Abstract
本发明是关于塑料薄膜,尤其是一种长效PET膜。包含厚度为0.012~0.50mm的聚酯PET薄膜,其特征在于:于该聚酯PET薄膜一面涂覆有聚氨酯或氟碳涂层,于该聚酯PET薄膜另一面用聚氨酯和异氰酸酯双组份粘合剂粘覆有聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜。本发明利用亲水性大的聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜作为面向大棚内部的里层,它不仅透光性、隔热保温性和耐酸性良好外,还具有优良的防起雾性能。由于该防起雾性能是由其材料本身的亲水性决定的,而不是依靠外加涂层或材料中添加的防滴助剂形成的,所以本发明不会产生雾滴,其无滴功能耐久长效。本发明利用PET薄膜作骨架,巧妙地克服了单层聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜形状稳定性差的缺陷,使其具有稳定的外形。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于塑料薄膜,尤其是一种长效PET膜。
背景技术
近年来,我国的现代设施农业得到了蓬勃的发展,其中设施园艺是一个耗能大户,而在设施园艺中,农用塑料薄膜则是一种重要的园艺设施用材,常用于覆盖大棚以替代玻璃温室。目前农用塑料薄膜大都为聚乙烯PE膜或聚氯乙烯PVC膜。为了防止塑料大棚因昼夜温差而产生的水滴危害作物,而在上述的PE膜或PVC膜上涂布铝酯系的防雾滴层,或使用添加防滴剂的PE、PVC塑料母粒制作薄膜,即所谓的防滴膜,但这种防滴膜的使用寿命短,最长不超过两年不是防雾滴层失去作用,就是薄膜老化破裂。此外,PE或PVC农用薄膜也常在塑料料母料中添加抗老化剂或抗紫外剂以增强其抗老化和抗紫外线性能。由于目前的农用塑料薄膜的使用寿命短,致使设施园艺的成本增加,已是一个公认的事实。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种长效PET膜,旨在解决其使用寿命,保持耐久长效无滴的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
一种长效PET膜,包含厚度为0.012~0.50mm的聚酯PET薄膜,其特征在于:于该聚酯PET薄膜一面涂覆有聚氨酯或氟碳涂层,于该聚酯PET薄膜另一面用聚氨酯和异氰酸酯双组份粘合剂粘覆有聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜。
进一步,其特征在于:该PET薄膜为添加有或不添加有受阻胺类抗紫外线助剂的塑料薄膜。
再进一步,其特征在于:该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料的薄膜的厚度为0.012~0.05mm。
更进一步,其特征在于:该聚氨酯或氟碳涂层的厚度为5~20μ。
本发明具有下述的有益效果
使用寿命长,具有聚氨酯涂层的本发明抗紫外耐老化的性能可达3年,具有氟碳涂层的可达5年,而用添加受阻胺类抗紫外线助剂的则可达8年左右。为此可大为降低设施的成本费用。
本发明利用亲水性大的聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜作为面向大棚内部的里层,它不仅透光性、隔热保温性和耐酸性良好外,还具有优良的防起雾性能。由于该防起雾性能是由其材料本身的亲水性决定的,而不是依靠外加涂层或材料中添加的防滴助剂形成的,所以本发明不会产生雾滴,其无滴功能耐久长效。
本发明利用PET薄膜作骨架,巧妙地克服了单层聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜形状稳定性差的缺陷,使其具有稳定的外形。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明为在厚度0.012mm的普通高光聚酯PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)薄膜2的一面涂覆有聚氨酯或氟碳涂层1,该聚氨酯或氟碳涂层1的厚度为5μ;在该普通高光聚酯PET薄膜2的另一面用聚氨酯和异氰酸酯双组份粘合剂粘覆有聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3,该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3的厚度为0.012mm。
实施例2
本发明为在厚度0.05mm的普通高光聚酯PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)薄膜2的一面涂覆有聚氨酯或氟碳涂层1,该聚氨酯或氟碳涂层1的厚度为20μ;在该普通高光聚酯PET薄膜2的另一面用聚氨酯和异氰酸酯双组份粘合剂粘覆有聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3,该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3的厚度为0.05mm。
实施例3
本发明为在厚度0.031的普通高光聚酯PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)薄膜2的一面涂覆有聚氨酯或氟碳涂层1,该聚氨酯或氟碳涂层1的厚度为12.5μ;在该普通高光聚酯PET薄膜2的另一面用聚氨酯和异氰酸酯双组份粘合剂粘覆有聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3,该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3的厚度为0.031mm。
本发明利用聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3优良的亲水性能,在具有温差的条件下,其表面不会因凝露而产生水滴,以致影响植物的生长。这种无滴的功能是其材料本身所具有的,并非由材料中添加剂或助剂形成的,因此该无滴功能不随时间的推移而减退,是耐久长效的。此外,该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3还具有良好的透光、隔热保温、耐酸性能。但该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3的形状稳定性差,为克服聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3这一不足之处,本发明以同样具有透光性良好和高外形稳定性能的普通高光聚酯PET薄膜2作为骨架,另外再在该普通高光PET薄膜2表面涂以薄薄的一层聚氨酯或氟碳涂料1以作抗紫外线辐射的保护。本发明经按ASTMG53-88标准规定的薄膜耐气候光抗老化试验方法测试其寿命可达3~5年,远高于一般塑料薄膜2年左右即老化的使用寿命。
本发明还可以使用添加有受阻胺类抗紫外助剂的抗紫外高光PET薄膜来替代上述的普通高光PET薄膜2,这样一来,就加强了本发明的抗老化效果,经按ASTMG53-88标准的试测方法,对这种面层为聚氨酯或氟碳1、中间为抗紫外高光PET薄膜2、底层为用聚氨酯和异氰酸酯双组份粘结剂粘合的聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜3的复合物的测定,其抗老化性能可长达8年左右。大大超出了现有一般塑料的抗老化的性能。
Claims (5)
1.一种长效PET膜,包含厚度为0.012~0.50mm的聚酯PET薄膜,其特征在于:于该聚酯PET薄膜一面涂覆有聚氨酯或氟碳涂层,于该聚酯PET薄膜另一面用聚氨酯和异氰酸酯双组份粘合剂粘覆有聚乙烯醇PVA塑料薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐久长效无滴聚酯PET薄膜,其特征在于:该PET薄膜为添加有或不添加有受阻胺类抗紫外线助剂的塑料薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐久长效无滴聚酯PET薄膜,其特征在于:该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料的薄膜的厚度为0.012~0.05mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的耐久长效无滴聚酯PET薄膜,其特征在于:该聚乙烯醇PVA塑料的薄膜的厚度为0.012~0.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1、或2、或3、或4所述的耐久长效无滴聚酯PET薄膜,其特征在于:该聚氨酯或氟碳涂层的厚度为5~20μ。
