Abstract

本发明提供一种面板,包括对盒的第一基板和第二基板,以及设置在所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间的功能部件,其特征在于,所述第一基板和第二基板之间设置有不少于两圈的密封胶,用于密封所述功能部件,每圈密封胶之间相互间隔。在本发明的方案中,假设面板具有与现有技术相同的密封胶设置区域,但密封胶由原来的一圈拆分成多个子圈,因此可以有效减小密封胶与第一基板与第二基板的接触面积,从而降低应力作用,提高了面板的机械支撑强度。同时当外圈密封胶的破损后,内圈的密封胶也能起到密封作用,保护内置的功能部件。

Description

一种面板
技术领域
本发明涉及针对成盒设备的密封技术,特别是指一种面板。
背景技术
盒间密封技术是指将两个基板对盒后,通过密封胶将盒子的四周密封起来。目前,绝大部分显示面板就是由阵列基板和封装基板对盒形成的。而现有技术往往均采用单层密封胶对显示面板进行密封处理,其缺点是单层密封胶在进行激光烧结时应力方向单一,造成显示面板的机械支撑能力下降。同时在进行环境信赖性测试中发现,只要单层的密封胶一个点出现问题就会向外扩散,使得显示面板中的器件迅速老化失效,此技术很难保证显示面板的寿命及机械支撑强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决对盒设备由单层密封胶密封所出现的机械支撑强度低、寿命短的缺点。
为解决上述目的,本发明的提供一种面板,包括对盒的第一基板和第二基板,以及设置在所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间的功能部件,其特征在于,所述第一基板和第二基板之间设置有不少于两圈的密封胶,用于密封所述功能部件,每圈密封胶之间相互间隔。
可选地,所述密封胶为玻璃胶。
可选地,每圈玻璃胶通过激光烧结工艺进行固化,且不同圈玻璃胶的激光烧结工艺的方向不同。
可选地,相邻两圈密封胶之间还设置有阻水阻氧材料。
可选地,所述阻水阻氧材料为干燥剂。
可选地,所述阻水阻氧材料与两侧密封胶相隔既定距离。
可选地,所述面板为显示面板,设置有由密封胶围成的显示区域;
所述显示面板还包括:
设置在密封胶与显示区域之间的隔垫物。
可选地,所述隔垫物包括:
由光聚合材料或光分解材料形成的本体;
位于所述本体内的支撑部,用于支撑所述本体。
可选地,所述支撑部的硬度大于所述本体的硬度。
可选地,所述支撑部由硅或氧化硅材料制成;
所述本体由紫外线固化胶或光刻胶制成。
可选地,所述支撑部为球形。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
本发明的方案中,假设面板具有与现有技术相同的密封胶设置区域,但密封胶由原来的一圈拆分成多个子圈,因此可以有效减小密封胶与第一基板与第二基板的接触面积,从而降低应力作用,提高了面板的机械支撑强度。同时当外圈密封胶的破损后,内圈的密封胶也能起到密封作用,保护内置的功能部件。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明的实施例针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种面板,如图1所示,包括:
对盒的第一基板1和第二基板2,以及设置该第一基板1与第二基板2之间的功能部件3。
其中,该第一基板1和第二基板2之间设置有不少于两圈的密封胶4(图1示例性以两圈密封胶进行介绍),每圈密封胶4之间相互间隔,用于密封功能部件3,从而防止该功能部件3与外界接触后老化。
假设本实施例的面板具有与现有技术相同的密封胶设置区域,但密封胶由原来的一圈拆分成多个子圈,因此可以有效减小密封胶与第一基板与第二基板的总接触面积,从而降低应力作用,提高了面板的机械支撑强度。同时当外圈密封胶的破损后,内圈的密封胶也能起到密封作用,保护内置的功能部件。
作为示例性介绍,本实施例的密封胶可以是通过激光烧结工艺进行固化的玻璃胶。为使玻璃胶能够对第一基板和第二基板的应力均衡,作为优选方案,本实施例不同圈玻璃胶的激光烧结工艺的方向不同,从而避免固化后玻璃胶内的应力相互直接叠加,破坏了显示面板的机械支撑强度。
由此可见,多层玻璃胶封装结构在激光烧结时与单层玻璃胶封装结构相比,每层玻璃胶的宽度降低,所使用的激光光斑随之变低,激光光斑降低使得玻璃受热面积降低,可大大降低玻璃与玻璃胶之间产生的应力,降低在切割时的不良率。
此外,为了进一步防止功能部件被氧化,如图2所示,本实施例还可以在相邻两圈密封胶4之间设置阻水阻氧材料5(如干燥剂),当外圈的密封胶4破损后,阻水阻氧材料能够有效防止水汽和氧气进入到盒间内部,破坏功能部件的工作性能。
当然,由于玻璃胶4是通过激光烧结固化的,在具体应用中,阻水阻氧材料5应与两侧密封胶4保持既定距离H,该既定距离H可以保证激光烧结过程中,高温不会破坏阻水阻氧材料5的化学性能。
此外,若本实施例的面板为显示面板,则第一基板和第二基板之间的间距若不能稳定保持,可能会对显示效果带来影响。而密封胶是设置在显示面板的边缘处,其强度难以在支撑第一基板和第二基板,一旦显示面板受到按压,容易导致中间位置的盒间距离高于边缘位置的盒间距离,使显示画面的边缘出现牛顿环现象,严重影响了用户的观看体验。为解决上述技术问题,如图3所示,本实施例进一步在密封胶4与显示面板的显示区域之间的设置有隔垫物6,以加强密封胶4设置区域附近的支撑强度。
在具体应中,针对盒间距离较小的显示面板,则隔垫物6可以由有弹性的光聚合材料(如紫外光固化胶)或光分解材料(如光刻胶)形成,从而在显示面板遭受冲击后提供缓冲保护。
但是,针对盒间距离较大的显示面板,如一些具有3D显示功能的显示面板,光聚合材料或光分解材料的隔垫物的高度要求也会增大,这导致隔垫物的整体强度降低,很容易发生坍塌或变形。为避免这种情况发生,如图4所示,本实施例的隔垫物可以包括:
由光聚合材料或光分解材料形成的本体61;
位于本体61内的支撑部62,该支撑部62用于支撑本体61。
可见,采用图4所示的结构设计,隔垫物的本体61由具有粘附力的光聚合材料或光分解材料形成,可牢固地设置在基板上(可以是第一基板,也可以是第二基板)。同时本体61内部设置有支撑部62,可以提高隔垫物的整体强度,使隔垫物在受到外力后,不易发生坍塌、变形,能够稳定保持第一基板与第二基板之间的距离。
进一步地,为了能使隔垫物具有较高的支撑强度,作为优选方案,支撑部的硬度应大于本体的硬度。例如,当隔垫物的本体61由光刻胶或者紫外光固化胶制成,则支撑部62可以由氧化硅、硅等材质制成。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。例如,本实施例的隔垫物中可以包括有一个或多个支撑部,且支撑部的形状不限于图4所示的球形。或者,本实施例的中,阻水阻氧材料在密封胶之间可以环绕面板一周设置,也可以不连续设置。

