技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗肿瘤作用的参灵扶正颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济发展,工业化程度逐渐提高,而人类生存的环境也日益恶化,加之现代社会人们生活压力增大,以及饮食习惯和生活方式的改变等,造成肿瘤的发病率持续攀升。因此,肿瘤的预防和治疗已经成为关系人类健康生活的重要问题,抗肿瘤研究成为当今医药研究中极富挑战且意义重大的领域。
目前,治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段为外科手术、化疗、放疗。手术虽然可以去除原发病灶,但当恶性肿瘤细胞向原发部位以外其他部位转移时,单独的手术切除已达不到治疗目的,不能从根本上杜绝癌细胞的再生与转移,此时需配合采用放疗、化疗。虽然放疗和化疗能杀死恶性肿瘤细胞,但正常组织细胞也会受到损害,毒副作用明显,这些毒副作用包括机体衰弱、食欲不振、损伤肝肾卵巢等。而常规的化学药品治疗方法难以阻止癌细胞转移并且具有很大的毒副作用,这是目前对癌症治疗中存在的主要问题。
传统中药由于其具有抗癌抑肿、毒副作用小等优势逐渐成为抗肿瘤研究的热点,并取得了较大进步,中医理论的发展也为中药治疗肿瘤打下了基础。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种可以抑制杀死肿瘤细胞、减少癌症患者痛苦的中药。其利用传统中药和现代制剂技术,克服西医治疗恶性肿瘤的缺陷,抑制杀灭肿瘤细胞,减少患者痛苦,有效延长他们的生命。
本发明所述参灵扶正颗粒,由下述原料按重量配比制成:玛卡10-25份、灵芝4-9份、西洋参10-25份、党参10-30份、黄芪30-55份、螺旋藻30-45份、枸杞40-60份。
本发明所述参灵扶正颗粒,优选玛卡15份、灵芝6份、西洋参15份、党参20份、黄芪40份、螺旋藻35份、枸杞50份制成。
所述原料是经切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌制成。
本发明还提供了一种参灵扶正颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玛卡、灵芝、西洋参、党参、黄芪、螺旋藻、枸杞分别切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌后按重量比称取;
(2)、将步骤(1)称取的原料混合,加入乙醇回流提取,过滤得到滤液,将滤液浓缩至干;
(3)、将浓缩的干燥物过筛,进行灭菌,最后制得所述参灵扶正颗粒。
其中,所述步骤(2)中加入的乙醇为原料混合物质量的5~10倍。
所述步骤(2)中,加入乙醇回流每次提取时间为2~4小时,所述回流温度为70~80℃。
所述步骤(3)中浓缩物干燥至含水率8%。
本发明采用的中药组合物中,各原料的功效如下所示:

党参,为植物党参和中药材的统称,党参为中国常用的传统补益药,古代以山西上党地区出产的党参为上品,具有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效。

称取玛卡10g、灵芝4g、西洋参10g、党参10g、黄芪30g、螺旋藻30g、枸杞40g,将称取的原料进行切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌。
将原料玛卡、灵芝、西洋参、党参、黄芪、螺旋藻、枸杞混合得到混合原料,加入乙醇回流提取,过滤得到滤液,将滤液浓缩真空干燥;
将浓缩的干燥物过筛,进行灭菌,最后制得所述参灵扶正颗粒。
实施例2
称取玛卡15g、灵芝6g、西洋参15g、党参20g、黄芪40g、螺旋藻35g、枸杞50g,将称取的原料进行切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌。
将原料玛卡、灵芝、西洋参、党参、黄芪、螺旋藻、枸杞混合得到混合原料,加入乙醇回流提取,过滤得到滤液,将滤液浓缩真空干燥;
将浓缩的干燥物过筛,进行灭菌,最后制得所述参灵扶正颗粒。
实施例3
称取玛卡25g、灵芝9g、西洋参25g、党参30g、黄芪55g、螺旋藻45g、枸杞60g,将称取的原料进行切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌。
将原料玛卡、灵芝、西洋参、党参、黄芪、螺旋藻、枸杞混合得到混合原料,加入乙醇回流提取,过滤得到滤液,将滤液浓缩真空干燥;
将浓缩的干燥物过筛,进行灭菌,最后制得所述参灵扶正颗粒。
抗肿瘤药效评价
1、小鼠移植瘤实验
普通级ICR小鼠50只,,6-8周龄,体重18~22g,分别为空白组、阳性对照组、本发明参灵扶正颗粒药高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。其中,参灵扶正颗粒高、中、低剂量组所用药物为实施例2中制备得到的,取肿瘤细胞(S180肉瘤细胞2×106)接种于小鼠右侧腋部皮下。
2、实验药物
阳性对照药:5FU:吸取5FU注射液0.5ml(12.5mg),加入9ml生理盐水,配成1.25mg/ml的溶液。
3、实验与结果
肿瘤接种7天后,除空白对照组外,其余组小鼠给予相应的药物。给药期间每天测定体重,连续给药2周后处死小鼠,称瘤重,计算各组平均瘤重,按照下述公式计算肿瘤抑制率。
肿瘤生长抑制率=(空白对照组平均瘤重-治疗组平均瘤重)/空白对照组平均瘤重。
本发明抗肿瘤药参灵扶正颗粒对S180肉瘤小鼠体重影响不大,但对S180肉瘤有明显的抑制作用,结果见表1。

本发明的描述并不是无遗漏的或者将本发明限于所公开的形式。其中很多修改和变化对于本领域的普通技术人员而言是显然的,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变形。
Claims (8)
1.一种参灵扶正颗粒,其特征在于,由下述原料按重量配比制成:玛卡10-25份、灵芝4-9份、西洋参10-25份、党参10-30份、黄芪30-55份、螺旋藻30-45份、枸杞40-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述参灵扶正颗粒,其特征在于,由玛卡15份、灵芝6份、西洋参15份、党参20份、黄芪40份、螺旋藻35份、枸杞50份制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述参灵扶正颗粒,其特征在于,所述原料是经切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌制成。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述参灵扶正颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玛卡、灵芝、西洋参、党参、黄芪、螺旋藻、枸杞分别切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌后按重量比称取;
(2)、将步骤(1)称取的原料混合,加入乙醇回流提取,过滤得到滤液,将滤液浓缩至干;
(3)、将浓缩的干燥物过筛,进行灭菌,最后制得所述参灵扶正颗粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述参灵扶正颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中加入的乙醇为原料混合物重量的5~10倍。
6.根据权利要求4所述的参灵扶正颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,加入乙醇回流每次提取时间为2~4小时。
7.根据权利要求4所述的参灵扶正颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述回流温度为70~80℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述参灵扶正颗粒制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中浓缩物干燥至含水率8%。
