Abstract

本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体的涉及一种乳胶纸及其制备方法。由如下重量百分数的原料制成:木浆,以绝干量计40%‑88%;聚丙烯纤维5%‑20%;浆内助剂2%‑10%;颜料0%‑10%;表面助剂5‑20%。表面助剂由丙烯酸树脂、三聚氰胺树脂和抗水剂组成,浆内助剂由硫酸铝、抗水剂和湿强剂组成。本发明所述的乳胶纸,具有抗水性好,柔软度高、纸面平整度高、乳胶纸与粘结剂、磨粒粘结牢固等特点,采用本发明所述的乳胶纸经加工后形成的砂纸能达到高品质耐水砂纸的要求;本发明所述的乳胶纸的制备方法,实用性强,操作科学合理、简单可行。

乳胶纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体的涉及一种乳胶纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
乳胶纸是广泛应用于高品质耐水砂纸的原纸。乳胶纸应具有较好的耐水性、塑性变形、良好的植砂性、平整度、高的干强度以及持久的耐高温性能,因此乳胶纸的制备需要采用特殊的纤维原料和高性能胶乳。目前市面上的耐水砂纸存在抗水性能差,强度不高,易脆,植砂不牢固等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种乳胶纸及其制备方法。该乳胶纸具有良好的颜色稳定性、纤维层间结合强度好、纸张撕裂度高,抗水性强等特点;本发明还同时提供了乳胶纸的制备方法。
本发明所述的乳胶纸,由如下重量百分数的原料制成:

其中,表面助剂由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
丙烯酸树脂 60%-85%
三聚氰胺树脂 5%-10%
抗水剂 10%-30%;
其中:浆内助剂由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
硫酸铝 5%-20%
抗水剂 10-30%
湿强剂 50%-85%。
其中:木浆由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
短纤维木浆 20%-40%
长纤维木浆 60%-80%。
短纤维木浆是漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆;长纤维木浆是漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆。短纤维木浆主要用于提高纸张的匀度和平整度,长纤维木浆主要用于提高纸张的撕裂强度。
湿强剂是聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂,溶液呈淡黄色透明溶液,固含量为12-13%,优选12.5%,25℃下粘度为35-60cp,优选40cp,pH为3.5-4.5,pH优选为4;主要用作提高乳胶纸湿强度,并具有改善纸机脱水的作用。
硫酸铝具有调节pH值和改善纸浆混合液电荷平衡的作用,提高颜料、纤维的留着率,提高湿强剂的增强效果。
颜料为氧化铁类。氧化铁类是氧化铁黄4910、氧化铁棕601或氧化铁黑4330中的一种;所述的颜料为耐晒、耐水洗颜料,为乳胶纸提供基础色调和持久的耐水、耐高温性能。
聚丙烯纤维的纤维直径18-65微米,密度0.91g/cm3,抗酸碱性≥95%。聚丙烯单丝纤维在浆料中形成均匀的乱向支撑体系,有效阻止木浆纤维的伸缩性,同时增加了乳胶纸的结合力,提高了乳胶纸的植砂性;聚丙烯单丝纤维具有延伸率大、韧性好,弹性模量较大的优点,从而提高了乳胶纸的塑性变形能力、抗弯拉强度、抗折强度和抗冲击性能。
丙烯酸树脂选用玻璃化转变温度Tg值为-30~-25℃的热塑性乳胶溶液,改善乳胶纸的柔软度。
三聚氰胺树脂作为乳胶纸的粘接剂,增强纤维间的结合强度。
抗水剂是AKD新型中性施胶剂,固含量为12.5%的阳离子白色乳状液,其成分为烷基乙烯酮二聚体,在浆内添加施胶剂,在纸页形成过程中,达到与纤维的结合,取得抗流体渗透的性能;在纸张表面添加则进一步提高纸页对水和液体的抗渗透力。
本发明所述的乳胶纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)对木浆进行水力碎解,碎浆浓度2-5wt%,根据颜色需要加入定量颜料,打入碎浆池备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得浆料经磨浆机处理后,浆料叩解度控制20-45°SR之间,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯纤维稀释到8-12wt%浓度,用100-200转/分钟的搅拌器进行搅拌10-20分钟,备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得聚丙烯纤维打入步骤(2)所得浆料内混合10-20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)所得浆料打入加填池,用硫酸铝溶液将pH值调至5-7之间,根据乳胶纸要求加入抗水剂和湿强剂;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浆料泵送至流浆箱经上网脱水、真空脱水、压榨脱水、烘箱烘干、再经过表面助剂施胶,烘干、卷曲、分切后即得到乳胶纸。
采用本发明所述的乳胶纸的制备方法制备的乳胶纸的克重是60-130g/m2,纵向干拉力≥100N,灰分含量0%-10%,透气度≥100S/100mL,表面吸水重量≤5g/m2
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的乳胶纸,具有抗水性好,柔软度高、纸面平整度高、乳胶纸与粘结剂、磨粒粘结牢固等特点,采用本发明所述的乳胶纸经加工后形成的砂纸能达到高品质耐水砂纸的要求。
(2)本发明所述的乳胶纸的制备方法,实用性强,操作科学合理、简单可行。
(3)本发明所述的乳胶纸,采用在木浆中添加聚丙烯纤维有效提高了乳胶纸需要的塑性变形能力、抗弯拉强度、抗折强度和抗冲击性能。
(4)本发明所述的乳胶纸,表面助剂中由于添加了三聚氰胺和抗水剂,乳胶纸的抗渗性能大大提高;丙烯酸树脂其玻璃化转变温度Tg较低,有效提高乳胶纸的柔软度。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。

