本发明公开了仿古坭兴陶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将东泥4~6重量份、西泥4~6重量份、锂辉石0.5~1重量份、蛇纹石0.1~0.5份、坭兴熟料1~3重量份混合制成坯料;2)将坯料制成各种器型的坯体;3)将坯体干燥;4)将干燥坯体送入窑炉中进行烧制,先以每小时升温20~30℃的速度将温度升到80~120℃,保温20~28小时;再以每小时升温60~80℃的速度将温度升到550~700℃;接着以每小时升温40~60℃的速度将温度升到1160~1200℃,保温1~2h,停止加热,冷却后出窑,即得到仿古坭兴陶。本发明无需施釉,烧成的坭兴陶表面呈磨砂状,古色古香。

仿古坭兴陶的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于坭兴陶的制作方法,具体涉及一种仿古坭兴陶的制备方法。
背景技术
传统钦州坭兴陶的制备工艺主要包括以下几个步骤:1)制备坯料:坯料由陶土材料制成,选用钦州本地特有的东泥和西泥为原料。所述东泥为横穿钦州市区的钦江以东地域的泥土,大都存于低洼地带,该泥土致密质软,为软质粘土,颜色为黄白色,含微量石英砂。西泥则为横穿钦州市区的钦江以西地域的泥土,贮存地以小山坡为主,该泥土为致密块状,含有少量K2O、Na2O、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3、TiO2、SiO2、MnO2,是一种含铁量较高的紫泥石,颜色为紫红色,表面层有少量铁质浸染,为硬质粘土,可塑性及结合性较东泥差。以东泥40~60%、西泥60~40%的重量百分比混合,经现有、普遍使用的坭兴陶的制备坯料方法:如可塑法和注浆法制成坯料;2)成型:用坯料制成各种器型的坯体;3)修坯:对坯体进行修整,以达到设计要求;4)坯体干燥:对坯体进行干燥,使坯体水分排出;例如采用室内干燥法、风干法、晒干法或其它现有、可行的干燥方法;5)装饰坯体:坭兴陶在制作过程中既不添加任何颜料、不上釉,也不在坯体上用任何着色材料描绘色彩和图案,仅依靠偶尔出现的窑变使坭兴陶呈现无法预测和控制的色彩,及使用雕刻工艺来装饰坯体。所述雕刻工艺即用锋利的钢刀在坯体上雕刻出文字和图案,一般采用平雕工艺和浮雕工艺。平雕是在半干稍湿的泥坯上进行,有线刻、镂雕、雕塑、镶嵌等技法。浮雕是在全干的坯体进行,有高浮雕、低浮雕等技法。为能更加鲜明突出装饰图案,还可以在雕刻好的图案上填白泥,经烧制后白泥略显淡黄色与陶器颜色同一暖色调,远观陶器有描金之效,可提升坭兴陶器的总体格调。6)烧制:将装饰好的坯体装窑烧制;为了达到较高的烧成率及提高窑变率,坯体烧制的最高温度控制在1100~1200℃,烧制时间为10小时,经烧制后出窑即为坭兴陶器。
仿古瓷是通过添加釉料二次烧制来达到目的,在工艺上分复杂,目前尚未见到将仿古瓷与坭兴陶有机结合的报道出现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种仿古坭兴陶的制备方法,该方法烧成的仿古坭兴陶表面呈磨砂状,古色古香。
本发明提供的技术方案是仿古坭兴陶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将东泥4~6重量份、西泥4~6重量份、锂辉石0.5~1重量份、蛇纹石0.1~0.5份、坭兴熟料1~3重量份混合制成坯料;
2)将坯料制成各种器型的坯体;
3)将坯体干燥;
4)将干燥坯体送入窑炉中进行烧制,先以每小时升温20~30℃的速度将温度升到80~120℃,保温20~28小时;再以每小时升温60~80℃的速度将温度升到550~700℃;接着以每小时升温40~60℃的速度将温度升到1160~1200℃,保温1~2h,停止加热,冷却后出窑,即得到仿古坭兴陶。
坯料的重量份组成为:东泥6份、西泥4份、锂辉石0.6重量份、蛇纹石0.3份、坭兴熟料2份。
所述坭兴陶熟料的制备方法如下:
1)制备泥料:将挑选好的东泥和西泥经风化、按配比入球、压滤、真空练泥,最后进行陈腐得到泥料;
2)制作坯体:将泥料制成坯体;
3)坯体干燥:将坯体放入室内晾干至坯体湿度为3~8%;
4)烧制坯体:把干燥的坯体放入到窑炉中,升温速度为每小时升高60~80℃,升到180~220℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2~4小时;然后升温速度为每小时升温80~100℃,直至升到500~600℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2~3小时;自然冷却后,将烧制成的坯体取出,完成坯体的烧制;
5)将烧熟后的坯体进行研磨后得到坭兴陶熟料。
熟料制备过程的步骤3)中,干燥后坯体的湿度为5%。
熟料制备过程的步骤4)中,把干燥的坯体放入到窑炉中,升温速度为每小时升温70℃,升到200℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制3小时;然后升温速度为每小时升温90℃,直至升到550℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2.5小时。
本发明无需施釉,烧成的坭兴陶表面呈磨砂状,古色古香。
具体实施方式
以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
1)制备泥料:将挑选好的东泥和西泥经风化、按重量6:4的配比入球、压滤、真空练泥,最后进行陈腐得到泥料;
2)制作坯体:将泥料制成坯体;
3)坯体干燥:将坯体放入室内晾干至坯体湿度为3%;
4)烧制坯体:把干燥的坯体放入到窑炉中,升温速度为每小时升高60℃,升到180℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2小时;然后升温速度为每小时升温80℃,直至升到500℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2小时;自然冷却后,将烧制成的坯体取出,完成坯体的烧制;
5)将烧熟后的坯体进行研磨后得到坭兴陶熟料;
6)将东泥4kg、西泥4kg、锂辉石0.5kg、蛇纹石0.1kg、坭兴熟料1kg混合制成坯料;
7)将步骤6)的坯料制成各种器型的坯体;
8)将坯体干燥;
9)将干燥坯体送入窑炉中进行烧制,先以每小时升温20℃的速度将温度升到80℃,保温20小时;再以每小时升温60℃的速度将温度升到550℃;接着以每小时升温40℃的速度将温度升到1160℃,保温1h,停止加热,冷却后出窑,即得到仿古坭兴陶。烧成的坭兴陶表面呈磨砂状,古色古香。

