本发明属于造纸技术领域,涉及一种高强医用复合原纸及其生产方法。本发明的高强复合包装纸,包括由阔叶木浆、针叶木浆制成的纸浆及与化学添加剂混合制成的基质纸;所述化学添加剂包括羧甲基纤维素钠,所使用的阔叶木浆、针叶木浆由羧甲基纤维素钠对其进行预处理;按重量计算,在该基质纸中纸浆阔叶木浆:针叶木浆=70~50:30~50;化学添加剂:纸浆=0.8~5:100。本发明产品具有极高的纤维内部结合强度和极高的表面抗撕拉强度,使原纸可达到医用包装纸的强度和撕开性要求。

Description

高强医用复合原纸及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,涉及一种高强医用复合原纸及其生产方法。
背景技术
应用现有通用方法生产的一些包装纸张,纸张强度主要是通过阳离子淀粉或者高聚物增强剂来实现纸张内部强度,表面强度是通过应用原淀粉或氧化淀粉的表面施胶剂复配以某种功能成份实现表面强度提高。应用此类方法生产纸张的表面强度和纸张内部纤维结合强度均达不到一些对纸张强度具有更高要求的复合包装纸的要求。另外,对于应用于医疗器材包装的高强复合包装纸,在使用时要求撕开取出器材时纸面不能拉起毛,更不能因纸张内部强度不够而分层,现有技术所生产的包装纸张均无法较好地满足该要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够提高医用包装纸的表面强度、内结合强度和撕开性的高强医用复合原纸及其生产方法。
本发明的高强复合包装纸,包括由阔叶木浆、针叶木浆制成的纸浆及与化学添加剂混合制成的基质纸;所述化学添加剂包括羧甲基纤维素钠,所使用的阔叶木浆、针叶木浆由羧甲基纤维素钠对其进行预处理;按重量计算,在该基质纸中纸浆阔叶木浆:针叶木浆=70~50:30~50;化学添加剂:纸浆=0.8~5:100。
所述化学添加剂还包括AKD、阳离子保留助剂、阴离子保留助剂、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种混合物。
所述基质纸表面具有由聚乙烯醇和一体化施胶剂MIPTIC改性聚乙烯醇组成表面施胶层,施胶量为2~6g/m2/面,聚乙烯醇与一体化施胶剂的复配重量比为1:0.5-1.0。
本发明的上述高强医用复合原纸的生产方法为:采用常规多缸长网纸机生产,将阔叶木浆、针叶木浆制成混合纸浆,磨浆游离度控制在250~350CSF,再加入化学添加剂混合制,成基质纸,然后在基质纸表面涂覆表面施胶层,再经过后续压光处理,制成高强医用复合原纸。
本发明采用在纸浆粉碎阶段应用羧甲基纤维素钠进行预处理,并应用特殊的表面施胶剂复配进行表面施胶,在普通多缸长网纸机上,纸张经表面施胶压榨后,进行卷曲生产高强复合包装原纸。其产品具有极高的纤维内部结合强度和极高的表面抗撕拉强度,使原纸可达到医用包装纸的强度和撕开性要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在常规多缸长网纸机上进行纸张抄造时,采用30%针叶木浆,70%的阔叶木浆制备混合纸浆,磨浆游离度305CSF,在粉碎时加入1.0%(相对于纸浆重量)的羧甲基纤维素钠进行预处理,冲浆泵处加入0.2%(相对于纸浆重量)的湿强剂,在流浆箱处加入0.2%(相对于纸浆重量)AKD,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类阳离子保留助剂100-200ppm,经过稀释除渣、网部成形、烘干、表面施胶上胶量为单面2g/m2、压光、卷取纸张水份控制在4-6%,所生产的高强复合包装纸基重为40-80g/m2。
实施例2
在常规多缸长网纸机上进行纸张抄造时,采用40%针叶木浆,60%的阔叶木浆制备混合纸浆,磨浆游离度320CSF,在粉碎时加入0.8%(相对于纸浆重量)的羧甲基纤维素钠进行预处理,冲浆泵处加入0.4%(相对于纸浆重量)的湿强剂,在流浆箱处加入0.2%(相对于纸浆重量)AKD,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类阳离子保留助剂100-200ppm,经过稀释除渣、网部成形、烘干、表面施胶上胶量为单面5g/m2、压光、卷取纸张水份控制在4-6%,所生产的高强复合包装纸基重为40-80g/m2
实施例3
在常规多缸长网纸机上进行纸张抄造时,采用50%针叶木浆,50%的阔叶木浆制备混合纸浆,磨浆游离度350CSF,在粉碎时加入0.4%(相对于纸浆重量)的羧甲基纤维素钠进行预处理,冲浆泵处加入0.3%(相对于纸浆重量)的湿强剂,在流浆箱处加入0.2%(相对于纸浆重量)AKD,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类阳离子保留助剂100-200ppm,经过稀释除渣、网部成形、烘干、表面施胶上胶量为单面6g/m2、压光、卷取纸张水份控制在4-6%,所生产的高强复合包装纸基重为40-80g/m2
上述各实施例中表面施胶采用由聚乙烯醇和一体化施胶剂MIPTI改性聚乙烯醇按1:0.8的重量比复配而成的施胶剂。其中一体化施胶剂MIPTIC改性聚乙烯醇采用东营市万有化工有限公司生产的表面施胶剂ZY-510。
以上高强复合包装纸均达到以下要求指标:

1.一种高强医用复合原纸,包括阔叶木浆、针叶木浆制成的纸浆及其与化学添加剂混合制成的基质纸;其特征是:所述化学添加剂包括羧甲基纤维素钠,所使用的阔叶木浆、针叶木浆由羧甲基纤维素钠对其进行预处理;按重量计算,在基质纸中纸浆阔叶木浆:针叶木浆=70~50:30~50;化学添加剂:纸浆=0.8~5:100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强医用复合原纸,其特征是:所述化学添加剂还包括AKD、阳离子保留助剂、阴离子保留助剂、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强医用复合原纸,其特征是:所述基质纸表面具有由聚乙烯醇和一体化施胶剂MIPTIC改性聚乙烯醇组成表面施胶层,施胶量为2~6g/m2/面,聚乙烯醇与一体化施胶剂的复配重量比为1:0.5-1.0。
4.一种权利要求3所述的高强医用复合原纸的生产方法,其特征是:采用常规多缸长网纸机生产,将阔叶木浆、针叶木浆制成混合纸浆,磨浆游离度控制在250~350CSF,再加入化学添加剂混合制,成基质纸,然后在基质纸表面涂覆表面施胶层,再经过后续压光处理,制成高强医用复合原纸。
