本申请涉及造纸技术领域,特别是涉及一种原纸浆料、原纸的制备方法、涂布纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
原纸的撕裂强度主要与浆料种类及磨浆工艺相关。浆料种类之一的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆属于短纤浆,加入比例过多将降低撕裂强度。磨浆工艺方面,磨太深,游离度太小,纤维被大量切断,撕裂强度大幅下降,磨太浅,游离度太大,纤维未经分丝帚化,撕裂强度也会比较低,因此需要寻找到合适的短纤浆的磨浆深浅程度,以提升利用短纤浆所制得原纸的撕裂强度。
发明内容
本申请主要解决的技术问题是提供一种原纸浆料、原纸的制备方法、涂布纸及其制备方法,能够提升原纸的撕裂强度。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种原纸浆料,所述原纸浆料包括:
漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,所述漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆包括第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆;
其中,所述第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的游离度大于所述第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的游离度。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的另一个技术方案是:
提供一种原纸的制备方法,所述方法包括:
提供原纸浆料和填料,所述原纸浆料为如上述技术方案所述的原纸浆料;
将所述原纸浆料和所述填料混合,并进行后续处理,以制得所述原纸。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的另一个技术方案是:
提供一种涂布纸的制备方法,所述方法包括:
提供原纸和涂料,所述原纸由上述技术方案所述的制备方法制备所得;
将所述涂料涂布在所述原纸表面以形成涂布层;
对所述原纸和所述涂布层进行烘干处理,以制得所述涂布纸。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的另一个技术方案是:
提供一种涂布纸,包括原纸和涂布层,所述涂布纸由上述技术方案所述的制备方法制备所得。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请提供一种原纸浆料,包括漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,将所述漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆分为游离度不同的第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,其中,第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆进行浅磨,使其游离度更大,从而使浆料既有一定的分丝帚化,又保证了纤维不至于被大量切断,而第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆进行深磨,使其游离度更小,从而使浆料充分分丝帚化,纤维有一定程度的切断;第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆混合后的分丝帚化程度及纤维被切断程度均在一个合适的范围内,所制得原纸的撕裂强度得以提升。

在本申请的一个实施方式中,提供一种原纸浆料,包括:
漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP),其中,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)包括第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP1)和第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP2);其中,第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP1)的游离度大于第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP2)的游离度。
漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)属于短纤浆,加入比例过多将降低撕裂强度,需要调节其磨浆工艺,提升所制得原纸的撕裂强度。本实施方式将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)分为两份,一份(LBKP1)采用浅磨工艺,使其游离度更大,从而使浆料既有一定的分丝帚化,又保证了纤维不至于被大量切断,另一份(LBKP2)采用深磨工艺,使其游离度更小,从而使浆料充分分丝帚化,纤维有一定程度的切断;两份浆混合后的分丝帚化程度及纤维被切断程度均在一个合适的范围内,所制得原纸的撕裂强度得以提升。
在本申请另一实施方式中,第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP1)的游离度为500ml-550ml,例如500ml、520ml、535ml、550ml等,第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP2)的游离度为350ml-400ml,例如350ml、360ml、385ml、400ml等。本实施方式中第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP1)的游离度较大,采用的浅磨工艺,浆料既有一定的分丝帚化,又保证了纤维不至于被大量切断,第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP2)的游离度较小,采用的深磨工艺,浆料充分分丝帚化,纤维有一定程度的切断;两份浆混合后的分丝帚化程度及纤维被切断程度均在一个合适的范围内,所制得原纸的撕裂强度得以提升。
在本申请另一实施方式中,进一步确定了原纸浆料包括的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)分为两份的质量比,其中,第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP1)占漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)的质量比为30%-35%,例如30%、32%、35%等,第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP2)占漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)的质量比65%-70%,例如65%、68%、70%等。如此分配质量比的两份漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)混合后分丝帚化程度及纤维被切断程度均在一个合适的范围内,所制得原纸的撕裂强度得以提升。
