一种红瓷及其制备方法,涉及陶瓷技术领域,按重量份由以下原料组分制成,长石20~30份、石英砂30~40份、滑石5~10份、赤石脂5~8份、莱阳土10~20份、焦宝石5~10份、叶腊石8~16份、硅酸铝3~7份、铜花2~4份、鸡血石1~3份、氧化铁1~3份。包括以下步骤,制浆,将原料按组分配比并通过球磨、过筛、除铁和池存的步骤,然后制成浆料;制作模具;成型灌注,通过向石膏模中注浆、放浆和脱模,然后再进行修坯生产处半成品坯体;烧结,喷成釉的半成品,在窑内经过高温烧热后形成的产品,烧成时间为17小时~20小时,烧成温度为1210℃~1290℃;检验。本发明强度高,脆性小,不容易碎裂,便于雕刻,无需喷釉,颜色纯正。

一种红瓷及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体是一种红瓷及其制备方法。
背景技术:
陶瓷则是陶器,炻器和瓷器的总称。凡是用陶土和瓷土这两种不同性质的粘土为原料,经过配料、成型、干燥、焙烧等工艺流程制成的器物都可以叫陶瓷。红瓷红瓷也称天目瓷。是一项古老的汉族制瓷工艺。是民间常用器皿常见的釉色之一。施红色高温釉的瓷器。红瓷是在青瓷的基础上发展起来的。现有的红瓷的生产工艺都是外部施加了红色釉料,而瓷器的本身的内部并不一定是红色,一旦有裂纹或者缺口内部的颜色就会暴漏出来,在对于雕刻成工艺品来说不易使用,而且现有技术中红色釉料主要是靠增加颜料的含量,然后颜料对称瓷器的强度、硬度等具有一定的不利影响。而且现有的工艺生产出来的瓷器,脆性很大,非常容易崩裂。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种强度高,脆性小,不容易碎裂,便于雕刻,无需喷釉的红瓷及其制备方法。
解决的技术问题所采用以下的技术方案:
一种红瓷,其特征在于:按重量份由以下原料组分制成,

一种红瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
1)制浆,将原料按组分配比并通过球磨、过筛、除铁和池存的步骤,然后制成浆料;
2)制作模具,使用石膏粉浇筑成型成用于生产陶瓷的石膏模;
3)成型灌注,通过向石膏模中注浆、放浆和脱模,然后再进行修坯生产处半成品坯体;
4)烧结,喷成釉的半成品,在窑内经过高温烧热后形成的产品,烧成时间为17小时~20小时,烧成温度为1210℃~1290℃;
5)检验。
所述的烧结经过两次,第一次烧结温度为800~1100℃,持续时间为8~10小时,然后缓慢冷却,第二次烧结温度为1200~1300℃,持续时间为6~10小时,再次进行冷却。
所述的两次烧结前分别进行预热处理,第一次烧结前在1~2个小时内将烧结温度加热到300~400℃,保温半小时,然后在1小时内将温度快速增加到第一次烧结的温度,第二次烧结前在2~3个小时内将烧结温度加热到500~600℃,保温半小时,然后在1小时内将温度快速增加到第二次烧结的温度。
所述的本成品坯体在烧结前进行喷釉处理。
本发明中的原料组分制成的瓷器强度高,脆性小,且生产出的瓷器成纯红色,便于雕刻,不容易崩裂,便于应用于工艺品制作。本发明中的瓷器中起到调色作用的主要为赤石脂、铜花、鸡血石和氧化铁,不仅具有调色的作用,而且可以增加瓷器的强度,减少脆性。
本发明分阶段的进行烧结,避免一次性烧结导致瓷器的内应力过大,脆性高,容易崩裂的特点。本发明中的烧结温度、时间控制的更为合理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明强度高,脆性小,不容易碎裂,便于雕刻,无需喷釉,颜色纯正。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一
一种黑瓷,按重量份由以下原料组分制成,
一种红瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
1)制浆,将原料按组分配比并通过球磨、过筛、除铁和池存的步骤,然后制成浆料;
2)制作模具,使用石膏粉浇筑成型成用于生产陶瓷的石膏模;
3)成型灌注,通过向石膏模中注浆、放浆和脱模,然后再进行修坯生产处半成品坯体;
4)烧结,喷成釉的半成品,在窑内经过高温烧热后形成的产品,烧成时间为17小时~20小时,烧成温度为1210℃~1290℃;
5)检验。
