本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种毛棉弹力精粗花呢的制备工艺,该毛棉弹力精粗花呢正面保留精纺面料光洁细腻的外观,反面采用粗纺拉毛工艺,使面料反面形成一层全棉绒面,解决精纺面料贴身穿着有刺氧感的弊病。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述毛棉弹力精粗花呢的制备工艺,其特征是,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将51~55%的澳毛和45~49%聚酯纤维分别染色后,经复洗、混条、二次混条、精梳前一道针梳、精梳前二道针梳、精梳、精梳后一道针梳、精梳后二道针梳、精梳后三道针梳得到成条;
(2)纺纱:将步骤(1)得到的澳毛和聚酯纤维的成条进行混条后,经头道针梳、二道针梳、三道针梳、四道针梳、粗纱机、细纱机、自络筒、并线、倍捻得到经纱纱线,最后进行蒸纱;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的经纱纱线进行三防预处理后再进行后整理;
(4)织造:将步骤(3)处理后的经纱纱线与纬纱纱线经整经、穿综、拉筘、织造得到坯布;所述纬纱纱线采用纱线A和纱线B,纱线A为100%棉纱线,纱线B为45%~50%澳毛、35%~40%聚酯纤维和10%~20%聚酯CM800纤维;纱线A和纱线B采用1:1的形式间隔设置;
(5)后整理:将步骤(4)得到的坯布经烧毛、平洗、洗缩、平洗、烘呢、定型、压光、罐蒸、拉毛、浸轧、哄呢、压光蒸、罐蒸,得到成品。

(1)将51%的澳毛和49%聚酯纤维分别染色后,经复洗、混条、二次混条、精梳前一道针梳、精梳前二道针梳、精梳、精梳后一道针梳、精梳后二道针梳、精梳后三道针梳得到成条;所述澳毛的平均细度为21μm,平均长度为89mm;
(2)纺纱:将步骤(1)得到的澳毛和聚酯纤维的成条进行混条后,经头道针梳、二道针梳、三道针梳、四道针梳、粗纱机、细纱机、自络筒、并线、倍捻得到经纱纱线,最后进行蒸纱;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的经纱纱线进行三防预处理后再进行后整理;

(4)织造:将步骤(3)处理后的经纱纱线与纬纱纱线经整经、穿综、拉筘、织造得到坯布;所述纬纱纱线采用纱线A和纱线B,纱线A为100%棉纱线,纱线B为45%%澳毛、35%%聚酯纤维和20%聚酯CM800纤维;纱线A和纱线B采用1:1的形式间隔设置;所述纱线B为一根精纺澳毛单纱与聚酯纤维和聚酯CM800纤维并线合股加捻,在生产过程中主要解决聚酯CM800纤维张力的控制,这是决定最终面料弹性的关键步骤;聚酯CM800张力太小,长丝没有得到足够的牵伸,纱线的弹性太小;聚酯CM800张力太大,合股纱线容易形成小辫子纱;因而,对聚酯CM800加上3倍的牵伸,同时在并线时加重油,纱线质量、弹性完全能满足设计要求;

(1)将55%的澳毛和45%聚酯纤维分别染色后,经复洗、混条、二次混条、精梳前一道针梳、精梳前二道针梳、精梳、精梳后一道针梳、精梳后二道针梳、精梳后三道针梳得到成条;所述澳毛的平均细度为22μm,平均长度为90mm;

(1)将52%的澳毛和48%聚酯纤维分别染色后,经复洗、混条、二次混条、精梳前一道针梳、精梳前二道针梳、精梳、精梳后一道针梳、精梳后二道针梳、精梳后三道针梳得到成条;所述澳毛的平均细度为21.5μm,平均长度为89.5mm;
(2)纺纱:将步骤(1)得到的澳毛和聚酯纤维的成条进行混条后,经头道针梳、二道针梳、三道针梳、四道针梳、粗纱机、细纱机、自络筒、并线、倍捻得到经纱纱线,最后进行蒸纱;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的经纱纱线进行三防预处理后再进行后整理;
所述预处理步骤加入三防助剂进行预处理;
所述经纱纱线的后整理是将经纱纱线在筒子染色设备中进行特氟龙处理,利用类似筒染的原理让经纱纱线表面附着一层特氟龙防水膜,从而使织造后的面料具有正反两面两种功能性;
(4)织造:将步骤(3)处理后的经纱纱线与纬纱纱线经整经、穿综、拉筘、织造得到坯布;所述纬纱纱线采用纱线A和纱线B,纱线A为100%棉纱线,纱线B为46%澳毛、36%聚酯纤维和12%聚酯CM800纤维;纱线A和纱线B采用1:1的形式间隔设置;所述纱线B为一根精纺澳毛单纱与聚酯纤维和聚酯CM800纤维并线合股加捻,在生产过程中主要解决聚酯CM800纤维张力的控制,这是决定最终面料弹性的关键步骤;聚酯CM800张力太小,长丝没有得到足够的牵伸,纱线的弹性太小;聚酯CM800张力太大,合股纱线容易形成小辫子纱;因而,对聚酯CM800加上3倍的牵伸,同时在并线时加重油,纱线质量、弹性完全能满足设计要求;
所述棉纱线在织造前进行染色,染色时采用筒子染色设备,由于在染色过程中存在内外圈色差及色牢度问题,因此棉纱在倒筒时,注意调节倒纱张力,使成型的筒子达到合适的密度,解决内外圈色差的问题;棉纱在染色时着色温度在60℃左右,如果控制不好,极易造成色牢度问题,因此采用棉用活性染料(汽巴克隆),两次清水清洗,充分清洗浮色,最终棉纱色牢度达到3-4级;
所述整经步骤的线速度为310m/min,倒轴速度为52m/min,纱线张力为3.5度,倒轴张力为1.2kg;
所述织造步骤采用剑杆织机,剑杆织机的后梁前后位置为105,高度为-1,停经高度为-2,前后位置为56cm,张力为200kg,开口时间315°;
(5)后整理:将步骤(4)得到的坯布经烧毛、平洗、洗缩、平洗、烘呢、定型、压光、罐蒸、拉毛、浸轧、哄呢、压光蒸、罐蒸,得到成品;所述毛棉弹力精粗花呢成品的经纱密度为355根/10cm,纬纱密度为291根/10cm,克重为345克/米;
所述烧毛步骤的车速为116米/分钟,气压为14mbar,正面烧一次,直烧;所述洗缩步骤的车速为152米/分钟;所述烘呢步骤的温度为132℃,上超喂4%,下超喂3%,毛刷超喂3%,车速为22米/分钟;所述剪毛步骤的呢速为16米/分钟,采用一正三反;
所述浸轧步骤浸轧棉型吸湿快干助剂,浓度为52g/l,一浸一轧;由于经纱纱线在织造前做了特氟龙处理,所以浸轧步骤只对面料的反面进行处理,不影响正面的三防功能;
所述罐蒸步骤的压力为0.85bar,温度为125℃,进行两次罐蒸。
实施例四:一种毛棉弹力精粗花呢的制备工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将53%的澳毛和47%聚酯纤维分别染色后,经复洗、混条、二次混条、精梳前一道针梳、精梳前二道针梳、精梳、精梳后一道针梳、精梳后二道针梳、精梳后三道针梳得到成条;所述澳毛的平均细度为21μm,平均长度为90mm;
(2)纺纱:将步骤(1)得到的澳毛和聚酯纤维的成条进行混条后,经头道针梳、二道针梳、三道针梳、四道针梳、粗纱机、细纱机、自络筒、并线、倍捻得到经纱纱线,最后进行蒸纱;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的经纱纱线进行三防预处理后再进行后整理;
所述预处理步骤加入三防助剂进行预处理;

