本发明公开了一种湿法整粒机,包括驱动机构和整粒机构,所述驱动机构的变频电机轴上安装有输出同步轮,在主轴下部安装有输入同步轮,所述输入同步轮通过同步带与输出同步轮联动,所述整粒机构的整粒刀固定安装在连接座和筒体之间,整粒筛网与搅拌刀和主轴通过隔圈及旋合在主轴上端的螺母固定联接为一体,搅拌刀和整粒筛网在主轴的带动下同时高速旋转,搅拌刀对原料起旋流作用,并以离心力将原料甩向整粒筛网,整粒刀固定不动,高速旋转的整粒筛网与整粒刀产生相对剪切作用,将物料粉碎成小颗粒,并在整粒筛网高速旋转产生的离心力作用下,迅速从筛网孔排出,且不会粘结堆积在筛网外侧,整粒效率高,效果好。

本发明涉及整粒机技术领域,具体涉及一种湿法整粒机。
背景技术
整粒机广泛应用在制药、化工、食品生产中,现有的整粒机均为整粒刀高速旋转将物料挤向筛网,使物料通过筛网的形式完成整粒,挤压摩擦产生的热量大,整粒后的物料容易粘结堆积在筛网外侧,导致整粒后的产品颗粒不均匀,影响整粒效果。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计简单合理、工作可靠、整粒效果好的湿法整粒机。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,一种湿法整粒机,包括驱动机构20和整粒机构21,所述驱动机构20包括,电机座18、变频电机19,轴承座12,主轴5,所述变频电机19安装于电机座18上,所述整粒机构21包括连接座1,整粒刀2,整粒筛网3,隔圈7,筒体8,所述变频电机19轴上安装有输出同步轮16,所述主轴5通过轴承10安装在轴承座12内,所述主轴5下部安装有输入同步轮13,所述输入同步轮13通过同步带15与输出同步轮16联动,所述整粒机构21还包括搅拌刀6,所述搅拌刀6套装在主轴5上处于整粒刀2的上方,所述整粒刀2固定安装在连接座1和筒体8之间,所述整粒筛网3套装在主轴5上处于整粒刀2的下方,所述整粒筛网3与搅拌刀6和主轴5通过隔圈7及旋合在主轴5上端的螺母4固定联接为一体。通过采用上述技术方案,搅拌刀6和整粒筛网3在主轴的带动下同时高速旋转,一方面搅拌刀6对原料起旋流作用,并以离心力将原料甩向整粒筛网3,另一方面由于整粒刀2固定不动,高速旋转的整粒筛网3与整粒刀2产生相对剪切作用,将物料粉碎成小颗粒,并在整粒筛网3高速旋转产生的离心力作用下,迅速从筛网孔排出,并且在离心力的作用下不会粘结堆积在筛网外侧,还可以通过打开连接座1和松开螺母4方便的更换不同目数的整粒筛网3,调整整粒刀2与整粒筛网3间距及调整变频电机转速快慢来得到所需颗粒的大小,整粒效率高,效果好。
本发明的进一步设置,所述轴承座12的上部外端安装有第一密封圈9,上部内端面安装有第二密封圈901,中间部位安装有固定盖11,下端安装有底封盖14,所述固定盖11上端安装有第三密封圈902。
本发明的进一步设置,所述搅拌刀6为倒锥形,锥度为37度。
本发明的优点为:加工的物料进入湿法整粒机的进料口后,由与整粒筛网同步高速旋转的搅拌刀对原料起旋流作用,并以离心力将物料甩向筛网面,使物料不会滞留堆积在内部,同时由于整粒筛网的高速旋转与整粒刀产生剪切作用,颗粒在整粒刀与筛网间被粉碎成小颗粒并经整粒筛网孔排出,并且整粒筛网的高速旋转产生的离心力使整粒成型的物料更容易从筛网孔排出,不会粘结堆积在筛网外侧,从而使整粒更均匀,效率更高,提高了整粒效果。结构设计简单,零部件加工制造容易,工作可靠稳定。

如图1所示,一种湿法整粒机,包括驱动机构20和整粒机构21,所述驱动机构20包括,电机座18、变频电机19,轴承座12,主轴5,所述变频电机19安装于电机座18上,所述整粒机构21包括连接座1,整粒刀2,整粒筛网3,隔圈7,筒体8,所述变频电机19轴上安装有输出同步轮16,所述主轴5通过轴承10安装在轴承座12内,所述主轴5下部安装有输入同步轮13,所述输入同步轮13通过同步带15与输出同步轮16联动,所述整粒机构21还包括搅拌刀6,所述搅拌刀6套装在主轴5上处于整粒刀2的上方,所述整粒刀2固定安装在连接座1和筒体8之间,所述整粒筛网3套装在主轴5上处于整粒刀2的下方,所述整粒筛网3与搅拌刀6和主轴5通过隔圈7及旋合在主轴5上端的螺母4固定联接为一体。通过采用上述技术方案,搅拌刀6和整粒筛网3在主轴的带动下同时高速旋转,一方面搅拌刀6对原料起旋流作用,并以离心力将原料甩向整粒筛网3,另一方面由于整粒刀2固定不动,高速旋转的整粒筛网3与整粒刀2产生相对剪切作用,将物料粉碎成小颗粒,并在整粒筛网3高速旋转产生的离心力作用下,迅速从筛网孔排出,并且在离心力的作用下不会粘结堆积在筛网外侧,还可以通过打开连接座1和松开螺母4方便的更换不同目数的整粒筛网3,调整整粒刀2与整粒筛网3间距及调整变频电机转速快慢来得到所需颗粒的大小,整粒效率高,效果好。
本实施例中,所述轴承座12的上部外端安装有第一密封圈9,上部内端面安装有第二密封圈901,中间部位安装有固定盖11,下端安装有底封盖14,所述固定盖11上端安装有第三密封圈902。
本实施例中,所述搅拌刀6为倒锥形,锥度为37度。

1.一种湿法整粒机,包括驱动机构(20)和整粒机构(21),所述驱动机构(20)包括电机座(18)、变频电机(19),轴承座(12),主轴(5),所述变频电机(19)安装于电机座(18)上,所述整粒机构(21)包括连接座(1),整粒刀(2),整粒筛网(3),隔圈(7),筒体(8),其特征在于:所述变频电机(19)轴上安装有输出同步轮(16),所述主轴(5)通过轴承(10)安装在轴承座(12)内,所述主轴(5)下部安装有输入同步轮(13),所述输入同步轮(13)通过同步带(15)与输出同步轮(16)联动,所述整粒机构(21)还包括搅拌刀(6),所述搅拌刀(6)套装在主轴(5)上处于整粒刀(2)的上方,所述整粒刀(2)固定安装在连接座(1)和筒体(8)之间,所述整粒筛网(3)套装在主轴(5)上处于整粒刀(2)的下方,所述整粒筛网(3)与搅拌刀(6)和主轴(5)通过隔圈(7)及旋合在主轴(5)上端的螺母(4)固定联接为一体。
