一种致密性纺织风管用织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度20%的酒精至湿润,然后将织物放入冷库冷冻2小时,冷库温度维持在‑20℃~‑5℃;将织物从冷库取出,将织物自然风干,然后对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为50kHz~55kHz;取52%氯化石蜡加热,织物浸入氯化石蜡中,然后将织物烘干;取软化液加热,将软化液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干。本发明方法使得织物纤维韧性好,不易断裂,织物经处理后其致密性好,无空隙,不漏风,而且在弯折、摩擦等情况下,其表面不留痕迹,表面涂层不会受到破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织风管生产技术领域,具体涉及一种致密性纺织风管用织物加工方法。
背景技术
纺织风管是一种由特殊纤维织成的柔性空气分布系统即索斯系统,是替代传统送风管、风阀、散流器、绝热材料等的一种送出风末端系统。它是主要靠纤维渗透和喷孔射流的独特出风模式能均匀线式送风的送出风末端系统。在制作上它外观犹如一条大的布袋(SOCKS),所以在中国,这种系统又常常被叫做布风管、布袋风管、布质风管、纤维布风管等等熟称。
目前的纺织风管使用久了会出现开裂或破损,进而引起漏风现象,严重影响通风使用效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种致密性纺织风管用织物加工方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种致密性纺织风管用织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱和纬纱混纺后制成织物;
(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度20%的酒精至湿润,然后将织物放入冷库冷冻2小时,冷库温度维持在-20℃~-5℃;
(3)将织物从冷库取出,将织物自然风干,然后对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为50kHz~55kHz;
(4)取52%氯化石蜡加热至87℃~101℃,将织物浸入氯化石蜡中,使织物浸足氯化石蜡,然后将织物烘干;
(5)取软化液加热至80-93℃,将软化液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干。
优选的,冷库温度为-10℃。
优选的,超声波频率为52kHz。
所述软化液由如下重量份原料制成:君子兰叶8份、洋葱18份、大蒜10份、雄黄0.5份、苍耳子8份、菠萝皮15份、西瓜籽13份、磺化蓖麻油4份、甘油4份、妥尔油4份;其制备方法是将除磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油外的各原料混合,然后加入除磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油外的各原料重量份6倍清水煎煮2小时,过滤后滤液自然冷却,加入磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油,搅拌混合后即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明方法使得织物纤维韧性好,不易断裂,织物经处理后其致密性好,无空隙,不漏风,而且在弯折、摩擦等情况下,其表面不留痕迹,表面涂层不会受到破坏,本发明织物制成的纺织风管特别适合输送粉尘含量高的气流,风管织物不会受到高速粉尘的侵蚀,在高温、强紫外线辐照下织物不易老化,其寿命比普通风管长3-5年。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种致密性纺织风管用织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱和纬纱混纺后制成织物;
(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度20%的酒精至湿润,然后将织物放入冷库冷冻2小时,冷库温度维持在-10℃;
(3)将织物从冷库取出,将织物自然风干,然后对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为52kHz;
(4)取52%氯化石蜡加热至94℃,将织物浸入氯化石蜡中,使织物浸足氯化石蜡,然后将织物烘干;
(5)取软化液加热至86℃,将软化液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干。
所述软化液由如下重量份原料制成:君子兰叶8份、洋葱18份、大蒜10份、雄黄0.5份、苍耳子8份、菠萝皮15份、西瓜籽13份、磺化蓖麻油4份、甘油4份、妥尔油4份;其制备方法是将除磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油外的各原料混合,然后加入除磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油外的各原料重量份6倍清水煎煮2小时,过滤后滤液自然冷却,加入磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油,搅拌混合后即可。

(5)取软化液加热至93℃,将软化液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干。

(3)将织物从冷库取出,将织物自然风干,然后对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为50kHz~55kHz;
(4)取52%氯化石蜡加热至87℃~101℃,将织物浸入氯化石蜡中,使织物浸足氯化石蜡,然后将织物烘干;
(5)取软化液加热至80-93℃,将软化液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种致密性纺织风管用织物加工方法,其特征在于,所述软化液由如下重量份原料制成:君子兰叶8份、洋葱18份、大蒜10份、雄黄0.5份、苍耳子8份、菠萝皮15份、西瓜籽13份、磺化蓖麻油4份、甘油4份、妥尔油4份;其制备方法是将除磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油外的各原料混合,然后加入除磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油外的各原料重量份6倍清水煎煮2小时,过滤后滤液自然冷却,加入磺化蓖麻油、甘油、妥尔油,搅拌混合后即可。
