本发明公开了一种LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,包括如下组分:分散剂、异构醇醚羧酸盐、油酸三乙醇胺、有机溶剂、苯骈三氮唑、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、烯醇醚、渗透剂以及乙酸乙酯。本发明提供一种LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,该清洗剂可以应用在各种LED衬底基材上,且清洗效率高,去蜡能力强;安全性能好,不污染环境;节约能源,洗涤成本低;洗涤过程对基片无损伤。

Description

一种LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,具体地说,本发明涉及一种LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂。
背景技术
随着LED衬底基片直径向大尺寸发展,有蜡抛光方式成为LED衬底基片抛光的一项主流技术,从而需要引入LED衬底基片去蜡技术。对LED衬底基片去蜡工艺中一些常用的技术,以前通常的除蜡方法是使用卤代烃溶剂,其中包括三氯乙烯、二氯甲烷、四氯乙烯、三氯三氟乙烷等有机溶液清洗。卤代烃溶剂是密度大于水,难溶于水的液体。他具有不燃性或难燃性。卤代烃溶剂清洗效果好,成本低,但由于它对大气臭氧层有破坏作用,目前正面临被禁止使用的处境,各国都在加紧研究替代这种有机溶剂的清洗剂。
中国专利CN101974377A公开了一种LED砷化镓衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,该清洗剂包括下列组成部分:有机溶剂,有机碱,表面活性剂,无机盐和余量的去离子水,其中,所说的有机溶剂为烷烃、环烷烃或芳香烃溶剂;所说的有机碱为多羟多胺、胺碱、羟胺或醇胺,所说的表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、多元醇酯和高分子及元素有机化合物中的一种或多种,所说的无机盐是碱性盐,该清洗剂能替代卤代烃溶剂,既能达到卤代烃溶剂的清洗效果,除蜡效果明显,又对砷化镓衬底基片无影响,但是该清洗剂仅限于LED基片为砷化镓衬底时除蜡效果好,对其他衬底比如硅衬底时清除蜡的效果不是很好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,该清洗剂可以应用在各种LED衬底基材上,且清洗效率高,去蜡能力强;安全性能好,不污染环境;节约能源,洗涤成本低,洗涤过程对基片无损伤。
本发明采用的技术方案为一种LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
优选的是,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为碳原子数为8~15的异构脂肪醇经乙氧基化得到的产物,其乙氧基数为3~6。
优选的是,所述有机溶剂为D-柠檬烯或者丙二醇醚。
优选的是,所述分散剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠、二乙烯三胺五乙酸五钠及柠檬酸钠中的两种或三种的混合物。
优选的是,所述烯醇醚选自乙烯基二乙二醇醚、乙烯基乙二醇醚、丙烯基乙二醇醚中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述渗透剂选自月桂酸、油酸、薄荷脑中的一种。
优选的是,所述异构醇醚羧酸盐为碳原子数为8~13的异构脂肪醇先经乙氧基化、再经羧酸化得到的产物,其乙氧基数为3~6。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和异构醇醚羧酸盐,相同的碳原子数和乙氧基数,可以协调增效两者的相容性,配伍性,添加其他组分复配而成,既能产生增效作用,提高清洗剂的去蜡能力,同时还能去除基片上其他的污垢,清洗效率高,加入有机溶剂和乙酸乙酯,不仅具有良好的溶解性,有效地溶解多种表面活性剂和其他助剂,此外具有良好的去油污能力,可以去除多种油污和蜡;
(2)本发明可以用于LED衬底基片蜡的去除,同时对于基片基本没有腐蚀,且成本低,清洗简单,本发明的清洗剂能够在基片表面形成保护膜,隔绝空气,防止大气中水及其他分子腐蚀基片,抗氧化,方便下一步制作工艺进行。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达到技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的原料也均为可商业获得的。未详细描述的各种过程和方法是本领域中公知的常规方法。
一种LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
作为本发明进一步改进,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为碳原子数为8~15的异构脂肪醇经乙氧基化得到的产物,其乙氧基数为3~6。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述有机溶剂为D-柠檬烯或者丙二醇醚,该有机溶剂具有良好的溶解性,有效地溶解多种表面活性剂和其他助剂,此外本身也具有良好的去油污能力,可以去除多种油污。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述分散剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠、二乙烯三胺五乙酸五钠及柠檬酸钠中的两种或三种的混合物。本发明的清洗剂采用安全且易于漂洗的分散剂代替表面活化剂,清洗速度快且没有毒挥发性物质产生,减少对操作者皮肤的伤害及对环境的污染,同时由于清洗的效率高、速度快,成本也更低。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述烯醇醚选自乙烯基二乙二醇醚、乙烯基乙二醇醚、丙烯基乙二醇醚中的一种或多种。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述渗透剂选自月桂酸、油酸、薄荷脑中的一种。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述异构醇醚羧酸盐为碳原子数为8~13的异构脂肪醇先经乙氧基化、再经羧酸化得到的产物,其乙氧基数为3~6,疏水基选择中等长度的支链结构,可以增加其在有机溶剂的润湿性和渗透性,经乙氧基化引入非离子基团,可以增加与其他组分的相容性,最后进行羧酸化,可以使其耐碱性,乳化性能得到进一步提高。
表1列出不同实施例和对比例的具体组分及其含量。

注:3EO是指乙氧基数为3,其他类似的表示也指该含义。
本案清洗剂的制备方法:称取配方量的各组分,加热至60℃,持续搅拌,直至完全混匀,即得。

5.如权利要求1所述的LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,其特征在于,所述烯醇醚选自乙烯基二乙二醇醚、乙烯基乙二醇醚、丙烯基乙二醇醚中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED衬底基片去蜡清洗剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂选自月桂酸、油酸、薄荷脑中的一种。
