Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车排气管,包括排气管主体、进气管口、过滤腔、回音腔、出气消音腔、出气管口、排气主管、出气主管和连通管,排气管主体包括过滤腔、回音腔和出气消音腔,进气管口与过滤腔相连,过滤腔、回音腔和出气消音腔之间通过隔板分隔设置。本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过过滤腔、回音腔、出气消音腔三个腔体相互配合设计分别实现了过滤、回音和消音工作,另外分别通过排气主管、出气主管和连通管进行相互连通,通过设置过滤层和消音器实现相关功能,具有高速高效、清洁安全、低成本、易维护,并且产品一致性得到保证,从而提高产品质量。另外,通过防腐蚀处理排气主管、出气主管和连通管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车排气管。
背景技术
排气管消音的原理是通过对排气气流气流折射、分散、膨胀等措施,使排气气流的流速降低。从而达到消音的目的。但是消音以后排气背压增高,影响废气排出的完全程度,会损失动力性和经济性。因此排气管的设计既要考虑到消音降噪,又要考虑动力性和经济性不要有太大的损失。除非十分必要,建议不要把排气噪音降得很低。
另外,这类排气管内的排气主管、出气主管和连通管的耐腐蚀性很差,使用寿命很短,经常需要更换。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车排气管。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车排气管,包括排气管主体、进气管口、过滤腔、回音腔、出气消音腔、出气管口、排气主管、出气主管和连通管,所述排气管主体包括过滤腔、回音腔和出气消音腔,所述进气管口与过滤腔相连,所述过滤腔、回音腔和出气消音腔之间通过隔板分隔设置,所述过滤腔内通过排气主管与出气消音腔相连,所述出气消音腔通过连通管与回音腔相连,所述回音腔通过出气主管与出气管口相连,所述过滤腔内部设置有过滤层,所述过滤层设置在排气主管的管口,所述出气消音腔内在出气主管上设置有消音器;
排气主管、出气主管和连通管均通过防腐蚀处理在其表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、在工件上涂刷防腐基础液,防腐基础液由20份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、20份二乙醇胺、10份丙三醇、5份稀盐酸、0.5份花色甙、10份碳酸钾和80份水混合制成;
步骤②、在工件表面采用离子注入方式注入磷酸锆、二氧化硅、铬酸铬和氟硅酸钠形成厚度为100nm的不溶共络层;
步骤③、再在不溶共络层上形成金属氧化层;
步骤④、再在金属氧化层上涂厚度为100nm的底漆。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过过滤腔、回音腔、出气消音腔三个腔体相互配合设计分别实现了过滤、回音和消音工作,另外分别通过排气主管、出气主管和连通管进行相互连通,通过设置过滤层和消音器实现相关功能,具有高速高效、清洁安全、低成本、易维护,并且产品一致性得到保证,从而提高产品质量。通过防腐蚀处理排气主管、出气主管和连通管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示,一种汽车排气管,包括排气管主体、进气管口1、过滤腔2、回音腔3、出气消音腔4、出气管口5、排气主管6、出气主管7和连通管8,所述排气管主体包括过滤腔2、回音腔3和出气消音腔4,所述进气管口1与过滤腔2相连,所述过滤腔2、回音腔3和出气消音腔4之间通过隔板分隔设置,所述过滤腔2内通过排气主管6与出气消音腔4相连,所述出气消音腔4通过连通管8与回音腔3相连,所述回音腔3通过出气主管7与出气管口5相连,所述过滤腔2内部设置有过滤层,所述过滤层设置在排气主管6的管口,所述出气消音腔4内在出气主管7上设置有消音器9,所述隔板采用不锈钢材质制成钢板,隔板与排气管主体内壁一体成型。
值得注意的是,所述过滤层设置有颗粒吸附层、活性炭过滤网层和二氧化碳净化层。
值得注意的是,所述回音腔3内设置有回压鼓。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过过滤腔、回音腔、出气消音腔三个腔体相互配合设计分别实现了过滤、回音和消音工作,另外分别通过排气主管、出气主管和连通管进行相互连通,通过设置过滤层和消音器实现相关功能,具有高速高效、清洁安全、低成本、易维护,并且产品一致性得到保证,从而提高产品质量。
排气主管6、出气主管7和连通管8均通过防腐蚀处理在其表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、在工件上涂刷防腐基础液,防腐基础液由20份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、20份二乙醇胺、10份丙三醇、5份稀盐酸、0.5份花色甙、10份碳酸钾和80份水混合制成;
步骤②、在工件表面采用离子注入方式注入磷酸锆、二氧化硅、铬酸铬和氟硅酸钠形成厚度为100nm的不溶共络层;
步骤③、再在不溶共络层上形成金属氧化层;
步骤④、再在金属氧化层上涂厚度为100nm的底漆。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

1.一种汽车排气管,其特征在于:包括排气管主体、进气管口(1)、过滤腔(2)、回音腔(3)、出气消音腔(4)、出气管口(5)、排气主管(6)、出气主管(7)和连通管(8),所述排气管主体包括过滤腔(2)、回音腔(3)和出气消音腔(4),所述进气管口(1)与过滤腔(2)相连,所述过滤腔(2)、回音腔(3)和出气消音腔(4)之间通过隔板分隔设置,所述过滤腔(2)内通过排气主管(6)与出气消音腔(4)相连,所述出气消音腔(4)通过连通管(8)与回音腔(3)相连,所述回音腔(3)通过出气主管(7)与出气管口(5)相连,所述过滤腔(2)内部设置有过滤层,所述过滤层设置在排气主管(6)的管口,所述出气消音腔(4)内在出气主管(7)上设置有消音器(9);
排气主管(6)、出气主管(7)和连通管(8)均通过防腐蚀处理在其表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