实施例1
实施例1所述的乳胶纸原料配比如表1所述,其中:
湿强剂是聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂,由诚光湿强剂提供。
颜料选用氧化铁黄4910。
聚丙烯纤维的纤维直径25微米,密度0.91g/cm3,抗酸碱性为95%。
丙烯酸树脂选用邯郸市瑞斯达乳胶科技有限公司提供的玻璃化转变温度Tg值为-28℃的热塑性乳胶溶液,改善乳胶纸的柔软度。
抗水剂是龙源化工厂提供的AKD新型中性施胶剂,固含量为12.5%的阳离子白色乳状液。
实施例1所述的乳胶纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)对木浆按实施例1中比例进行水力碎解,碎浆浓度2%,根据颜色需要加入10%的氧化铁黄4910,打入碎浆池备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得浆料经磨浆机处理后,浆料叩解度控制25°SR,备用;
(3)将实施例1中聚丙烯纤维稀释到10%浓度,用100转/分钟的搅拌器进行搅拌10分钟,备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得聚丙烯纤维打入步骤(2)所得浆料内混合10分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)所得浆料打入加填池,用硫酸铝溶液将pH值调至7,根据乳胶纸要求加入抗水剂和湿强剂;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浆料泵送至流浆箱经上网脱水、真空脱水、压榨脱水、烘箱烘干、再按表1中实施例1表面助剂用量进行表面施胶,烘干、卷曲、分切后即得到乳胶纸。
采用实施例1中配方制备的乳胶纸为铁黄色,其具体指标为克重:80g/m2,纵向干拉力:300N,灰分含量:10%,透气度:650S/100mL,表面吸水重量:1g/m2
实施例2
实施例2所述的乳胶纸原料配比如表1所述,其中:
湿强剂是聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂,由诚光湿强剂提供。
颜料选用氧化铁红黑4330。
聚丙烯纤维的纤维直径30微米,密度0.91g/cm3,抗酸碱性95%。
丙烯酸树脂选用邯郸市瑞斯达乳胶科技有限公司提供的玻璃化转变温度Tg值为-25℃的热塑性乳胶溶液,改善乳胶纸的柔软度。
抗水剂是龙源化工厂提供的AKD新型中性施胶剂,固含量为12.5%的阳离子白色乳状液。
实施例2所述的乳胶纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)对木浆按实施例2进行水力碎解,碎浆浓度5%,根据颜色需要加入5%氧化铁红黑4330,打入碎浆池备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得浆料经磨浆机处理后,浆料叩解度控制45°SR,备用;
(3)将实施例2中聚丙烯纤维稀释到10%浓度,用200转/分钟的搅拌器进行搅拌10分钟,备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得聚丙烯纤维打入步骤(2)所得浆料内混合10分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)所得浆料打入加填池,用硫酸铝溶液将pH值调至6,根据乳胶纸要求加入抗水剂和湿强剂;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浆料泵送至流浆箱经上网脱水、真空脱水、压榨脱水、烘箱烘干、再按表1中实施例2表面助剂用量进行表面施胶,烘干、卷曲、分切后即得到乳胶纸。
采用实施例2中配方制备的乳胶纸为黑色,其具体指标为克重:120g/m2,纵向干拉力:240N,灰分含量:5%,透气度:550S/100mL,表面吸水重量:2.6g/m2
实施例3
实施例3所述的乳胶纸原料配比如表1所述,其中:
湿强剂是聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂,由诚光湿强剂提供。
聚丙烯纤维的纤维直径35微米,密度0.91g/cm3,抗酸碱性95%。
丙烯酸树脂选用邯郸市瑞斯达乳胶科技有限公司提供的玻璃化转变温度Tg值为-28℃的热塑性乳胶溶液,改善乳胶纸的柔软度。
抗水剂是龙源化工厂提供的AKD新型中性施胶剂,固含量为12.5%的阳离子白色乳状液。
实施例3所述的乳胶纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)对木浆按实施例3中配比进行水力碎解,碎浆浓度4%,打入碎浆池备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得浆料经磨浆机处理后,浆料叩解度控制35°SR之间,备用;
(3)将实施例3中聚丙烯纤维稀释到10%浓度,用150转/分钟的搅拌器进行搅拌10分钟,备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得聚丙烯纤维打入步骤(2)所得浆料内混合10分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)所得浆料打入加填池,用硫酸铝溶液将pH值调至5,根据乳胶纸要求加入抗水剂和湿强剂;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浆料泵送至流浆箱经上网脱水、真空脱水、压榨脱水、烘箱烘干、再按表1中实施例3表面助剂用量进行表面施胶,烘干、卷曲、分切后即得到乳胶纸。
采用实施例3中配方制备的乳胶纸为纯白色,其具体指标为克重:110g/m2,纵向干拉力:160N,灰分含量:0%,透气度:230S/100mL,表面吸水重量:1.4g/m2

