Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Tibetan medicines, and particularly relates to a Tibetan medicine composition for treating yak gastroenteritis and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The yaks are special cattle species growing in high-cold and high-altitude areas, about 1300 more than ten thousand yaks exist in China, account for more than 92% of the total number of the yaks in the world, and are mainly distributed in high-cold and high-altitude grassland such as Qinghai, Tibet, Sichuan and Gansu. Yak gastroenteritis is a common and frequent disease of yaks, and is caused by multiple occurrences of yak gastroenteritis due to changeable climate and alternation of cold and heat in spring and autumn, and death is caused by the gastroenteritis. The disease is mostly caused by that yaks eat moldy and unclean forage or drink dirty water, and the weather changes suddenly or is cold or hot. The Tibetan veterinarian considers that the gastroenteritis is an acute inflammation caused by the internal invasion of damp, heat, cold and summer-heat or internal injury of food and drink with unclean yin, and the downward flow of damp and heat or downward flow of cold and dampness is stopped in the stomach or intestines, and the Tibetan language is called 'run and collect with good luck'. Clinically, diseased yaks mainly show depression, reduced or abolished appetite, increased body temperature, pulse and respiration, hyperactive bowel sounds at the beginning of diseases, weakened middle and later stages, thin excrement like a water sample and foul smell; abdominal pain, reddening mouth or reddish with yellow tongue coating, yellow thick tongue coating or yellow greasy tongue coating when sick livestock look around the abdomen when lying; in severe cases, dehydration symptoms appear, and even death occurs. The disease is one of important diseases damaging yaks, and brings huge economic loss to the livestock industry in the Tibetan region.
At present, antibiotics are common medicines for treating the disease, but the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is generated due to the long-term use of a large amount of antibiotics, the clinical dosage is larger and the curative effect is worse. Meanwhile, drug residues also threaten public health and food safety. Therefore, the research of the high-efficiency and safe medicine which is not easy to generate drug resistance and has low residue is an urgent problem to be solved for preventing and treating the yak gastroenteritis.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a Tibetan medicine composition for treating yak gastroenteritis, which is safe to use, difficult to generate drug resistance and low in residue and has good drug effect; therefore, the invention also provides a preparation method and application of the Tibetan medicine composition.
The invention provides a Tibetan medicine composition for treating yak gastroenteritis, which comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 200 parts of polygonum divaricatum, 180 parts of gentiana ussuriensis, 180 parts of celery, 180 parts of cumin celery, 160 parts of clematis glauca and 100 parts of pyrus ussuriensis.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the Tibetan medicine composition, which comprises the steps of mixing the raw materials according to the formula amount, adding water, decocting for 1-3 times, combining the liquid medicines, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the Tibetan medicine composition.
Preferably, the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 200 parts of polygonum divaricatum, 180 parts of gentiana wushuensis, 180 parts of celery, 180 parts of cumin celery, 160 parts of clematis glauca and 100 parts of pyrus ussuriensis, putting the weighed materials in a stainless steel barrel, adding 8000ml of deionized water, decocting, boiling, continuing to decoct for 1 hour, and pouring out liquid medicine; adding 5000ml deionized water, decocting, boiling, decocting for 1 hr, pouring out the medicinal liquid, mixing the two decoctions, diluting to 1000ml, filtering, stirring, packaging, and sterilizing to obtain oral liquid.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the Tibetan medicine composition in preparing the medicine for treating yak gastroenteritis.
The Tibetan medicine composition can be prepared into medicines of various dosage forms by taking the Tibetan medicine composition as an effective component according to the existing method in the prior art. The Tibetan medicine composition has certain treatment effect on yak gastroenteritis.
the invention provides a Tibetan medicine composition for treating yak gastroenteritis, and provides a preparation method and application thereof. The six medicines are all traditional Tibetan medicines, and the functions of the raw materials are as follows:
Bing fen san Liang Zi, Tibetan Min Ni ai Luo, bitter, sour and astringent in flavor, has the actions of clearing heat and stopping diarrhea. It can be used for treating gastritis, and heat accumulation in large and small intestine.
Wunu gentian: tibetan famous gang Ga is poor, bitter in taste and cool in nature, and has the effects of clearing heat, removing toxicity and stopping diarrhea. It can be used for treating gastrointestinal ulcer and heat diarrhea.
Tibetan pimpinella: tibet name, tile, sweet, pungent, bitter, and hot, and has effects of invigorating stomach and dispelling cold; is mainly used for treating dyspepsia and dragon disease.
Cumin celery and ZangMinsla have pungent and sweet taste, have the effects of promoting stomach fire, resolving food stagnation and warming middle energizer, and are mainly used for treating stomach cold, abdominal distention, dyspepsia and other symptoms.
The glaucous clematis has sweet and bitter taste and mild property, enters the spleen and stomach channels, has the effects of removing food retention and removing food stagnation, detoxifying and expelling pus and the like, and is mainly used for treating diseases such as dyspepsia, diarrhea and the like.
Sichuan pear: the Tibetan Zanbaixing Luomanie is bought, sour and sweet in taste and warm in nature, and has the effects of relieving dyspepsia and removing blood stasis; it can be used for treating dyspepsia and diarrhea.
The Tibetan medicine composition is prepared by combining a plurality of medicines according to the pathogenesis, pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of yak gastroenteritis and the theories of traditional Chinese medicine veterinarian and Tibetan veterinarian according to the prescription and prevention and treatment principles of clearing heat and removing toxicity, warming middle-jiao and dispelling cold and relieving diarrhea with astringents, has the characteristics of obvious clinical curative effect, low side effect, no residue, low cost, convenient use and the like, and has good treatment effect on the yak gastroenteritis. Meanwhile, due to the adoption of the form of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, when the disease is treated, the use amount of antibiotics and chemosynthesis medicines in treating yak gastroenteritis can be effectively reduced, the threat of medicine residues to food safety and public health is eliminated, and the social requirements of providing safe and pollution-free animal-derived food and human health are met.
