Abstract
本发明公开了一种高反射光伏组件背板材料,所述背板材料依次由耐候层、聚合物基膜层、聚烯烃层、以及均匀分布于聚烯烃层上表面的多个正四棱锥结构组成。本发明制得的光伏组件背板材料所用原材料价格便宜、生产工艺简单、还具有高光反射性、水汽阻隔性和局部放电电压,较宽的温度使用范围以及良好的机械性能、粘结强度和优异的户外耐候性,是一种综合性能优异的适用于光伏组件的背板材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高反射光伏组件背板材料,属于光伏封装材料领域。
背景技术
当能源主要依靠燃烧石化燃料而获取时,能源消耗越多,越会影响人类社会的可持续发展。因此,大力发展新能源已经成为一项全球化的重要任务。太阳能是一种清洁、高效和永不衰竭的新能源,无论是现在还是将来太阳能都拥有广阔的市场前景。晶体硅电池是太阳能发电的核心部分,若将晶硅电池直接暴露在空气中,受到雨、雪、灰尘等外界因素的干扰,会使其转换效率和使用寿命大大降低。因此需要采用合适的封装技术对其进行保护。常规的光伏组件一般由低铁钢化玻璃、前层EVA胶膜、太阳能电池片、后层EVA胶膜和背板组成。其中,背板除了应具有水汽阻隔性、电气绝缘性、与EVA的粘结性、耐候性等保护电池片的性能之外,还应该具有高反射性能,使照射到组件上的太阳光最大程度的被电池片所利用,提高光伏组件的光电转化效率,降低发电成本。
目前,普通的背板还不能满足高反射的要求,需要通过添加特殊的填料和表面图案化等手段来提高光伏背板的反射率。我公司已经授权的专利,公开号为C101645465A提供了通过添加高反射填料制备光伏背板的方法,可以制得具有较高反射率的背板,在此基础上我公司公开号为CN204315600U的专利解析了反射层厚度和图案结构等因素对反射率的影响程度,并通过对背板反射内层采取表面图案化等处理手段进一步提高了背板的光反射率,但还可以通过改变背板的组成、结构使光伏组件背板的反射率进一步提高。
通过增大光伏组件的系统来降低直、交流侧线损及变压器低压侧绕组损耗,同时逆变器、变压器的功率密度提升,体积减小,运输、维护等方面工作量也相应减少,有利于光伏组件成本的降低。但是,目前市场上光伏背板的局放电压通常在1000~1200VDC,仅能适应常规的光伏组件系统,对于较大系统的光伏组件存在很大的安全隐患,因此研发一种具有高局放电压的光伏背板对光伏组件成本的降低非常有必要。
因此,开发一类即具有高光反射率、高局放电压的同时又在水汽阻隔性、粘结强度、机械性能和耐老化性等方面均有优异表现的背板是光伏组件背板材料最需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,通过改变背板内层的组成、结构从而提供了一种生产工艺简单、光电转换效率高、生产成本低的光伏组件背板,这种背板在具有高光反射率、局部放电电压、水汽阻隔性的同时在粘结强度、机械性、耐候性等方面也具有良好的效果。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高反射光伏组件背板材料,依次由耐候层、聚合物基膜层、聚烯烃层、以及均匀分布于聚烯烃层上表面的多个正四棱锥结构组成;所述聚烯烃层厚度为50~400μm,聚合物基膜层厚度为100~500μm,耐候层厚度为10~100μm。
所述聚烯烃层及其上表面的正四棱锥结构均由100重量份的第一主体树脂、0~20重量份的无机填料、2~5重量份的辅助填料、2~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂、0.01~5重量份的交联剂A、0.01~8重量份的交联剂B、0.001~0.1重量份的抗热氧老化剂、0.001~0.1重量份的光稳定剂、0.001~0.1重量份的紫外吸收剂组成;所述的第一主体树脂由乙烯与丙烯、丁烯、戊烯、辛烯中的一种或多种按照任意配比共聚组成;所述无机填料由钛白粉、无碱玻纤、云母粉、滑石粉、金属氧化物、瓷粉、蒙脱土、碳酸钙、沸石(粒径为1~10μm)、介孔二氧化硅(粒径为1~10μm)、空心玻璃微球(粒径为1~10μm)、空心陶瓷微球(粒径为1~10μm)、铁铬黑、铜铬黑、炭黑中的一种或多种按照任意比混合组成;所述辅助填料由纳米二氧化钛(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米二氧化硅(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米氟化钙(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米氟化镁(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米碳酸钙(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米氧化镁(粒径为10~100nm)、微米级陶瓷微球(粒径为1~10μm)、微米级玻璃微球(粒径为1~10μm)中的一种或多种按照任意比混合组成;

