本发明涉及包装材料领域,特别是涉及一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料。
背景技术
在产品运输过程中,由于包装箱之间的挤压、摩擦,极容易产生静电,对包装产品,尤其是电子元件等造成损伤或破坏;另外,在高温运输环境下,由于静电累积产生电火花,还可能发生火灾事故。现有的包装材料,为提高其可降解性能,缓解环境污染,大多以木质材料代替了传统的塑料制品,这类包装材料具有优异的可生物降解性能,但单独使用时,存在阻燃性、耐磨性差,不抗静电等不足,安全性和耐用性低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,能够解决现有包装材料抗静电性能、耐磨性和阻燃性差等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,包括内层、中间层和外层,所述中间层通过胶黏剂分别与所述内层和所述外层粘结在一起,所述内层为2层以上的尼龙布层或无纺布层,所述布层包括至少一层的尼龙布;所述中间层为静电屏蔽层,所述静电屏蔽层为一层平纹组织结构的镀锡铜网;所述外层为橡胶阻燃耐磨层,所述橡胶阻燃耐磨层包括如下重量份的原料:氯化丁基橡胶80~100份、有机溴系阻燃剂20~30份、炉法耐磨炭黑40~60份、防老剂40102~3份、抗氧剂10100.5~1份,硫化剂3~5份、硫化促进剂2~3份、橡胶操作油10~20份、AC发泡剂15~25份、发泡促进剂氧化锌1~3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述镀锡铜网的规格为:孔径0.5~3cm,镀锌铜丝径0.05~0.1mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述有机溴系阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、十溴联苯醚或溴化聚乙烯中的至少一种;所述硫化剂为硫磺、氧化镁、氧化锌和硬脂酸中的2种以上的混合物;所述硫化促进剂为促进剂DM、促进剂TS、二苯胍和促进剂TRA中的至少一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶黏剂为环氧树脂胶黏剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1)以布层为内表面,接触性好,不损伤被包装物;
2)以镀锡铜网为静电屏蔽层,静电屏蔽效果好,且可增强包装材料的机械强度,铜网回收利用方便;
3)以发泡橡胶作为包装材料的外层,可提供优异的阻燃性、耐磨性和缓冲性能,赋予包装材料安全可靠、耐用等性能。

一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,包括内层1、中间层2和外层3,所述中间层2通过环氧树脂胶黏剂分别与所述内层1和所述外层3粘结在一起,所述内层1为2层以上的尼龙布层或无纺布层,所述布层包括至少一层的尼龙布;所述中间层2为一层平纹组织结构的镀锡铜网,所述镀锡铜网的规格为:孔径0.5~3cm,镀锌铜丝径0.05~0.1mm;所述外层3为橡胶阻燃耐磨层,所述橡胶阻燃耐磨层包括如下重量份的原料:氯化丁基橡胶80~100份、有机溴系阻燃剂20~30份、炉法耐磨炭黑40~60份、防老剂40102~3份、抗氧剂10100.5~1份,硫化剂3~5份、硫化促进剂2~3份、橡胶操作油10~20份、AC发泡剂15~25份、发泡促进剂氧化锌1~3份;其中,所述有机溴系阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、十溴联苯醚或溴化聚乙烯中的至少一种;所述硫化剂为硫磺、氧化镁、氧化锌和硬脂酸中的2种以上的混合物;所述硫化促进剂为促进剂DM、促进剂TS、二苯胍和促进剂TRA中的至少一种。
实施例1
一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,包括内层1、中间层2和外层3,所述中间层2通过环氧树脂胶黏剂分别与所述内层1和所述外层3粘结在一起,所述内层1为2层尼龙布层;所述中间层2为一层平纹组织结构的镀锡铜网静电屏蔽层,铜网的规格为:孔径0.5cm,镀锌铜丝径0.1mm;所述外层3为氯化丁基橡胶阻燃耐磨层,包括如下重量份的原料:氯化丁基橡胶100份、溴化聚乙烯30份、炉法耐磨炭黑40份、防老剂40103份、抗氧剂10100.5份,氧化镁、氧化锌和硬脂酸5份、硫化促进剂DM和TS3份、橡胶操作油20份、AC发泡剂25份、发泡促进剂氧化锌3份。
实施例2
一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,包括内层1、中间层2和外层3,所述中间层2通过环氧树脂胶黏剂分别与所述内层1和所述外层3粘结在一起,所述内层1为1层尼龙布层和2层无纺布层的混合层,其中尼龙布层在无纺布层的内侧;所述中间层2为一层平纹组织结构的镀锡铜网静电屏蔽层,铜网的规格为:孔径3cm,镀锌铜丝径0.05mm;所述外层3为氯化丁基橡胶阻燃耐磨层,包括如下重量份的原料:氯化丁基橡胶80份、溴化聚乙烯20份、炉法耐磨炭黑60份、防老剂40102份、抗氧剂10101份,硫磺1份,氧化镁、氧化锌和硬脂酸2份、硫化促进剂DM和TRA2份、橡胶操作油10份、AC发泡剂15份、发泡促进剂氧化锌1份。

Claims (4)
1.一种抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,包括内层、中间层和外层,所述中间层通过胶黏剂分别与所述内层和所述外层粘结在一起,其特征在于,所述内层为2层以上的尼龙布层或无纺布层,所述布层包括至少一层的尼龙布;所述中间层为静电屏蔽层,所述静电屏蔽层为一层平纹组织结构的镀锡铜网;所述外层为橡胶阻燃耐磨层,所述橡胶阻燃耐磨层包括如下重量份的原料:氯化丁基橡胶80~100份、有机溴系阻燃剂20~30份、炉法耐磨炭黑40~60份、防老剂40102~3份、抗氧剂10100.5~1份,硫化剂3~5份、硫化促进剂2~3份、橡胶操作油10~20份、AC发泡剂15~25份、发泡促进剂氧化锌1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,其特征在于,所述镀锡铜网的规格为:孔径0.5~3cm,镀锌铜丝径0.05~0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,其特征在于,所述有机溴系阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、十溴联苯醚或溴化聚乙烯中的至少一种;所述硫化剂为硫磺、氧化镁、氧化锌和硬脂酸中的2种以上的混合物;所述硫化促进剂为促进剂DM、促进剂TS、二苯胍和促进剂TRA中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电阻燃耐磨包装材料,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂为环氧树脂胶黏剂。
