Abstract
本发明涉及一种模具,用于拉链生产,具体为树脂排咪模具,下模有下咪牙型腔,下咪牙型腔两侧有下布带槽;对应的上模设有上咪牙型腔,上咪牙型腔两侧分别有上布带槽;上模还设置有主流道和多个分流道,主流道位于上咪牙型腔中间,分流道位于主流道两侧,分流道另一侧与对应的上咪牙型腔相连;下模下咪牙型腔中心线上有通孔,打板上对应有顶杆,顶杆安装在通孔内,顶杆的高度与通孔的深度相等;顶杆下降时,通孔内形成圆柱型腔。本发明提供的树脂排咪模具,简化了树脂排咪模具结构,用顶杆脱模代替了以前顶板脱模的方式,一方面降低了排咪模具的制造难度,另一方面也降低了排咪模具的使用成本,提高了生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,用于拉链生产,具体为树脂排咪模具。
背景技术
树脂拉链由链牙、拉头、限位码或锁紧件等组成。其中,链牙又被称之为咪牙,树脂拉链通过排牙模具注塑进行生产。
现有的树脂拉链咪牙注塑模具包括上模和下模,上模和下模各设有对应的半个咪牙型腔,包围形成用于注塑拉链咪牙的型腔。在该下模中央上方设有T形顶板,在合模时由下模底部设置的打板上的若干顶出销向上顶出使得该T形成形板可向上顶,并利用弹簧力量回复,使该T形成形板上下地往返动作,以此帮助产品脱模。上述构造中该T形成形板是至少三百多丝米以上的细长形体,受制于咪牙厚度,T形板上部两侧厚度都较薄,最小能达到10丝米。
这样在实际动作时往往会产生如下的缺点:上下往复动作的细长T形成形板经常与上、下模的咪牙型腔两侧边缘发生撞击而伤及注塑模上、下模的咪牙型腔两侧边缘和T形成形板。而T形成形板上部两侧厚度比较薄,因此经常被压坏。一方面经常更换T形成形板增加了模具的使用成本,另一方面也提高了模具的维修率。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种树脂拉链排牙模具,以降低排牙模具的使用成本和维修率。
具体技术方案为:
树脂排咪模具,包括上模、下模和打板,下模有下咪牙型腔,下咪牙型腔两侧有下布带槽;对应的上模设有上咪牙型腔,上咪牙型腔两侧分别有上布带槽;上模还设置有主流道和多个分流道,主流道位于上咪牙型腔中间,分流道位于主流道两侧,分流道另一侧与对应的上咪牙型腔相连;下模下咪牙型腔中心线上有通孔,打板上对应有顶杆,顶杆安装在通孔内,顶杆的高度与通孔的深度相等;顶杆下降时,通孔内形成圆柱型腔。
本发明提供的树脂排咪模具,简化了树脂排咪模具结构,用顶杆脱模代替了以前顶板脱模的方式,一方面降低了排咪模具的制造难度,另一方面也降低了排咪模具的使用成本,提高了生产效率。

如图1、图2和图3所示,树脂排咪模具,包括上模1、下模2和打板3,下模2有下咪牙型腔5,下咪牙型腔5两侧有下布带槽11;对应的上模1设有上咪牙型腔4,上咪牙型腔4两侧分别有上布带槽;上模1还设置有主流道12和多个分流道13,主流道12位于上咪牙型腔4中间,分流道13位于主流道12两侧,分流道13另一侧与对应的上咪牙型腔4相连;下模2下咪牙型腔5中心线上有通孔10,打板3上对应有顶杆9,顶杆9安装在通孔10内,顶杆9的高度与通孔10的深度相等;顶杆9下降时,通孔10内形成圆柱型腔14。
注塑机将拉链的两根布带分别沿着下布带槽11,两根布带分别落入对应的咪牙型腔5中,同时打板3向下沉,顶杆9与下模2的通孔10围成若干个圆柱型腔14。合模后,树脂料沿着主流道12流入圆柱型腔14和分流道13,经分流道13流入相应的上咪牙型腔4和下咪牙型腔5组成的型腔内,进行咪牙的制作,流入圆柱型腔14形成圆柱,咪牙制作完毕,分模,打板3上顶杆9向上顶料,顶杆9顶起圆柱脱模,注塑机将布带进一个模具的距离后继续进行上述制作步骤,如此重复,就实现了树脂拉链的排咪。

1.树脂排咪模具,包括上模(1)、下模(2)和打板(3),其特征在于,所述的下模(2)有下咪牙型腔(5),下咪牙型腔(5)两侧有下布带槽(11);对应的上模(1)设有上咪牙型腔(4),上咪牙型腔(4)两侧分别有上布带槽;上模(1)还设置有主流道(12)和多个分流道(13),主流道(12)位于上咪牙型腔(4)中间,分流道(13)位于主流道(12)两侧,分流道(13)另一侧与对应的上咪牙型腔(4)相连;下模(2)下咪牙型腔(5)中心线上有通孔(10),打板(3)上对应有顶杆(9),顶杆(9)安装在通孔(10)内,顶杆(9)的高度与通孔(10)的深度相等;顶杆(9)下降时,通孔(10)内形成圆柱型腔(14)。
