Abstract
本发明的润滑脂特征在于:以氟系合成油为基础油,配合有选自磷酸盐、钨酸盐、硫酸盐和亚硫酸盐中的一种以上的无机酸盐。根据本发明的润滑脂,由于耐磨耗性优异、环境负荷也低,可以适合地在轴承和齿轮等中使用。

本发明涉及以氟系合成油为基础油的润滑脂。
背景技术
以氟系合成油为基础油的所谓氟系润滑脂由于油溶性差,所以烃系润滑剂中通用的各种添加剂的使用受到了限制。例如,当对氟润滑脂赋予耐磨耗性和防锈功能时,一直以来使用无机钝化剂亚硝酸钠。然而,已知亚硝酸钠在酸性条件下与仲胺反应生成N-亚硝胺。由于N-亚硝胺是环境负荷物质,所以需要能代替亚硝酸钠的添加剂。
从而,提出添加脂肪族二羧酸金属盐、单酰胺单羧酸金属盐或者单酯羧酸金属盐的至少一种作为增稠剂的氟系润滑脂的方案(参考专利文献1)。在专利文献1中,记载了根据该氟系润滑脂,可以提供耐磨耗性、耐泄露性和清净性等优异,并且成本上也能得到满足的氟系润滑脂。此外,提出添加作为增稠剂的聚四氟乙烯和作为防锈剂的癸二酸金属盐等脂肪酸金属盐的氟系润滑脂的方案(参考专利文献2)。在专利文献2中,记载了可以提供蒸发特性和防锈性优异的氟系润滑脂。

然而,在专利文献1和专利文献2中记载的氟系润滑脂,耐磨耗性未必充分。此外,专利文献2的氟系润滑脂由于添加了有机酸金属盐,因而耐热性不充分。
本发明的目的是提供具有防锈性,并且耐磨耗性优异,环境负荷也低的氟系润滑脂。
解决课题的手段
要解决上述课题,本发明提供了如下所述的润滑脂。
(1)润滑脂,其为以氟系合成油为基础油的润滑脂,其特征在于,配合有选自磷酸盐、钨酸盐、硫酸盐和亚硫酸盐中的一种以上的无机酸盐。
(2)在上述润滑脂中,其特征在于,所述无机酸盐为碱金属盐。
(3)在上述润滑脂中,其特征在于,所述磷酸盐为正磷酸盐、磷酸氢盐、多聚磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐和偏磷酸盐的至少任一种。
(4)润滑脂,其为以氟系合成油为基础油的润滑脂,其特征在于,配合有无机酸盐,所述无机酸盐是磷酸盐和钨酸盐。
(5)在上述润滑脂中,其特征在于,所述磷酸盐为磷酸氢盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐和四聚磷酸盐的至少任一种。
(6)在上述润滑脂中,其特征在于,使用相同碱金属的盐。
(7)在上述润滑脂中,其特征在于,所述无机酸盐为钠盐。
(8)在上述润滑脂中,其特征在于,所述无机酸盐的配合量为以润滑脂总量基准计0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下。
(9)在上述润滑脂中,其特征在于,所述氟系合成油为全氟烷基聚醚油。
根据本发明,可以提供耐磨耗性优异的氟润滑脂。
具体实施方式
本发明的润滑脂(以下也称为“本润滑脂”)是以氟系合成油为基础油的润滑脂,其特征在于,配合有选自磷酸盐、钨酸盐、硫酸盐和亚硫酸盐中的一种以上的无机酸盐。以下进行详细地说明。
本润滑脂是所谓的氟系润滑脂,作为基础油所使用的氟系合成油只要是其分子中含有氟,可以作为润滑油使用的氟系合成油,则没有限制。特别地,非活性的、蒸汽压低的全氟烷基聚醚油可以优选用作基础油。作为全氟烷基聚醚油,优选40℃运动粘度为5 mm2/s以上且1000 mm2/s以下,更优选50 mm2/s以上且1000 mm2/s以下,进一步优选70 mm2/s以上且800 mm2/s以下。若40℃运动粘度在上述范围,则倾点和蒸发量的平衡优异。
本润滑脂中的基础油比例以润滑脂总量基准计优选50质量%以上且98质量%以下,更优选65质量%以上且85%质量以下。
作为在本润滑脂中所使用的增稠剂,只要在氟系合成油中分散,是可以形成润滑脂状(半固体状)的固体,则可以使用。例如,可以列举出以聚四氟乙烯、聚三氟乙烯为代表的氟树脂、以Li皂、Ca皂、Al皂为代表的金属皂、以Li复合皂、Ca复合皂、Al复合皂为代表的复合皂、尿素化合物、氨基甲酸酯化合物、膨润土、硅化合物、对苯二甲酸钠、氰脲酸三聚氰胺(melamine cyanurate)、炭黑等。特别优选耐热性优异的聚四氟乙烯、二氧化硅、氰脲酸三聚氰胺、炭黑等。
本润滑脂中的增稠剂的比例以润滑脂总量为基准,优选1~49质量%,更优选10~40质量%。若增稠剂的比例为1质量以上,则具有充分的流动性,若在49质量%以下,则不会变得过硬。即,若增稠剂的比例在上述范围,则流动性和硬度(柔软度)的平衡优异。
在本润滑脂中,作为无机酸盐配合了选自磷酸盐、钨酸盐、硫酸盐和亚硫酸盐中的一种以上的无机酸盐。这些无机酸盐有效地提高了耐磨耗性。
作为上述磷酸盐,可以优选使用正磷酸盐、磷酸氢盐、多聚磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐和偏磷酸盐等。作为多聚磷酸盐,可以列举出焦磷酸盐(二磷酸盐)、三聚磷酸盐和四聚磷酸盐等。从效果的观点出发,这些磷酸盐中优选磷酸氢盐、焦磷酸盐(二磷酸盐)、三聚磷酸盐和四聚磷酸盐。
作为钨酸盐,可以列举出例如钨酸锂、钨酸钠、钨酸钾、钨酸铷、钨酸铯、钨酸镁、钨酸钙、钨酸锶、钨酸钡、钨酸锆、钨酸锰、钨酸铁、钨酸钴、钨酸镍、钨酸铜、钨酸银、钨酸锌、钨酸镉和钨酸铵等。
在此,如果组合使用上述磷酸盐和钨酸盐,由于其协同效果,可以显著地提高耐磨耗性。此时,作为磷酸盐,优选磷酸氢盐、焦磷酸盐(二磷酸盐)、三聚磷酸盐和四聚磷酸盐。此外,作为这些盐,优选同为碱金属盐,更优选同为钠盐。
作为硫酸盐,可以列举出例如硫酸锂、硫酸钠、硫酸钾、硫酸铷、硫酸锶、硫酸镁、硫酸钙和硫酸铵等。
作为亚硫酸盐,可以列举出例如亚硫酸锂、亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸钾、亚硫酸铷、亚硫酸锶、亚硫酸镁、亚硫酸钙和亚硫酸铵等。