在另一实施方式中,本申请的原纸浆料还包括:占原纸浆料绝干质量0-5%(例如0、3%、5%等)的机械浆;占原纸浆料绝干质量15%-20%(例如15%、18%、20%等)的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP),或者,占原纸浆料绝干质量10%-15%(例如10%、12%、15%等)的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)和占原纸浆料绝干质量5%-10%(例如5%、8%、10%等)的竹浆;其中,如上述实施方式所述的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)占原纸浆料绝干质量的75%-85%(例如75%、80%、85%等)。其中,机械浆包括漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)或者碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)。漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)属于长纤浆,现有技术一般采用提高长纤浆的比例来提高原纸的撕裂强度,本实施方式中,通过调节漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)即短纤浆的游离度,已经提升了所制得原纸的撕裂强度,则可以降低漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)的比例,或者使用部分竹浆替代漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP),进一步降低长纤浆的比例,如此制得的原纸撕裂强度满足要求,且纸张均匀度好,表面光滑,能够提高利用原纸制备的涂布纸的平滑度。
在另一实施方式中,本申请的原纸浆料包括的机械浆(BCTMP/APMP)的游离度为200ml-240ml,例如200ml、220ml、240ml等,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)的游离度为500ml-550ml,例如500ml、520ml、550ml等,竹浆的游离度为500ml-550ml,例如500ml、530ml、550ml等。本实施方式将机械浆(BCTMP/APMP)、漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)和竹浆的游离度均调节为一个合适的范围,能够进一步提高所制得原纸的撕裂强度。
请参阅图1,图1为本申请原纸的制备方法一实施方式的流程图,本实施方式包括如下步骤:
S101:提供原纸浆料和填料,其中,原纸浆料为如上述实施方式所描述的原纸浆料;
S102:将原纸浆料和填料混合,并进行后续处理,以制得原纸。
具体地,填料为重质碳酸钙(GCC)或者轻质碳酸钙(PCC);填料的添加量为原纸浆料绝干质量的18%-20%,例如18%、19%、20%等。使用重质碳酸钙(GCC)或者轻质碳酸钙(PCC)作为制备原纸的填料,成本较低,但现有技术为了提高原纸的撕裂强度,一般采用降低填料添加量的方式,本实施方式通过调节漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)即短纤浆的游离度,已经提升了所制得原纸的撕裂强度,则可以不需要降低填料的添加量,如此制得的原纸撕裂强度满足要求,且降低了生产成本。
请参阅图2,图2为本申请涂布纸的制备方法一实施方式的流程示意图,本实施方式包括如下步骤:
S201:提供原纸和涂料,原纸由如上述实施方式所描述的原纸的制备方法制备所得;
S202:将涂料涂布在原纸表面以形成涂布层;
S203:对原纸和涂布层进行烘干处理,以制得涂布纸。
本实施方式制备涂布纸时使用的原纸为如上述实施方式所描述的原纸的制备方法制备所得的原纸,此原纸的撕裂强度得到了提升,且原纸表面光滑,则利用此原纸制备的涂布纸的撕裂强度也得到提升,且平滑度高。
具体地,上述步骤S202,将涂料涂布在原纸表面以形成涂布层,包括:将涂料涂布在原纸的第一表面,涂布量为10g/m2-12g/m2,例如,10g/m2、11g/m2、12g/m2等,形成第一涂布层;和/或,将涂料涂布在原纸的第二表面,涂布量为0g/m2-5g/m2,例如,0g/m2、2g/m2、5g/m2等,形成第二涂布层;其中第一表面和第二表面相背。本实施方式将涂料涂布在原纸表面,例如正面(即第一表面)或反面(即第二表面),或者正反两面同时涂布,涂布量设定为一个较低的范围,如此制备的涂布纸撕裂强度高,平滑度高。
在另一实施方式中,制备涂布纸的涂料包括:100质量份的颜料;占颜料质量百分比为12%-15%(例如12%、13%、15%等)的胶乳;占颜料质量百分比为0-4%(例如0%、2%、4%等)的淀粉;占颜料质量百分比为0.2%-0.4%(例如0.2%、0.3%、0.4%等)的耐水化剂;占颜料质量百分比为0.2%-0.5%(例如0.2%、0.3%、0.5%等)的合成增稠剂。其中,胶乳的平均粒径为70nm-90nm,例如70nm、80nm、90nm等。本实施方式使用的胶乳粒径属于细粒径范围,当胶乳粒径越细时,涂布层的成膜性会越好,所制得涂布纸的撕裂强度越高;本实施方式使用细粒径胶乳的用量为较高的范围,当细粒径胶乳的用量越高,所制得涂布纸的撕裂强度越高。
进一步地,本实施方式中制备涂布纸的颜料包括重质碳酸钙(GCC)或者轻质碳酸钙(PCC)中任一种,也可以是两种混合,混合比例可以任意设定;和/或,耐水化剂包括聚酰胺聚脲型耐水化剂(PAPU型耐水化剂);和/或,合成增稠剂包括改性环氧树脂和改性丙烯酸树脂中至少一种。且利用上述各成份制得的涂料的固含量大于或等于70%,例如70%、90%等;和/或,粘度为600pcs-800pcs,例如600pcs、700pcs、800pcs等。本实施方式采用PAPU型耐水化剂与合成增稿剂来调节涂料的粘度及流动性,进一步提高所制得涂布纸的撕裂强度。
请参阅图3,图3为本申请涂布纸一实施方式的结构示意图,涂布纸100由上述实施方式所述的制备方法制备所得,包括原纸10和涂布层,其中涂布层包括第一涂布层11和第二涂布层12,第一涂布层11位于原纸10的第一表面101,第二涂布层12位于原纸10的第二表面102,其中第一表面101和第二表面102相背。当然,在其他的实施方式中,涂布层可以只包括第一涂布层11或者第二涂布层12。本实施方式提供的涂布纸撕裂强度高,表面平滑度高。
