Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型盘根浸渍剂及采用该浸渍剂浸渍盘根的方法,其特征在于:该新型盘根浸渍剂包括如下重量配比的组分:石墨乳:50%;四氟乳液:50%;二硫化钼:3~5%;石蜡:3~5%;高温硅油:10~20%。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明提供的新型盘根浸渍剂,同时具有四氟乳液、石墨乳液、二硫化钼、石蜡和高温硅油的优点,克服了单种润滑剂的缺点。采用新型盘根浸渍剂浸渍盘根,渗透到纤维盘根内部的润滑剂,提高了纤维的致密性,起到了密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型盘根浸渍剂及采用该浸渍剂浸渍盘根的方法。
背景技术
减少“跑冒滴漏”是密封件行业永远的课题,各种纤维类编织盘根广泛应用于泵阀的密封,但纯碎的纤维如芳纶,阿克力,预氧丝,棉纱等制作的密封绳起不到密封,一般需要用润滑剂进行浸渍,常用的浸渍剂及其优缺点分别如下:
四氟乳液:能提高纤维的致密性,并起到润滑作用,但不够耐温度,散热性差;
石墨乳液:能提高纤维的致密性,并起到润滑作用,还能耐高温,但纤维经过石墨乳浸渍,盘根会发硬,不利于密封;
二硫化钼:润滑并提高耐温,但不易吸附在盘根上;
高温硅油:能起到较好的润滑作用;
还有凡士林,石蜡等,能起到润滑作用,但一般只能涂在盘根表面,难易浸透到盘根内部。
发明内容
本发明首要所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种新型盘根浸渍剂。
本发明进一步所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用上述新型盘根浸渍剂浸渍盘根的方法。
本发明解决上述首要技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种新型盘根浸渍剂,其特征在于:该新型盘根浸渍剂包括如下重量配比的组分:
石墨乳:50%;
四氟乳液:50%;
二硫化钼:3~5%;
石蜡:3~5%;
高温硅油:10~20%。
较好的,所述石墨乳为含50%超细石磨的水溶液。
较好的,所述四氟乳液为含60%聚四氟乙烯的水溶液。
本发明解决上述进一步技术问题所采用的技术方案为:采用上述新型浸渍剂浸渍盘根的方法为:
步骤1、将重量比分别为50%的石墨乳、50%的四氟乳液、3~5%的二硫化钼、3~5%的石蜡和10~20%的高温硅油这五种材料进行充分混合,并加热到100摄氏度,搅拌10~20分种;
步骤2、把编织好的纤维盘根直接浸没在混合溶液中,同时继续加热,将纤维盘根浸渍1~4小时,取出纤维盘根,沥干水份即可。
混合液在加热的情况下,石墨,聚四氟乙烯,二硫化钼及石蜡能较快吸附到盘根的纤维上,因时石墨及聚四氟乙烯也会渗透到纤维盘根内部;选用的高温硅油及石蜡不易挥发,等盘根卷绕成卷塑封后,能长久的保留在盘根上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明提供的新型盘根浸渍剂,同时具有四氟乳液、石墨乳液、二硫化钼、石蜡和高温硅油的优点,克服了单种润滑剂的缺点。采用新型盘根浸渍剂浸渍盘根,渗透到纤维盘根内部的润滑剂,提高了纤维的致密性,起到了密封效果。
具体实施方式
以下实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明提供的新型盘根浸渍剂包括如下重量配比的组分:
石墨乳:50%;
四氟乳液:50%;
二硫化钼:3~5%;
石蜡:3~5%;
高温硅油:10~20%。
其中,所述石墨乳为含50%超细石磨的水溶液,四氟乳液为含60%聚四氟乙烯的水溶液。
采用上述新型浸渍剂浸渍盘根的方法为:
步骤1、将重量比分别为50%的石墨乳、50%的四氟乳液、3~5%的二硫化钼、3~5%的石蜡和10~20%的高温硅油这五种材料进行充分混合,并加热到100摄氏度,搅拌10~20分种;
步骤2、把编织好的纤维盘根直接浸没在混合溶液中,同时继续加热,将纤维盘根浸渍1~4小时,取出纤维盘根,沥干水份即可。
此实施例提供的新型浸渍剂及浸渍方法有以下优点:
1)综合了5种润滑剂的优点,克服了单种润滑剂的缺点;
2)渗透到纤维盘根内部的润滑剂,提高了纤维的致密性,起到了密封效果;
3)石墨的内部渗透及外部浸渍,提高了盘根的使用温度,但由于四氟等的加入,盘根也不会变硬;
4)二硫化钼,石蜡,高温硅油提高了纤维的润滑性;
5)加热浸渍易于渗透到纤维盘根内部,减少了常温浸渍所需的时间;
6)原先如果是在编织过程中浸渍,编织设备要弄脏,在编织白的材料时,设备需要充分擦;现只要把编织好的盘根浸放到混合液的容器中,不会弄脏编织设备;
7)浸渍过的混合溶液可以重复使用,只需适时加入新的材料即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型盘根浸渍剂,其特征在于:该新型盘根浸渍剂包括如下重量配比的组分:
石墨乳:50%;
四氟乳液:50%;
二硫化钼:3~5%;
石蜡:3~5%;
高温硅油:10~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型石棉材料,其特征在于:所述石墨乳为含50%超细石磨的水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型石棉材料,其特征在于:四氟乳液为含60%聚四氟乙烯的水溶液。
4.一种采用如权利要求1所述的新型浸渍剂浸渍盘根的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将重量比分别为50%的石墨乳、50%的四氟乳液、3~5%的二硫化钼、3~5%的石蜡和10~20%的高温硅油这五种材料进行充分混合,并加热到100摄氏度,搅拌10~20分种;
步骤2、把编织好的纤维盘根直接浸没在混合溶液中,同时继续加热,将纤维盘根浸渍1~4小时,取出纤维盘根,沥干水份即可。