在上述各无机酸盐中,从效果的观点出发,优选碱金属盐。作为碱金属盐,可以优选地列举出钠盐、钾盐和锂盐,特别优选钠盐。
上述无机酸盐的优选的配合量为0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下,更优选的配合量为0.8质量%以上且12质量%以下,还更优选的配合量为2质量%以上且8质量%以下。
此外,作为无机酸盐使用焦磷酸盐,特别是焦磷酸钠时,优选0.8质量%以上且8质量%以下左右。使用钨酸盐,特别是钨酸钠时,优选2质量%以上且12质量%以下左右。
本润滑脂进一步可以根据需要添加抗氧化剂、防锈剂、防腐蚀剂、极压剂和油性剂等在润滑脂中通用添加的添加剂。
作为抗氧化剂,可以列举出例如烷基二苯基胺(烷基的碳原子数优选为4以上且20以下)、三苯基胺、苯基-α-萘基胺、吩噻嗪(フェノチアジン)、烷基化苯基-α-萘基胺、吩噻嗪(フェニチアジン)和烷基化吩噻嗪(アルキル化フェニチアジン)等胺系抗氧化剂,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚和4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)等酚系抗氧化剂,或者硫系抗氧化剂。它们可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。
抗氧化剂的配合量虽没有特别的限定,但以润滑脂总量基准计优选0.05质量%以上且7质量%以下。
作为防锈剂,可以列举出例如脂肪酸、脂肪酸皂、脂肪酸胺盐、烷基磺酸盐、氧化石蜡和聚氧烷基醚等。
防锈剂的配合量虽没有特别的限定,但以润滑脂总量基准计优选0.1质量%以上且2质量%以下左右。
此外作为防腐蚀剂,可以列举出例如苯并三唑系、甲苯基三唑系、噻二唑系和咪唑系的各种化合物。它们可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。
防腐蚀剂的配合量虽没有特别的限定,但以润滑脂总量基准计优选0.01质量%以上且3质量%以下,更优选0.01质量%以上且1质量%以下。
作为极压剂,可以列举出例如硫系极压剂和磷系极压剂。作为硫系极压剂,可以列举出例如硫化烯烃、硫化油脂、硫化酯、硫代碳酸酯类、二硫代氨基甲酸酯类、多硫化物类等。作为磷系极压剂,可以列举出例如亚磷酸酯类、磷酸酯类、膦酸酯类,以及其胺盐或者金属盐。它们可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。
极压剂的配合量虽没有特别的限定,但以润滑脂总量基准计优选0.1质量%以上且20质量%以下。
作为油性剂,可以列举出例如脂肪族单羧酸、聚合脂肪酸、羟基脂肪酸、脂肪族单醇、脂肪族单胺、脂肪族单羧酸酰胺、多元醇与脂肪族单羧酸的偏酯。它们可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。
油性剂的配合量虽没有特别的限定,但以润滑脂总量基准计优选0.01质量%以上且10质量%以下的范围。
要制造(调制)本润滑脂,例如,在氟系合成油(全氟烷基聚醚油等)中以规定量添加增稠剂(含前体)、无机酸盐和其他必要的添加剂,加热、搅拌,由此进行润滑脂化,然后根据需要,用三辊等进行混炼即可。
本发明的润滑脂对在高温、苛刻的条件下使用的轴承(滚动轴承和滑动轴承等)、齿轮、销-衬套、滚珠丝杠、直线导轨和各种滑动件等有效。
实施例
以下通过列举实施例和比较例,更具体地说明本发明。尚需说明,本发明并不以任何形式限定于实施例的内容。
[实施例1~14,对比例1~3,参考例1~3]
以规定量配合下述的表1所示的无机酸盐,调制各试验润滑脂。尚需说明,作为基础油使用40℃运动粘度为400 mm2/s的全氟聚醚,作为增稠剂配合了25质量%的聚四氟乙烯。

[评价方法]
使用在DIN51834中记载的球盘(ボールオンディスク,ball on disk)试验机,在盘上涂布各试验润滑脂后,在下述条件下进行摩擦试验,得到试验开始60分钟后的磨耗痕直径的纵横平均值(单位 mm)。其结果显示在表1中。
温度:190℃
荷重:50 N
振幅:1 mm
频率:50 Hz
球径:10 mm。
[评价结果]
实施例1~14所涉及的本发明的润滑脂由于配合了规定的无机酸盐,不存在环境负荷的问题,即使与参考例的亚硝酸钠(环境负荷大)相比较,也显示出不逊色的优异耐磨耗性。
比较例1~3的润滑脂,由于没有配合本发明涉及的规定的无机酸盐,所以耐磨耗性差。
[实施例15~17]
在表2中,对于组合使用焦磷酸钠和钨酸钠的试验润滑脂,和表1中的试验润滑脂一样显示出评价了耐磨耗性的结果。

与作为无机酸盐单独添加了焦磷酸钠(5.0质量%)的实施例3和单独添加了钨酸钠(5.0质量%)的实施例6相比较,同样添加量(总量5.0质量%)的实施例16的磨耗痕径显著地小,可以理解为这些添加剂具有协同效果。
Claims (52)
1.润滑脂,其为以氟系合成油为基础油的润滑脂,其特征在于,配合有选自磷酸盐、钨酸盐、硫酸盐和亚硫酸盐中的一种以上的无机酸盐,所述无机酸盐为碱金属盐,所述无机酸盐的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下,所述氟系合成油为全氟烷基聚醚油,所述碱金属盐为钠盐和/或钾盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述磷酸盐为正磷酸盐、磷酸氢盐、多聚磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐和偏磷酸盐的至少任一种。