Claims (9)

1.一种面板,包括对盒的第一基板和第二基板,以及设置在所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间的功能部件,其特征在于,所述第一基板和第二基板之间设置有不少于两圈的密封胶,用于密封所述功能部件,每圈密封胶之间相互间隔,所述密封胶为玻璃胶;
每圈玻璃胶通过激光烧结工艺进行固化,且不同圈玻璃胶的激光烧结工艺的方向不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面板,其特征在于,
相邻两圈密封胶之间还设置有阻水阻氧材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的面板,其特征在于,
所述阻水阻氧材料为干燥剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的面板,其特征在于,
所述阻水阻氧材料与两侧密封胶相隔既定距离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的面板,其特征在于,
所述面板为显示面板,设置有由密封胶围成的显示区域;
所述显示面板还包括:
设置在密封胶与显示区域之间的隔垫物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的面板,其特征在于,
所述隔垫物包括:
由光聚合材料或光分解材料形成的本体;
位于所述本体内的支撑部,用于支撑所述本体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的面板,其特征在于,所述支撑部的硬度大于所述本体的硬度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的面板,其特征在于,
所述支撑部由硅或氧化硅材料制成;
所述本体由紫外线固化胶或光刻胶制成。
9.根据权利要求6所述的面板,其特征在于,
所述支撑部为球形。
