一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂及其制备方法,属于过滤毡用助剂技术领域。由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4~6份、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液8~10份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2~1.3份、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液2.5~3份、偶联剂分散液2.5~3份、水75~85份。本发明的一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂具有较低的氟含量和透气率,降低了针刺过滤毡后整理成本、提高了针刺过滤毡的过滤精度。

技术领域
一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂及其制备方法,属于过滤毡用助剂技术领域。
背景技术
针刺过滤毡采用非织造针刺工艺,并经热定型及其他处理方法制成,广泛用于工业捕尘,烟尘治理方面。针刺过滤毡后整理时需使用浸润剂,现有的浸润剂存在以下缺陷:首先,聚四氟乙烯为含氟的化工原料,虽然能获得较好的浸润效果,但生产成本高,在生产和使用过程中还会造成环境的污染。现有浸润剂虽然通过降低聚四氟乙烯用量来降低氟含量,但浸润剂中的氟含量仍相对较高,仍无法达到美国和欧盟标准。其次,现有的浸润剂在降低聚四氟乙烯用量的同时,导致浸润剂不能很好的包覆纤维表面,对最终整理获得的过滤毡的过滤性能造成不良影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂及其制备方法,该针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂具有较低的氟含量和透气率,降低了针刺过滤毡后整理成本、提高了针刺过滤毡的过滤精度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4~6份、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液8~10份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2~1.3份、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液2.5~3份、偶联剂分散液2.5~3份、水75~85份。
该针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4~5份、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液8~9份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2~1.25份、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液2.5~2.7份、偶联剂分散液2.5~2.7份、水79~82份。
该针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4份、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液8份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2份、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液2.5份、偶联剂分散液2.5份、水80~82份。
所述的聚乙烯醇水溶液的制备方法为:将水和聚乙烯醇投入容器中搅拌混合,加热至85~90℃搅拌溶解获得溶液,停止加热后向溶液中投入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解、冷却即得,其中水、聚乙烯醇和阳离子表面活性剂按重量比80:18:2投料。
所述的聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇PVA17-88,所述的阳离子表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂1631。
所述的偶联剂分散液为偶联剂、吐温80、酒精和水按重量比2:0.7:2:15.3混合而成。
所述的偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
所述的固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液为丙烯酸树脂乳液HA。
该针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂的制备方法,其特征在于,采用如下步骤:在环境温度15~35℃条件下,向容器中投入固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液和偶联剂分散液,加水搅拌混合,即得。
聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇PVA17-88,优选为山西三维集团股份有限公司生产。阳离子表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂1631,优选为山东博山昊隆生产。聚四氟乙烯(简称PTFE)为中昊晨光化工研究院有限公司生产或山东东岳集团氟化工厂生产。偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(简称偶联剂151)。优选的偶联剂151为曲阜万达生产。丙烯酸树脂乳液为江苏兴龙光电发展有限公司生产的丙烯酸树脂乳液HA。油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液为中昊晨光化工研究院有限公司生产溶液。吐温80为聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯,简称聚山梨酯-80。
与现有技术相比,本发明的本发明的针刺过滤毡用浸润剂及其制备方法所具有的有益效果是:本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有低成本、低含氟、高成膜、高粘附性、高柔软性的过滤毡后整理用成膜剂,克服了现有浸润剂含氟过高、易破损等缺点。
1、该针刺过滤毡用浸润剂可以使具有较低的氟含量和透气率,降低了针刺过滤毡后整理成本、提高了针刺过滤毡的过滤精度。配方中添加聚乙烯醇并减少聚四氟乙烯用量,降低了氟含量,降低成本,满足欧盟和美国的标准。固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2~1.3份,经过高温烘干后,迅速形成粘附于纤维的微膜;降低了针刺过滤毡透气率,提高了过滤精度,不易破损。
2、该针刺过滤毡用浸润剂具有较高粘附性和高柔软性。申请人在配方中添加了固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液8~10份,经过高温烘干后,能够较好的粘结纤维和微膜,在针刺过滤毡工作过程中使本发明的浸润不易脱离纤维,提高针刺过滤毡使用寿命。申请人在聚乙烯醇水溶液中添加了阳离子表面活性剂1631,添加后增加了纤维的柔软性,从而提高针刺过滤毡的柔软性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1~4是本发明的一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂及其制备方法的具体实施方式,其中实施例1为最佳实施例。