下面结合具体的实施例来表征本申请制备原纸的原纸浆料与制备涂布层的涂料及涂布工艺对涂布纸的撕裂强度及平滑度的影响。请参阅表1,表1是对比例与实施例的涂布纸的撕裂强度及平滑度的对比。其中,原纸浆料的配比各项的%表示占原纸浆料绝干质量的百分比;游离度的单位csf ml表示加拿大标准游离度,是业内通用的游离度表征方法;填料添加量的%表示占原纸浆料绝干质量的百分比;涂料配方中部分项的单位P表示占颜料质量总和的百分比,其中颜料为100质量份,CMC表示甲基纤维素,是对比例使用的增稠剂;撕裂指数、抗张指数及平滑度均为业内通用表征方法。具体地,实施例1中NBKP的添加量为15%,游离度为500ml,不使用竹浆代替NBKP,LBKP1的配比为28%,游离度为500ml,LBKP2的配比为52%,游离度为350ml,BCTMP/APMP的添加量为5%,游离度为200ml,填料使用GCC,添加量为20%;涂料中颜料使用100%的GCC,粒径80nm的乳胶添加量为12%,淀粉添加量为4%,PAPU添加剂为0.2%,合成增稠剂添加量为0.25%,涂料的固含量为71%,粘度为600pcs,原纸正面的涂布量为10g/m2,反面的涂布量为5g/m2。实施例2-4及对比例1-7的各项条件均可从表1中读出,在此不再赘述。总结来说,实施例的NBKP用量低于对比例,大部分实施例使用竹浆代替NBKP,实施例将LBKP分成比例及游离度不同的两份LBKP1与LBKP2,大部分实施例各浆种的游离度与对比例不一样,实施例使用的胶乳粒径为80nm(对比例为120nm),实施例涂料的固含量高于对比例,粘度低于对比例。从表1可以看出,实施例1-4相对于对比例1-7,抗张指数相当的情况下,撕裂指数和平滑度均有明显提升。

Claims (14)
1.一种原纸浆料,其特征在于,所述原纸浆料包括:
漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,所述漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆包括第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆;
其中,所述第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的游离度大于所述第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的游离度;
所述第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的游离度为500ml-535ml,所述第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的游离度为360ml-400ml;
占所述原纸浆料绝干质量0-5%的机械浆,所述机械浆的游离度为200ml-240ml;
其中,所述第一漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆占所述漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的质量比为30%-35%,所述第二漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆占所述漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的质量比65%-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的原纸浆料,其特征在于,所述原纸浆料还包括:
占所述原纸浆料绝干质量15%-20%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,或者,
占所述原纸浆料绝干质量10%-15%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和占所述原纸浆料绝干质量5%-10%的竹浆;
其中,所述漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆占所述原纸浆料绝干质量的75%-85%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的原纸浆料,其特征在于,
所述漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆的游离度为500ml-550ml,所述竹浆的游离度为500ml-550ml。
4.根据权利要求1所述的原纸浆料,其特征在于,
所述机械浆包括漂白化学热磨机械浆或者碱性过氧化氢机械浆。
5.一种原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
提供原纸浆料和填料,所述原纸浆料为如权利要求1-4任一项所述的原纸浆料;
将所述原纸浆料和所述填料混合,并进行后续处理,以制得所述原纸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,
所述填料为重质碳酸钙或者轻质碳酸钙;
其中,所述填料的添加量为所述原纸浆料绝干质量的18%-20%。
7.一种涂布纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
提供原纸和涂料,所述原纸由如权利要求5或者6所述的制备方法制备所得;
将所述涂料涂布在所述原纸表面以形成涂布层;
对所述原纸和所述涂布层进行烘干处理,以制得所述涂布纸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂料包括:
100质量份的颜料;
占所述颜料质量百分比为12%-15%的胶乳;
占所述颜料质量百分比为0-4%的淀粉;
占所述颜料质量百分比为0.2%-0.4%的耐水化剂;
占所述颜料质量百分比为0.2%-0.5%的合成增稠剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,
所述胶乳的平均粒径为70nm-90nm。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,
所述颜料包括重质碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙中至少一种;和/或,
所述耐水化剂包括聚酰胺聚脲型耐水化剂;和/或,
所述合成增稠剂包括改性环氧树脂和改性丙烯酸树脂中至少一种。
11.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,
所述涂料的固含量大于或等于70%;和/或,
所述涂料的粘度为600pcs-800pcs。
12.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述涂料涂布在所述原纸表面以形成涂布层,包括:
将所述涂料涂布在所述原纸的第一表面,涂布量为10g/m2-12g/m2,形成第一涂布层;和/或,
将所述涂料涂布在所述原纸的第二表面,涂布量为0g/m2-5g/m2,形成第二涂布层;
其中所述第一表面和所述第二表面相背。
13.一种涂布纸,包括原纸和涂布层,其特征在于,
所述涂布纸由如权利要求7-12任一项所述的制备方法制备所得。
14.根据权利要求13所述的涂布纸,其特征在于,
所述涂布层包括第一涂布层和第二涂布层中至少一种;
所述第一涂布层位于所述原纸的第一表面,所述第二涂布层位于所述原纸的第二表面;
其中所述第一表面和所述第二表面相背。