3.润滑脂,其为以氟系合成油为基础油的润滑脂,其特征在于,配合有无机酸盐,所述无机酸盐为磷酸盐和钨酸盐,所述无机酸盐的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下,所述氟系合成油为全氟烷基聚醚油,所述碱金属盐为钠盐和/或钾盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述磷酸盐为磷酸氢盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐和四聚磷酸盐的至少任一种。
5.根据权利要求3或者权利要求4所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,使用相同碱金属的盐。
6.根据权利要求3或者权利要求4所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述无机酸盐是钠盐。
7.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述全氟烷基聚醚油的40℃运动粘度为5mm2/s以上且1000mm2/s以下。
8.根据权利要求7所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述全氟烷基聚醚油的40℃运动粘度为50mm2/s以上且1000mm2/s以下。
9.根据权利要求8所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述全氟烷基聚醚油的40℃运动粘度为70mm2/s以上且800mm2/s以下。
10.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述基础油的比例以润滑脂总量基准计为50质量%以上且98质量%以下。
11.根据权利要求10所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述基础油的比例以润滑脂总量基准计为65质量%以上且85质量%以下。
12.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,添加有氟树脂、金属皂、尿素化合物、氨基甲酸酯化合物、膨润土、硅化合物、对苯二甲酸钠、氰脲酸三聚氰胺、和炭黑中的任一种增稠剂。
13.根据权利要求12所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述金属皂是复合皂。
14.根据权利要求12所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯或聚三氟乙烯。
15.根据权利要求12所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述金属皂为Li皂、Ca皂、和Al皂中的任一种。
16.根据权利要求12所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚四氟乙烯、二氧化硅、氰脲酸三聚氰胺、和炭黑中的任一种。
17.根据权利要求12所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂的比例以润滑脂总量基准计为1质量%以上且49质量%以下。
18.根据权利要求17所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂的比例以润滑脂总量基准计为10质量%以上且40质量%以下。
19.根据权利要求2所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述多聚磷酸盐为焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐和四聚磷酸盐中的任一种。
20.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述磷酸盐为磷酸氢盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐和四聚磷酸盐中的任一种。
21.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述钨酸盐为钨酸钠和/或钨酸钾。
22.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述硫酸盐为硫酸钠和/或硫酸钾。
23.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述亚硫酸盐为亚硫酸钠和/或亚硫酸钾。
24.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述无机酸盐的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.8质量%以上且12质量%以下。
25.根据权利要求24所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述无机酸盐的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为2质量%以上且8质量%以下。
26.根据权利要求4或权利要求20所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,使用焦磷酸盐作为所述无机酸盐时,所述无机酸盐的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.8质量%以上且8质量%以下。
27.根据权利要求26所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述焦磷酸盐为焦磷酸钠。