实施例1~4中:
聚乙烯醇水溶液的制备方法为:将水和聚乙烯醇PVA17-88投入容器中搅拌混合,加热至85~90℃搅拌溶解获得溶液,停止加热后向溶液中投入阳离子表面活性剂1631,搅拌溶解、冷却即得,其中水、聚乙烯醇PVA17-88和阳离子表面活性剂1631按重量比80:18:2投料;聚乙烯醇PVA17-88为山西三维集团股份有限公司生产;阳离子表面活性剂1631为山东博山昊隆生产。偶联剂分散液为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、吐温80、酒精和水按重量比2:0.7:2:15.3混合而成;偶联剂151为曲阜万达生产。固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液为江苏兴龙光电发展有限公司生产的丙烯酸树脂乳液HA。油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液为中昊晨光化工研究院有限公司生产。
实施例1
浸润剂由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4份、丙烯酸树脂乳液HA 8份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.25份、甲基苯基硅油2.5份、偶联剂分散液2.5份、水81.75份。
实施例2
浸润剂由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液5份、丙烯酸树脂乳液HA 8份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2份、甲基苯基硅油2.7份、偶联剂分散液2.7份、水80.4份。
实施例3
浸润剂由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4份、丙烯酸树脂乳液HA 9份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.25份、甲基苯基硅油2.6份、偶联剂分散液2.7份、水80.45份。
实施例4
浸润剂由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液6份、丙烯酸树脂乳液HA 10份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.3份、甲基苯基硅油3份、偶联剂分散液3份、水76.7份。
实施例1~4的制备方法:在环境温度15~35℃条件下,向容器中投入固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液、甲基苯基硅油和偶联剂,加水搅拌混合,即得。
对比例1
以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液12份、丙烯酸树脂乳液HA10份、甲基苯基硅油2.5份、含量为10%的偶联剂分散液2.5份、水73份。制备方法同实施例。
对比例2
以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液6份、丙烯酸树脂乳液HA 10份、固含量为12%聚乙烯醇水溶液12份、甲基苯基硅油2.5份、含量为10%的偶联剂分散液2.5份、水67份。制备方法同实施例。
性能测试实验
过滤毡样品的制作方法:选用相同材质和等面积的针刺过滤毡基材,分别浸润各实施例或对比例所获得的浸润剂,浸润时间30分钟,温度常温,经高温烘干获得浸润后的过滤毡样品。过滤毡基材选用山东新力环保材料有限公司生产的玻纤混合毡。
固含量指的是本发明浸润剂的固含量,检测标准号GB/T2793。固含量越高含氟量越高。含氟率指的是过滤毡的含氟率,检测标准号GB/T5453。透气率指的是过滤毡样品的透气率,过滤毡样品的透气率检测标准号GB/T5453-1997。透气率数值越低效果越好。
表1性能测试结果
通过实施例1~4可看出,本发明的针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂具有较低的固含量和含氟率。采用本发明的浸润剂,处理的针刺过滤毡各项技术指标经检测都达到国家标准(GB/T18371-2002)。并且在实际使用中使过滤毡具有了低成本、耐磨、低含氟、高成膜、高粘附性、高柔软性,大大提高了针刺过滤毡的品质,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

1.一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4~5份、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液8~9份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2~1.25份、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液2.5~2.7份、偶联剂分散液2.5~2.7份、水79~82份;
所述的聚乙烯醇水溶液的制备方法为:将水和聚乙烯醇投入容器中搅拌混合,加热至85~90℃搅拌溶解获得溶液,停止加热后向溶液中投入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解、冷却即得,其中水、聚乙烯醇和阳离子表面活性剂按重量比80:18:2投料;
所述的聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇PVA17-88,所述的阳离子表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂1631。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液4份、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液8份、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液1.2份、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液2.5份、偶联剂分散液2.5份、水80~82份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂分散液为偶联剂、吐温80、酒精和水按重量比2:0.7:2:15.3混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂,其特征在于:所述的固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液为丙烯酸树脂乳液HA。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种针刺过滤毡后整理用浸润剂的制备方法,其特征在于,采用如下步骤:在环境温度15~35℃条件下,向容器中投入固含量为60%聚四氟乙烯溶液、固含量为30%丙烯酸树脂乳液、固含量为20%聚乙烯醇水溶液、油含量为30%甲基苯基硅油乳液和偶联剂分散液,加水搅拌混合,即得。