5)将烧熟后的坯体进行研磨后得到坭兴陶熟料;
6)将东泥6kg、西泥6kg、锂辉石1kg、蛇纹石0.5kg、坭兴熟料3kg混合制成坯料;
7)将步骤6)的坯料制成各种器型的坯体;
8)将坯体干燥;
9)将干燥坯体送入窑炉中进行烧制,先以每小时升温30℃的速度将温度升到120℃,保温28小时;再以每小时升温80℃的速度将温度升到700℃;接着以每小时升温60℃的速度将温度升到1200℃,保温2h,停止加热,冷却后出窑,即得到仿古坭兴陶。烧成的坭兴陶表面呈磨砂状,古色古香。
实施例3

6)将东泥6kg、西泥4kg、锂辉石0.6kg、蛇纹石0.3kg、坭兴熟料2kg混合制成坯料;
7)将步骤6)的坯料制成各种器型的坯体;
8)将坯体干燥;
9)将干燥坯体送入窑炉中进行烧制,先以每小时升温25℃的速度将温度升到100℃,保温24小时;再以每小时升温70℃的速度将温度升到650℃;接着以每小时升温50℃的速度将温度升到1180℃,保温1.5h,停止加热,冷却后出窑,即得到仿古坭兴陶。烧成的坭兴陶表面呈磨砂状,古色古香。
实施例4
1)制备泥料:将挑选好的东泥和西泥经风化、按重量6:4配比入球、压滤、真空练泥,最后进行陈腐得到泥料;
2)制作坯体:将泥料制成坯体;
3)坯体干燥:将坯体放入室内晾干至坯体湿度为3%;
4)烧制坯体:把干燥的坯体放入到窑炉中,升温速度为每小时升高80℃,升到180℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制4小时;然后升温速度为每小时升温80℃,直至升到600℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2小时;自然冷却后,将烧制成的坯体取出,完成坯体的烧制;

1.仿古坭兴陶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将东泥4~6重量份、西泥4~6重量份、锂辉石0.5~1重量份、蛇纹石0.1~0.5重量份、坭兴熟料1~3重量份混合制成坯料;
所述坭兴陶熟料的制备方法如下:
a)制备泥料:将挑选好的东泥和西泥经风化、按配比入球、压滤、真空练泥,最后进行陈腐得到泥料;b)制作坯体:将泥料制成坯体;c)坯体干燥:将坯体放入室内晾干至坯体湿度为3~8%;d)烧制坯体:把干燥的坯体放入到窑炉中,升温速度为每小时升高60~80℃,升到180~220℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2~4小时;然后升温速度为每小时升温80~100℃,直至升到500~600℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2~3小时;自然冷却后,将烧制成的坯体取出,完成坯体的烧制;e)将烧熟后的坯体进行研磨后得到坭兴陶熟料;
2)将坯料制成各种器型的坯体;
3)将坯体干燥至坯体的湿度为5%;
4)将干燥坯体送入窑炉中进行烧制,先以每小时升温20~30℃的速度将温度升到80~120℃,保温20~28小时;再以每小时升温60~80℃的速度将温度升到550~700℃;接着以每小时升温40~60℃的速度将温度升到1160~1200℃,保温1~2h,停止加热,冷却后出窑,即得到仿古坭兴陶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿古坭兴陶的制备方法,其特征在于:坯料的重量份组成为:东泥6份、西泥4份、锂辉石0.6重量份、蛇纹石0.3份、坭兴熟料2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿古坭兴陶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4)中,把干燥的坯体放入到窑炉中,升温速度为每小时升温70℃,升到200℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制3小时;然后升温速度为每小时升温90℃,直至升到550℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制2.5小时。
