一种耐温盘根浸渍剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤,a)先将石墨编织线放入第一浸渍剂,进行预浸渍,在预浸渍池内进行编织;b)编织后通过输送带输送至预烘干处进行烘干;c)通过卷收装置收卷,使得石墨编织线总增重4%~5%,d)经过第二浸渍剂浸渍,e)浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10‑15分钟,f)进行烘干处理,总增重达到5%~6%;g)进行盘根定型,盘根的总增重达到5%~6%。本发明具有以下有益效果:在高温作用下,松弛现在不严重,盘根冷却后不会发生泄漏,密封效果不随极端温度的影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于密封领域,具体涉及一种耐温盘根浸渍剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
盘根填料主要用于机械行业中的过程机器和设备运动部分的动密封,比如离心泵、压缩机、真空泵、搅拌机、反应釜的转轴密封和往复泵、往复式压缩机的柱塞或活塞杆,以及做直线、螺旋运动阀门的阀杆与固定机体之间的密封。
传统的盘根填料通常是由柔软的线状物编织而成,编织时线状物相互交叉重叠彼此间必然会有空隙,从而形成泄漏通道,使得密封性下降。目前针对这一问题,通常采用将编织好的盘根填料浸渍在一些液体中,通过液体渗入,待浸渍液干燥后会填充上述空隙,从而堵住上述空隙。
市面上的浸渍盘根多浸渍物为四氟乳液,其在常温情况下润滑良好,并且密封效果优良,但在高温情况下的应力松弛现象较为严重,高温导致浸渍物膨胀从填料的压盖缝隙挤出,待冷却后压紧力急剧下降,导致泄漏经常发生。在工厂中往往要给予密封件第二次拧紧操作。第二次拧紧后填料和阀杆贴合紧密,四氟在多次运动后又会被阀杆大量带走,导致泄漏再次发生。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种耐温盘根浸渍剂及其制备方法,来解决现有的盘根浸渍剂在高温情况下的应力松弛现象较为严重,高温导致浸渍物膨胀从填料的压盖缝隙挤出,待冷却后压紧力急剧下降,导致泄漏经常发生的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
一种耐温盘根的制备方法,包括以下步骤,a)先将石墨编织线放入第一浸渍剂,进行预浸渍,在预浸渍池内进行编织;b)编织后通过输送带输送至预烘干处进行烘干;c)通过卷收装置收卷,使得石墨编织线总增重4%~5%,d)经过第二浸渍剂浸渍,e)浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10-15分钟,f)进行烘干处理,总增重达到5%~6%;g)进行盘根定型,盘根的总增重达到5%~6%。
作为优选,所述的e步骤中浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10分钟。
作为优选,所述的f步骤中,烘干温度在250-300度之间,烘干时长1小时。
一种耐温盘根浸渍剂,包括第一浸渍剂和第二浸渍剂,其特征在于,所述的第一浸渍剂为四氟乳液,所述的第二浸渍剂按照重量配合包括40%-50%的石墨乳液,5%-10%的二硫化钼,5%-10%聚丙烯酸酯,5%-10%石蜡油,5%-10%蒸馏水,1%-3%硬脂酸锌,5%-10% 聚苯酯以及1%-5% 膨胀石墨,其中所述的石墨乳液包括20%-30%石墨微粉, 10%-20%分散剂,10%-20%增稠剂,40%-50%蒸馏水。
作为优选,所述的聚苯酯的含量为10%。
作为优选,所述的膨胀石墨的含量为3%。
与现有技术相比:在高温作用下,松弛现在不严重,盘根冷却后不会发生泄漏,密封效果不随极端温度的影响。
具体实施方式
一种耐温盘根的制备方法,包括以下步骤,a)先将石墨编织线放入第一浸渍剂,进行预浸渍,在预浸渍池内进行编织;b)编织后通过输送带输送至预烘干处进行烘干;c)通过卷收装置收卷,使得石墨编织线总增重4%~5%,d)经过第二浸渍剂浸渍,e)浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10-15分钟,f)进行烘干处理,总增重达到5%~6%;g)进行盘根定型,盘根的总增重达到5%~6%,所述的e步骤中浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10分钟,所述的f步骤中,烘干温度在250-300度之间,烘干时长1小时。