本发明制备出的高反射光伏组件背板材料原材料便宜、生产工艺简单,在具有高光反射性能、高局部放电的同时在水汽阻隔性能、温度使用范围、与EVA的粘结强度、机械性能和户外耐候性等方面也有突出优势,为光伏组件背板材料提供了新思路、新方法。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:通过改变背板内层的组成、结构,提供一种简单的生产工艺制作出原材料成本低并具有高光电转换效率同时适用于大系统光伏组件用光伏背板;该背板在具有高反射率、高局放电压、高水汽阻隔性能的同时还具有较宽的温度使用范围、较大的EVA剥离强度、良好的机械性能和耐候性,能够充分发挥背板的保护作用。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,本发明一种高反射光伏组件背板材料,依次由耐候层、2聚合物基膜层1、聚烯烃层3粘结而成,聚烯烃层3上均匀分布有多个正四棱锥结构;所述正四棱锥结构由机械印花后再经过热固化、紫外光固化、辐射固化、微波固化中的一种或多种方式进行定型。在实际应用中,耐候层2裸露在空气中,聚烯烃层3及其上表面的正四棱锥结构位于背板内层。通过聚烯烃层3本身的高反射性及其表面的间隔型正四棱锥结构,大大增加了背板的反射率。
所述聚烯烃层厚度为150~400μm,各组分质量份数如下:

如图3所示正四棱锥结构中,侧面与底面的夹角α=π/3,金字塔的高度为d=8μm,则相对应的a=9.24μm,b=9.24μm。上述尺寸能够很好的实现高反射效果。参见图3所示的光路图,光在AB,BC,CD面上的反射情况如图所示。假设入射光垂直射向背板,光线照射到背板上以后,能够按照与入射光平行的方向形成镜面反射,但反射的面积与平面相比大大增加,因此能够有效的提高背板的反射率。
所述聚合物基膜厚度为100~500μm,各组分质量份数如下:

本发明中的聚烯烃层、聚合物基膜层可以由熔融涂覆或流延成膜或双层共挤出制得,耐候层采用湿法涂布后热交联固化制得。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
实施例1:
制造过程中,首先将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份,无机填料钛白粉10份,水解稳定剂单体碳化二亚胺3份,抗热氧老化剂1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苯甲基)0.05份由高速搅拌机均匀混合后在230~270℃,熔融加工,并流延成膜制得250μm厚的聚合物基膜层。
然后将无机填料空心玻璃微球100份,辅助填料纳米二氧化钛5份和硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷20份加入到高速搅拌机中,以20000r/min的速度搅拌,直至搅拌机温度升到130℃结束搅拌,将产物置于100℃真空烘箱中干燥过夜。并将改性好的空心玻璃微球20份和乙丙共聚物100份用高速搅拌机混合均匀后在200-210℃的双螺杆挤出机中造粒、干燥。之后再将改性、干燥过后的PP与等量的PP在200-210℃的双螺杆挤出机中造粒、干燥。再将改性好的乙丙共聚物100份和交联剂A过氧化丁基异丙苯0.8份、交联剂B1,3,5-三烯丙基-均三嗪-2,4,6-三酮3份、抗热氧老化剂2,2-亚甲基-双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚0.08份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.06份、紫外吸收剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.08份置于高速搅拌机中混合15min之后在210-230℃熔融加工淋涂到聚合物基膜层上。
最后,在聚合物基膜层的另一面采用湿法涂布法涂50μm厚的耐候层涂料。所用氟树脂100份,固化剂六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体10份,催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份,无机填料钛白粉10份。
实施例2:
实施例2中,各层厚度以及组成成分与实施例1一致,但是实施例2中的聚烯烃层上具有均匀分布的正四棱锥结构。
实施例3:
制造过程中,首先将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份,无机填料钛白粉10份,水解稳定剂单体碳化二亚胺3份,抗热氧老化剂1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苯甲基)0.05份由高速搅拌机均匀混合后在230~270℃,熔融加工,并流延成膜制得250μm厚的聚合物基膜层。
然后将无机填料空心玻璃微球100份,辅助填料纳米二氧化钛5份和硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷20份加入到高速搅拌机中,20000r/min搅拌直至搅拌机温度升到130℃结束搅拌,将产物置于100℃真空烘箱中真空干燥过夜。并将改性好的空心玻璃微球10份和乙丙共聚物100份用高速搅拌机混合均匀后在200-210℃的双螺杆挤出机中造粒、干燥。再将改性好的基体树脂100份和交联剂A过氧化丁基异丙苯0.8份、交联剂B1,3,5-三烯丙基-均三嗪-2,4,6-三酮3份、抗热氧老化剂2,2-亚甲基-双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚0.08份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.06份、紫外吸收剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.08份置于高速搅拌机中混合15min之后在210-230℃熔融加工淋涂到聚合物基膜层上。

