Abstract

本发明提供了一种屋面采光板防老化涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:三氟氯乙烯‑乙烯基醚树脂80‑85%;异氰酸酯10‑15%;过氧化环已酮1‑5%;奈酸1‑3%。该涂料涂到采光板的表面后能够延迟采光板的老化,延长采光板的使用寿命,并且不影响采光板的透光率。在该涂料老化后,撕去表面涂料再涂一层新料即可,避免了更换采光板造成的漏雨隐患。

本发明涉及一种涂料。
背景技术
工业厂房的屋面多设置有采光板,用于进行室内采光。现有技术中的屋面采光板多采用树脂例如聚酯或者聚碳酯构成,由于屋面所述环境恶劣,风吹日晒雨淋,造成了采光板的老化。老化后的采光板透光率大幅下降,影响到了室内的采光效果。如果进行更换的话,会造成漏雨隐患。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种屋面采光板防老化涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:

本申请的有益效果:该涂料涂到采光板的表面后能够延迟采光板的老化,延长采光板的使用寿命,并且不影响采光板的透光率。在该涂料老化后,撕去表面涂料再涂一层新料即可,避免了更换采光板造成的漏雨隐患。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1
本发明提供了一种屋面采光板防老化涂料,包括如下重量份的组分:三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基醚树脂83%,异氰酸酯12%,过氧化环已酮3%,奈酸2%。将上述物质混合均匀后即得到本发明所述的防老化涂料。
使用时,仅需要将该涂料均匀的涂刷在采光板的表面即可。
对涂覆了本发明所述的涂料的市售采光板(记为A)和未涂覆的市售采光板(记为B)进行了如下对比试验,有如下试验结果:
试验1:720小时紫外线照射

照射后透光率 80.1 74.0
透光率下降 7.1 15.3
可见涂覆了本涂料的采光板在强紫外线的照射下透光率下降幅度较小,即防老化能力增强。
试验2:720小时水浸泡

可见涂覆了本涂料的采光板在水浸泡下透光率下降幅度较小,防老化能力增强。
