聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,包括模具型腔复板和型芯复板,型腔复板下安装流道板,流道板下安装型腔,型芯复板上安装模脚,模脚上安装型芯,型芯与型腔之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的产品,模脚之间设置顶板,顶板上连接顶针,顶针穿过型芯与产品相接触,所述的型腔侧设置预变形热流道,预变形热流道与模腔之间设置对应的凸条。本方案有了预变形热流道后,只要在凸条中开相应的通孔,或者直接将凸条切除,使预变形热流道与模腔连通,就可增加模腔的容积,注塑时进行加胶注塑,使注入模腔中的塑料原料超饱和,从而达到消除产品变形的目的,当产品注塑成型后,将预变形热流道中成型的废料切除即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车后备门的护板,根据产品实际需要,生产后备门护板的材料一般为聚丙烯塑料材料,聚丙烯塑料材料材质较软,且产品表面要求有皮纹,当产品注塑成型后,很容易发生变形,导致护板与后备门装配有缝隙。传统技术的解决方式是进行加胶消除变形,即在注塑时注入更多的塑料原料,但模具的模腔容积已经定型,所以需要在模具的模腔上烧焊(或叫烧铁),即在模具的模腔边上焊接模料,增加模腔的容积,达到加胶消除变形的目的,其缺点是烧焊麻烦,容易造成模具损伤,特别是烧焊后皮纹处理困难,产品表面有瑕疵,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用型腔侧设置预变形热流道方式,结构简单,操作方便,达到消除产品变形目的的聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构。
本发明聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构的技术方案是:包括模具型腔复板和型芯复板,型腔复板下安装流道板,流道板下安装型腔,型芯复板上安装模脚,模脚上安装型芯,型芯与型腔之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的产品,模脚之间设置顶板,顶板上连接顶针,顶针穿过型芯与产品相接触,其特征在于所述的型腔侧设置预变形热流道,预变形热流道与模腔之间设置对应的凸条。
本发明公开了一种聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,主要特点是在所述的型腔侧设置预变形热流道,在预变形热流道与模腔之间设置对应的凸条,当产品变形需要加胶处理时,有了预变形热流道,只要在凸条中开相应的通孔,或者直接将凸条切除,使预变形热流道与模腔连通,就可增加模腔的容积,注塑时进行加胶注塑,使注入模腔中的塑料原料超饱和,从而达到消除产品变形的目的,当产品注塑成型后,将预变形热流道中成型的废料切除即可。本方案结构简单,加工方便,避免了传统技术的烧焊加工,使成型的产品质量好,档次高。
本发明的聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,所述的预变形热流道设置在型腔侧模腔的周缘外侧,与模腔的外缘轮廓相对应,利于任意位置进胶。所述凸条的厚度H可以为0.5—2mm,可方便切除,也可开孔。所述的产品底面制有卡钩,顶板上设置斜滑座,斜滑座上连接斜顶杆,斜顶杆上安装斜顶块,斜顶块与卡钩相配合,由顶板带动斜顶杆上的斜顶块在斜滑座的斜滑作用下斜滑顶出,卡钩脱模可靠。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,如图1—图3所示,包括模具型腔复板1和型芯复板2,型腔复板下安装流道板3,流道板下安装型腔4,型芯复板上安装模脚5,模脚上安装型芯6,型芯6与型腔4之间的间隙构成模腔10,模腔10中有注塑成型的产品7,模脚之间设置顶板8,顶板上连接顶针9,顶针9穿过型芯6与产品7相接触,所述的型腔4侧设置预变形热流道11,预变形热流道11与模腔10之间设置对应的凸条12。本方案主要特点是在所述的型腔4侧设置预变形热流道11,在预变形热流道11与模腔10之间设置对应的凸条12,当产品变形需要加胶处理时,有了预变形热流道11,只要在凸条12中开相应的通孔,或者直接将凸条切除,使预变形热流道11与模腔10连通,就可增加模腔的容积,注塑时进行加胶注塑,使注入模腔中的塑料原料超饱和,从而达到消除产品变形的目的,当产品注塑成型后,将预变形热流道中成型的废料切除即可。本方案结构简单,加工方便,避免了传统技术的烧焊加工,使成型的产品质量好,档次高。所述的预变形热流道11设置在型腔侧模腔10的周缘外侧,与模腔10的外缘轮廓相对应,利于任意位置进胶。所述凸条12的厚度H可以为0.5—2mm,可方便切除,也可开孔。所述的产品7底面制有卡钩15,顶板8上设置斜滑座16,斜滑座上连接斜顶杆17,斜顶杆上安装斜顶块13,斜顶块13与卡钩15相配合,由顶板带动斜顶杆上的斜顶块在斜滑座的斜滑作用下斜滑顶出,卡钩脱模可靠。

1.聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,包括模具型腔复板(1)和型芯复板(2),型腔复板下安装流道板(3),流道板下安装型腔(4),型芯复板上安装模脚(5),模脚上安装型芯(6),型芯(6)与型腔(4)之间的间隙构成模腔(10),模腔(10)中有注塑成型的产品(7),模脚之间设置顶板(8),顶板上连接顶针(9),顶针(9)穿过型芯(6)与产品(7)相接触,其特征在于所述的型腔(4)侧设置预变形热流道(11),预变形热流道(11)与模腔(10)之间设置对应的凸条(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,其特征在于所述的预变形热流道(11)设置在型腔侧模腔(10)的周缘外侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,其特征在于所述凸条(12)的厚度H为0.5—2mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的聚丙烯材料注塑模具型腔预变形结构,其特征在于所述的产品(7)底面制有卡钩(15),顶板(8)上设置斜滑座(16),斜滑座上连接斜顶杆(17),斜顶杆上安装斜顶块(13),斜顶块(13)与卡钩(15)相配合。