然后将无机填料沸石100份,辅助填料纳米二氧化硅5份和硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷20份加入到高速搅拌机中,20000r/min搅拌直至搅拌机温度升到130℃结束搅拌,将产物置于100℃真空烘箱中真空干燥过夜。再将改性好的沸石10份和乙丙共聚物树脂100份用高速搅拌机混合均匀后在200-210℃的双螺杆挤出机中造粒、干燥。再将改性好的基体树脂100份和交联剂A过氧化丁基异丙苯0.8份、交联剂B1,3,5-三烯丙基-均三嗪-2,4,6-三酮3份、抗热氧老化剂2,2-亚甲基-双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚0.08份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.06份、紫外吸收剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.08份置于高速搅拌机中混合15min之后在210-230℃熔融加工淋涂到聚合物基膜层上。
最后,在聚合物基膜层的另一面采用湿法涂布法涂50μm厚的耐候层涂料。所用氟树脂100份,固化剂六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体10份,催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份,无机填料钛白粉10份。
实施例6:
实施例6中,各层厚度以及组成成分与实施例5一致,但是实施例5中的聚烯烃层上具有均匀分布的正四棱锥结构。
实施例7:

然后将铜铬黑100份,辅助填料微米级陶瓷微球5份和硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷20份加入到高速搅拌机中,20000r/min搅拌直至搅拌机温度升到130℃结束搅拌,将产物置于100℃真空烘箱中真空干燥过夜。并将改性好的铜铬黑10份和乙丙共聚物100份用高速搅拌机混合均匀后在200-210℃的双螺杆挤出机中造粒、干燥。然后将改性好的基体树脂100份和交联剂A过氧化丁基异丙苯0.8份、交联剂B1,3,5-三烯丙基-均三嗪-2,4,6-三酮3份、抗热氧老化剂2,2-亚甲基-双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚0.08份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.06份、紫外吸收剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.08份置于高速搅拌机中混合15min之后在210-230℃熔融加工淋涂到聚合物基膜层上。
最后,在聚合物基膜层的另一面采用湿法涂布法涂50μm厚的耐候层涂料。所用氟树脂100份,固化剂六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体10份,催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份,无机填料钛白粉10份。
实施例8:
实施例10中,各层厚度以及组成成分与实施例9一致,但是实施例10中的聚烯烃层上具有均匀分布的正四棱锥结构。

按照GB/T13452.3-92、GB/T9270-88、GB/T5211.17-88、ISO3906-80标准设计的反射率测定仪进行测试
2.局放电压
按照标准IEC61730《光伏(PV)组件安全鉴定》进行测试
3.水汽透过率
按照标准ASTMF1249《用调制红外线传感器测定塑料膜和薄板水蒸气透过性的试验方法》进行测试
试验条件:﹢38℃,相对湿度100%
4.与EVA的剥离强度
按照GB/T2790进行剥离强度测试
5.恒定耐湿热老化性能
按照标准GB/T2423.3《高低温湿热试验方法》
试验条件:﹢85℃,相对湿度85%
试验前后对试样黄变指数(△YI)按照国标GB2409《塑料黄变指数试验方法》测定
对实施例1、2、3、4、5和比较例1、2进行性能检测,结果如表1所示。

