Abstract
本发明公开了一种气密抗静电及耐化学介质的胶布,它由锦纶骨架层,在锦纶骨架层的上下涂覆的胶粘剂层,在胶粘剂层上涂覆的氯化丁基面胶层,共5层粘合再经硫化制成。本发明的有益效果为抗静电,同时兼具气密性能,并对化学介质的抗耐性也有较好的效果,从而扩大了使用范围、防护效果和使用安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明技术涉及防护类胶布,具体是一种气密抗静电及耐化学介质的胶布。
背景技术
橡胶的电性能与其结构和极性有关。按极性不同,可分为极性橡胶和非极性橡胶。一般来说,非极性橡胶电绝缘性能较好,适合制造高绝缘产品。相反,极性橡胶电绝缘性能较低,适合制造抗静电和导电制品。
丁基橡胶的气体溶解度与其它烃类橡胶接近,但它的气体扩散速度比其它橡胶低得多。因产品要求气密,所以只能选择气透性较低的丁基橡胶,而丁基橡胶属非极性橡胶,电阻率较高,一般不适合用于抗静电产品,同时丁基橡胶的自粘性和互粘性较差,所以在配方设计及生产工艺上存在较大难度,目前尚未见有气密抗静电及耐化学介质的胶布的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种气密抗静电及耐化学介质的气密型胶布。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种气密静电及耐化学介质的胶布,由锦纶骨架层,在锦纶骨架层的上下涂覆的胶粘剂层,在胶粘剂层上涂覆的氯化丁基面胶层,共5层粘合再经硫化而成。
所述的锦纶骨架材料是一种新型高科技合成纤维,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能,广泛应用于复合材料、防弹制品、建材、特种防护服装、电子设备等领域。
所述的氯化丁基面胶是异丁烯、异戊二烯和氯化异戊二烯的三元共聚物。由于氯化丁基橡胶主链是高度饱和的,因此其硫化机理比通用弹性体(例如天然橡胶或聚丁二烯橡胶)更加复杂。卤化异戊二烯链节的立体化学结构以及常用填料的酸碱性对氯化丁基橡胶的硫化十分重要。通过适当配合,设计出抗静电及耐化学介质面胶配方。采用的抗静电及耐化学介质的气密型胶布面胶厚度为0.40mm±0.02mm。
所述的胶粘剂为氯化丁橡胶和加有增粘剂的粘合剂。为提高橡胶与织物的粘合在锦纶骨架材料表面先涂胶粘剂,然后再与橡胶硫化制成胶布。
所述的胶粘剂要涂两遍。
所述的氯化丁基面胶涂覆的厚度为0.40mm±0.02mm。
本发明的有益效果为抗静电,同时兼具气密性能,并对化学介质的抗耐性也有较好的效果,从而扩大了使用范围、防护效果和使用安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种气密抗静电及耐化学介质的胶布,在锦纶骨架材料1上、下各涂两遍胶粘剂,形成上、下胶粘剂层2,并在胶粘剂层2上涂覆厚度为0.40 mm的氯化丁基橡胶面胶3,经硫化制成气密抗静电及耐化学介质的胶布。
所述胶粘剂由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:

1.一种气密抗静电及耐化学介质的胶布,其特征是由锦纶骨架层,在锦纶骨架层的上下涂覆的胶粘剂层,在胶粘剂层上涂覆的氯化丁基面胶层,共5层粘合再经硫化制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶布,其特征在于,所述的氯化丁基橡胶面胶的厚度为0.40mm±0.02mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶布,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶 100;
硬脂酸 0.5;
氧化镁 3;
防老剂DLTP 2;
石蜡 1;
促进剂TMTD 1;
促进剂DM 2;
硫磺 1.5;
PDM 1;
溶剂汽油 200。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶布,其特征在于,所述的氯化丁基面胶由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶 100;
硬脂酸 0.5;
氧化镁 4;
氧化锌 5;
防老剂DLTP 2;
石蜡 1;
促进剂TMTD 1;
促进剂DM 2;
硫磺 1.5;
炭黑220 40。
