于,所述的奶油,含水量为奶油总重量的10~12%(w/w)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的美容抗衰瑞士糖的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)向砂糖中加水,搅拌至完全溶化,过140~160目筛,加热,70~80℃熬煮40~50分钟,加热至90~100℃,熬煮20~30分钟,加热至125~130℃,熬煮10~15分钟,将温度降至115~120℃,加入低聚异麦芽糖和低聚甘露糖,熬煮16~20分钟,得混合糖浆;