由表中数据可知,本发明一种高反射光伏组件背板材料在通过改变背板内层的组成成分就能比普通背板的反射率有明显提高,特别的对于黑色背板而言其反射率能够提高将近10倍。并且当对背板内层进行表面图案化处理之后其反射率能够得到进一步提高。本发明的高反射光伏组件背板材料的反射率、局放电压高,能够充分提高光电转换率、满足不同系统大小光伏组件的要求,大大降低了光伏组件的生产成本,提高了安全性。同时在与EVA的剥离强度、水汽阻隔性、机械强度、耐候性等方面也有突出优势,能够很好的满足光伏组件背板的要求。

1.一种高反射光伏组件背板材料,其特征在于,依次由耐候层、聚合物基膜层、聚烯烃层、以及均匀分布于聚烯烃层上表面的多个正四棱锥结构组成;所述聚烯烃层厚度为50~400μm,聚合物基膜层厚度为100~500μm,耐候层厚度为10~100μm。
所述聚烯烃层及其上表面的正四棱锥结构均由100重量份的第一主体树脂、0~20重量份的无机填料、2~5重量份的辅助填料、2~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂、0.01~5重量份的交联剂A、0.01~8重量份的交联剂B、0.001~0.1重量份的抗热氧老化剂、0.001~0.1重量份的光稳定剂、0.001~0.1重量份的紫外吸收剂组成;所述的第一主体树脂由乙烯与丙烯、丁烯、戊烯、辛烯中的一种或多种按照任意配比共聚组成;所述无机填料由钛白粉、无碱玻纤、云母粉、滑石粉、金属氧化物、瓷粉、蒙脱土、碳酸钙、沸石(粒径为1~10μm)、介孔二氧化硅(粒径为1~10μm)、空心玻璃微球(粒径为1~10μm)、空心陶瓷微球(粒径为1~10μm)、铁铬黑、铜铬黑、炭黑中的一种或多种按照任意比混合组成;所述辅助填料由纳米二氧化钛(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米二氧化硅(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米氟化钙(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米氟化镁(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米碳酸钙(粒径为10~100nm)、纳米氧化镁(粒径为10~100nm)、微米级陶瓷微球(粒径为1~10μm)、微米级玻璃微球(粒径为1~10μm)中的一种或多种按照任意比混合组成;

6.如权利要求1所述的高反射光伏组件背板材料,其特征在于,所述抗热氧老化剂由2,2-亚甲基-双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚、1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苯甲基)、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基-苯甲酸十六烷基酯、二硬酯基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)中的一种或多种按照任意配比组成。
7.如权利要求1所述的高反射光伏组件背板材料,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂由癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯、双-1-癸烷氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-醇葵二酸酯、N,N’-双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-1,6-己二胺与2,4-二氯-6-6(4-吗啉基)-1,3,5-三嗪的复配物、甲基-1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基癸二酸中的一种或多种按任意配比组成。
8.如权利要求1所述的高反射光伏组件背板材料,其特征在于,所述紫外吸收剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-4-甲氧基-2’-羧基二苯甲酮、6,7’-亚甲基双(2-甲基-4,3,1-苯并噁嗪)-4-酮、2’,4,4’-四羟基二苯甲酮、2-(2’-羟基-5-甲基苯基)-5-羧基丁基酯苯并三唑中的一种或多种按任意配比组成。
9.如权利要求1所述的高反射光伏组件背板材料,其特征在于,所述水解稳定剂为单体碳化二亚胺类水解稳定剂、噁唑啉类化合物水解稳定剂、环氧化合物类水解稳定剂中的一种或多种按任意比混合组成。
10.如权利要求1所述的高反射光伏组件背板材料,其特征在于,所述固化剂为乙二胺、乙二撑三胺、异氟尔酮二胺、双(4-胺基环己基)甲烷、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体中的一种或多种按照任意比组成;所述催化剂由钛酸四丁酯、异辛酸钴、氧化单丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡中的一种或多种按照任意比组成。