28.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,使用钨酸盐作为所述无机酸盐时,所述无机酸盐的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为2质量%以上且12质量%以下。
29.根据权利要求28所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述钨酸盐为钨酸钠。
30.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,还添加有抗氧化剂、防锈剂、防腐蚀剂、极压剂、和油性剂中的任一种添加剂。
31.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为胺系抗氧化剂、酚系抗氧化剂、和硫系抗氧化剂中的至少任一种。
32.根据权利要求31所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述胺系抗氧化剂为烷基二苯基胺、三苯基胺、苯基-α-萘基胺、吩噻嗪、烷基化苯基-α-萘胺、和烷基化吩噻嗪中的至少任一种。
33.根据权利要求32所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述烷基二苯基胺的烷基的碳原子数为4以上且20以下。
34.根据权利要求31所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述酚系抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚和4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)中的至少任一种。
35.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.05质量%以上且7质量%以下。
36.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为脂肪酸、脂肪酸皂、脂肪酸胺盐、烷基磺酸盐、氧化石蜡和聚氧烷基醚中的任一种。
37.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.1质量%以上且2质量%以下。
38.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀剂为苯并三唑系、甲苯基三唑系、噻二唑系和咪唑系的化合物中的至少任一种。
39.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀剂的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.01质量%以上且3质量%以下。
40.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述极压剂为硫系极压剂、和磷系极压剂中的至少任一种。
41.根据权利要求40所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述硫系极压剂为硫化烯烃、硫化油脂、硫化酯、硫代碳酸酯类、二硫代氨基甲酸酯类、多硫化物类中的至少任一种。
42.根据权利要求40所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述磷系极压剂为亚磷酸酯类、磷酸酯类、膦酸酯类、以及其胺盐或者金属盐中的至少任一种。
43.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述极压剂的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.1质量%以上且20质量%以下。
44.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述油性剂为脂肪族单羧酸、聚合脂肪酸、羟基脂肪酸、脂肪族单醇、脂肪族单胺、脂肪族单羧酸酰胺、和多元醇与脂肪族单羧酸的偏酯中的至少任一种。
45.根据权利要求30所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述油性剂的配合量以组合物总量基准计为0.01质量%以上且10质量%以下。
46.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,其利用于轴承、齿轮、销-衬套、滚珠丝杠和直线导轨中的任一种。
47.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,其利用于滑动件。
48.根据权利要求46所述的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述轴承为滚动轴承或滑动轴承。
49.润滑脂的制造方法,其特征在于,在氟系合成油中以规定量添加增稠剂、无机酸盐,加热、搅拌,由此进行润滑脂化,所述无机酸盐为碱金属盐,所述无机酸盐的配合量以润滑脂总量基准计为0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下,所述氟系合成油为全氟烷基聚醚油,所述碱金属盐为钠盐和/或钾盐。
50.根据权利要求49所述的润滑脂的制造方法,其特征在于,在添加所述增稠剂和无机酸盐的同时,添加抗氧化剂、防锈剂、防腐蚀剂、极压剂、和油性剂中的任一种添加剂。
51.根据权利要求49或50所述的润滑脂的制造方法,其特征在于,进行所述润滑脂化后,进一部进行混炼。
52.根据权利要求51所述的润滑脂的制造方法,其特征在于,所述混炼使用三辊。