(5)后整理:将步骤(4)得到的坯布经烧毛、平洗、洗缩、平洗、烘呢、定型、压光、罐蒸、拉毛、浸轧、哄呢、压光蒸、罐蒸,得到成品;所述毛棉弹力精粗花呢成品的经纱密度为356根/10cm,纬纱密度为292根/10cm,克重为350克/米;
所述烧毛步骤的车速为118米/分钟,气压为14mbar,正面烧一次,直烧;所述洗缩步骤的车速为155米/分钟;所述烘呢步骤的温度为135℃,上超喂4%,下超喂3%,毛刷超喂3%,车速为25米/分钟;所述剪毛步骤的呢速为20米/分钟,采用一正三反;
所述浸轧步骤浸轧棉型吸湿快干助剂,浓度为55g/l,一浸一轧;由于经纱纱线在织造前做了特氟龙处理,所以浸轧步骤只对面料的反面进行处理,不影响正面的三防功能;
所述罐蒸步骤的压力为0.9bar,温度为130℃,进行两次罐蒸。

Claims (1)

1.一种毛棉弹力精粗花呢的制备工艺,其特征是,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将51~55%的澳毛和45~49%聚酯纤维分别染色后,经复洗、混条、二次混条、精梳前一道针梳、精梳前二道针梳、精梳、精梳后一道针梳、精梳后二道针梳、精梳后三道针梳得到成条;
(2)纺纱:将步骤(1)得到的澳毛和聚酯纤维的成条进行混条后,经头道针梳、二道针梳、三道针梳、四道针梳、粗纱机、细纱机、自络筒、并线、倍捻得到经纱纱线,最后进行蒸纱;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的经纱纱线进行三防预处理后再进行后整理;
(4)织造:将步骤(3)处理后的经纱纱线与纬纱纱线经整经、穿综、拉筘、织造得到坯布;所述纬纱纱线采用纱线A和纱线B,纱线A为100%棉纱线,纱线B为45%~50%澳毛、35%~40%聚酯纤维和10%~20%聚酯CM800纤维;纱线A和纱线B采用1:1的形式间隔设置;
(5)后整理:将步骤(4)得到的坯布经烧毛、平洗、洗缩、平洗、烘呢、定型、压光、罐蒸、拉毛、浸轧、哄呢、压光蒸、罐蒸,得到成品;
所述澳毛的平均细度为21~22μm,平均长度为89~90mm;
所述毛棉弹力精粗花呢成品的经纱密度为354~356根/10cm,纬纱密度为290~292根/10cm,克重为340~350克/米;
所述整经步骤的线速度为300~320m/min,倒轴速度为50~55m/min,纱线张力为3.5~3.6度,倒轴张力为1~1.5kg;
所述织造过程中采用剑杆织机,剑杆织机的后梁前后位置为105,高度为-1,停经高度为-2,前后位置为56cm,张力为200kg,开口时间315°;
所述烧毛步骤的车速为115~120米/分钟,气压为13~15mbar,正面烧一次,直烧;所述洗缩步骤的车速为150~155米/分钟;所述烘呢步骤的温度为130~135℃,上超喂4%,下超喂3%,毛刷超喂3%,车速为20~25米/分钟;
所述剪毛步骤的呢速为15~20米/分钟,采用一正三反;
所述浸轧步骤浸轧棉型吸湿快干助剂,浓度为50~55g/l,一浸一轧;
所述罐蒸步骤的压力为0.8~0.9bar,温度为120~130℃,进行两次罐蒸;
所述步骤(3)的预处理步骤加入三防助剂进行预处理;所述经纱纱线的后整理是将经纱线线在筒子染色设备中进行特氟龙整理。
