本发明公开了一种自润滑阀杆填料及其制备方法,所述自润滑阀杆填料,由下述组分按重量份组成:聚四氟乙烯100份,石墨80-100份,二甲基硅油2-4份,芳纶1414纤维6-8份,三辛酰基钛酸异丙酯1-3份,二硫化钼2-4份。将各原料搅拌混合均匀,用混料机混合20-40分钟,放入烘箱中在50-80℃进行熟化3-5小时;在液压推压机上进行挤出,挤出口温度80-120℃;压延、拉伸;编织,即可制得。本发明的自润滑阀杆填料,具有优良的导热性、耐高速性和低蠕变性能,使用寿命比纯聚四氟乙烯纤维盘根更长久、不硬化,可用于高速动态密封等特点,其工作温度范围为-267℃至290℃之间,并且安装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀杆填料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种自润滑阀杆填料及其制备方法。
背景技术
控制阀是自动控制系统的终端控制元件之一,选型尤为重要,由于在化工装置中,存在许多的高温,高压工况,介质具有较强的毒性和腐蚀性,且为易燃易爆,当阀门有泄漏时,不仅会造成原材料和产品的浪费,而且对环境也会造成严重污染,甚至引起火灾、爆炸、中毒等危害生命的安全事故。因此,阀门的密封问题应当引起足够的重视,在设计选型中合理地选用控制阀的密封是非常重要的。
阀门的密封分为两种,即外部密封和内部密封,对于控制阀的外部密封,即填料密封,结合相关资料,对其结构形式进行分析,并对填料的选择应该注意的方面进行探讨。
控制阀阀门部分由阀的内件和阀体组成,阀的内件包括阀芯、阀杆、填料函和上阀盖等,其中填料函部件用于对阀杆的密封,是用弹性方法防止工艺介质通过往复式或转动式运动而在阀杆表面产生泄露,它是阀体不可分割的一部分,阀门的阀杆密封几乎都是利用填料函来实现的。
密封填料也叫盘根,通常由较柔软的线状物编织而成,通常截面积是正方形或长方形、圆形的条状物填充在密封腔体内,从而实现密封。填料密封最早是以棉麻等纤维塞在泄漏通道内来阻止液流泄漏,主要用作提水机械的轴封。由于填料来源广泛,加工容易,价格低廉,密封可靠,操作简单,所以沿用至今。现在盘根被广泛用于离心泵、压缩机、真空泵、搅拌机和船舶螺旋桨的转轴密封、活塞泵、往复式压缩机、制冷机的往复运动轴封,以及各种阀门阀杆的旋动密封等。
填料密封由填料装于填料函内,通过填料压盖将填料压紧在轴的表面。由于轴表面总有些粗糙,其与填料只能是部分贴合,而部分未接触,此就形成无数个迷宫。当带压介质通过轴表面时,介质被多次节流,凭借这“迷宫效应"而达到密封。填料与轴表面的贴合、摩擦,也类似滑动轴承,固应有足够的液体进行润滑,以保证密封有一定的寿命,即所谓的“轴承效应"。由此可见良好的填料密封,即是迷宫效应和轴承效应的综合。
填料对轴的压紧力通过拧紧压盖螺栓产生。由于填料是弹塑性体,当受到轴向压紧后,产生摩擦力致使压紧力沿轴向逐渐减少,同时所产生的径向压紧力使填料紧贴于轴表面而阻止介质外漏。径向压紧力的分布由外端(压盖)向内端,先是急剧递减后趋平缓,介质压力的分布由内端逐渐向外端递减,当外端介质压力为零时,则泄漏很少,大于零时泄漏。
随着新材料的不断出现,填料结构型式也有很大的变化,这无疑将促使填料密封的应用更加广泛,用作填料的材料应具备如下特性:有一定的弹塑性。当填料受轴向压紧时能产生较大的径向压紧力,以获得密封;当机器和轴有振动或轴有跳动及偏心时,能有一定的补偿能力(追随性);化学稳定性。既不被介质所腐蚀、溶涨,也不污染介质;不渗透性。介质对大部分纤维均有一些渗透,故要求填料组织致密,为此在制作填料时往往需要浸渍、填充各种润滑剂和填充剂;自润滑性好,摩擦系数小并耐磨;耐温性。当摩擦发热后能承受一定的温度;拆卸方便;制造简单,价格低廉。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种自润滑阀杆填料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种自润滑阀杆填料的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种自润滑阀杆填料,由下述组分按重量份组成:聚四氟乙烯100份,石墨80-100份,二甲基硅油2-4份,芳纶1414纤维6-8份,三辛酰基钛酸异丙酯1-3份,二硫化钼2-4份。
本发明所述自润滑阀杆填料的制备方法,由下述步骤组成:
(1)将各原料搅拌混合均匀,用混料机混合20-40分钟,放入烘箱中在50-80℃进行熟化3-5小时;
(2)在液压推压机上进行挤出,挤出口温度80-120℃;
(3)压延、拉伸;
(4)编织盘根。
本发明的自润滑阀杆填料,具有优良的导热性、耐高速性和低蠕变性能,使用寿命比纯聚四氟乙烯纤维盘根更长久、不硬化,可用于高速动态密封等特点,其工作温度范围为-267℃至290℃之间,并且安装方便。
具体实施方式
通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不受以下实施例所限定。
实施例1
称取:
聚四氟乙烯100公斤,石墨90公斤,二甲基硅油3公斤,芳纶1414纤维7公斤,三辛酰基钛酸异丙酯2公斤,二硫化钼3公斤。
本发明所述自润滑阀杆填料的制备方法,由下述步骤组成:
(1)将各原料搅拌混合均匀,用混料机混合,30分钟,放入烘箱中在60℃进行熟化4小时;
(2)在液压推压机上进行挤出,挤出口温度100℃;
(3)常规方法压延、拉伸;
(4)在锭机上编织盘根,盘根密度>1.4g/cm3
经测试:
耐温失量≤8%,摩擦系数≤0.08,磨耗量≤0.01g,压缩率10-30%,回弹率≥40%,使用温度≤280℃,使用压力为:泵3Mpa、往返轴15Mpa、阀25Mpa,线速度5-25m/s。
本发明的自润滑阀杆填料,具有优良的导热性、耐高速性和低蠕变性能,使用寿命比纯聚四氟乙烯纤维盘根更长久、不硬化,可用于高速动态密封等特点,其工作温度范围为-267℃至290℃之间,并且安装方便。

1.一种自润滑阀杆填料,其特征在于,由下述组分按重量份组成:聚四氟乙烯100份,石墨80-100份,二甲基硅油2-4份,芳纶1414纤维6-8份,三辛酰基钛酸异丙酯1-3份,二硫化钼2-4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的自润滑阀杆填料的制备方法,其特征在于,由下述步骤组成:
(1)将各原料搅拌混合均匀,用混料机混合20-40分钟,放入烘箱中在50-80℃进行熟化3-5小时;
(2)在液压推压机上进行挤出,挤出口温度80-120℃;
(3)压延、拉伸;
(4)编织盘根。