Claims (7)

1.一种乳胶纸,其特征在于:由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
木浆,以绝干量计 40%-88%
聚丙烯纤维 5%-20%
浆内助剂 2%-10%
颜料 0%-10%
表面助剂 5%-20%;
其中,表面助剂由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
丙烯酸树脂 60%-85%
三聚氰胺树脂 5%-10%
抗水剂 10%-30%;
浆内助剂由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
硫酸铝 5%-20%
抗水剂 10%-30%
湿强剂 50%-85%;
木浆由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
短纤维木浆 20%-40%
长纤维木浆 60%-80%;
所述乳胶纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)对木浆进行水力碎解,碎浆浓度2-5wt%,根据颜色需要加入定量颜料,打入碎浆池备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得浆料经磨浆机处理后,浆料叩解度控制20-45°SR之间,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯纤维稀释到8-12wt%浓度,用100-200转/分钟的搅拌器进行搅拌10-20分钟,备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所得聚丙烯纤维打入步骤(2)所得浆料内混合10-20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)所得浆料打入加填池,用硫酸铝溶液将pH值调至5-7之间,根据乳胶纸要求加入抗水剂和湿强剂;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浆料泵送至流浆箱经上网脱水、真空脱水、压榨脱水、烘箱烘干、再经过表面助剂施胶,烘干、卷曲、分切后即得到乳胶纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶纸,其特征在于:短纤维木浆是漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆;长纤维木浆是漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶纸,其特征在于:湿强剂是聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂,固含量为12-13%,25℃下粘度为35~60cp,pH为3.5~4.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶纸,其特征在于:颜料为氧化铁类,氧化铁类是氧化铁黄4910、氧化铁棕601或氧化铁黑4330中的一种;聚丙烯纤维的纤维直径为18-65微米,密度0.91g/cm3,抗酸碱性≥95%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶纸,其特征在于:表面助剂和浆内助剂中所述的抗水剂是AKD施胶剂溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶纸,其特征在于:丙烯酸树脂是玻璃化转变温度Tg值为-30~-25℃的热塑性乳胶溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶纸,其特征在于:采用所述的制备方法制备的乳胶纸的克重是60-130g/m2,纵向干拉力≥100N,灰分含量0%-10%,透气度≥100S/100mL,表面吸水重量≤5g/m2