一种耐温盘根浸渍剂,包括第一浸渍剂和第二浸渍剂,其特征在于,所述的第一浸渍剂为四氟乳液,所述的第二浸渍剂按照重量配合包括40%-50%的石墨乳液,5%-10%的二硫化钼,5%-10%聚丙烯酸酯,5%-10%石蜡油,5%-10%蒸馏水,1%-3%硬脂酸锌,5%-10% 聚苯酯以及1%-5% 膨胀石墨,其中所述的石墨乳液包括20%-30%石墨微粉, 10%-20%分散剂,10%-20%增稠剂,40%-50%蒸馏水,所述的聚苯酯的含量为10%,所述的膨胀石墨的含量为3%。
先将外增强的石墨编织线进行预浸渍,在盘根线编织的同时进行浸泡到四氟乳液内,预烘干,并收卷,一般增重量达到4~5%。
编织线的浸渍是为了确保四氟能够均匀的粘附在编织线的外表面,确保产品的密封性能,在线上浸渍四氟乳液而不是盘根上直接浸渍,可以有效的控制四氟的浸渍量,四氟的浸渍量如果太大就会造成蠕变现象,随着温度和磨损的发生,最终导致泄漏。
将经过第一种浸渍液浸渍过的盘根线,编织成盘根后,进行第二道浸渍,浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10分钟,260度烘干1小时,增重达到5~6%。
最后盘根进行成型,盘根的总增重量控制在10%以内。
第二种浸渍物是为了填补盘根线之间的缝隙,增加盘根抗磨损的性能。
石墨乳液和二硫化钼都为了提高盘根填料的润滑性能和抗磨损性能。
聚苯酯可以耐温性能和抗蠕变性能都比四氟优秀,可以降低密封件的摩擦系数,提高耐磨损性能,但是它会使材料硬度提高,所以比例需要控制在10%以内。
膨胀石墨能够充分提高浸渍物在盘根上的浸渍量,而且具有优秀的压缩性能,犹如海绵吸附了大量的浸渍液,充分填补盘根上的各个缝隙,保持盘根填充的均匀性和紧实度,并且在烘干工艺中阻碍了浸渍液因摆放位置不同而造成的浸渍物流动。
烘干在烘箱内进行。

1.一种耐温盘根的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,a)先将石墨编织线放入第一浸渍剂,进行预浸渍,在预浸渍池内进行编织;b)编织后通过输送带输送至预烘干处进行烘干;c)通过卷收装置收卷,使得石墨编织线总增重4%~5%,d)经过第二浸渍剂浸渍,e)浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10-15分钟,f)进行烘干处理,总增重达到5%~6%;g)进行盘根定型,盘根的总增重达到5%~6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温盘根的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的e步骤中浸泡在第二种浸渍液中10分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温盘根的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的f步骤中,烘干温度在250-300度之间,烘干时长1小时。
4.一种耐温盘根浸渍剂,包括第一浸渍剂和第二浸渍剂,其特征在于,所述的第一浸渍剂为四氟乳液,所述的第二浸渍剂按照重量配合包括40%-50%的石墨乳液,5%-10%的二硫化钼,5%-10%聚丙烯酸酯,5%-10%石蜡油,5%-10%蒸馏水,1%-3%硬脂酸锌,5%-10% 聚苯酯以及1%-5% 膨胀石墨,其中所述的石墨乳液包括20%-30%石墨微粉, 10%-20%分散剂,10%-20%增稠剂,40%-50%蒸馏水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐温盘根浸渍剂,其特征在于,所述的聚苯酯的含量为10%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐温盘根浸渍剂,其特征在于,所述的膨胀石墨的含量为3%。
