Description

Traditional Chinese medicine material for treating whelk and preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of traditional Chinese medicines for treating whelk, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine material for treating whelk and a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine.
Background
Acne is a chronic inflammatory lesion of hair follicle and sebaceous gland units related to sebum metabolism, which is well developed in adolescence, and is also called face sore, acne and pimple in ancient China. About 10% of young men and women can grow red inflammatory eruptions on the face and the neck after entering the youth, and a small number of people grow red inflammatory eruptions on the back, the chest and the abdomen, the eruptions are long, the eruptions are accumulated, young people can repeatedly squeeze the eruptions, the pathogenic condition is aggravated, the health is damaged, the appearance is obstructed, instruments are influenced, and the facial problems can be converted into serious psychological pressure due to beauty, and the life and the work are influenced. When the acne is not treated, part of patients can leave chronic inflammatory skin lesions on the face for a long time, and the rash is dull and superimposed, which is prone to be cured for a long time; if repeated squeezing is performed to remove sores, rashes, pus and accumulated liquid, severe scars are often formed and the appearance is damaged, and the symptoms of a few people are still not cured after the people drag for middle-aged and constitutional years.
"acne" begins with a sterile inflammatory lesion and manifests as an occlusive, small papule. Then, it develops into closed comedones (also called white heads), the typical skin lesions of which are skin-color papules of about 1 mm in size or papules with a pale and white tip, without obvious hair follicle opening; open comedones (also known as blackheads) exhibit a dome-shaped papule with a markedly dilated follicular opening. Further progression of acne can evolve into various inflammatory lesions, manifested as inflammatory papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts. The inflammatory papules are red and have different diameters of 1-5 mm; the pustules are consistent in size and are filled with white pus; the diameter of the nodule is more than 5 mm, and the nodule can feel hard and painful when touched; the cyst is located deeper and filled with a mixture of pus and blood. These lesions may also fuse to form large inflammatory plaques and sinus tracts, etc. After the inflammatory lesions subside, pigmentation, persistent erythema, depressed or hypertrophic scars often remain. Clinically, acne is classified into 3 degrees and 4 grades according to the nature and severity of acne lesions: grade 1 (mild): acne alone; grade 2 (medium): in addition to acne, there are also some inflammatory papules; grade 3 (medium): in addition to acne, there are also more inflammatory papules or pustules; grade 4 (heavy): in addition to acne, inflammatory papules and pustules, there are nodules, cysts or scars.
Through long-term observation studies, the disease course of the acne is longer and wider in coverage, and the acne is only the adolescent stage of the acne.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the acne is caused by the fact that the acne is suffered from the excessive stage of qi and blood of young people, or the yang heat is excessive, or the external wind evil is suffered, the internal heat is accumulated externally, and the acne is suffered from stagnation on the body surface. It is also classified into internal heat, lung heat, blood heat, liver heat, yin deficiency and internal heat. Skin lesions such as pustules are due to wind-heat and accumulation of heat-toxin, and are manifested as pustules. The onset of "acne" is related to the metabolism of sebum, which is present in life, and thus has a possibility of occurring, but has a different incidence in different age stages, and is highly developed in adolescence.
China is a big country with over thirteen billion population, and the number of the acne diseases is quite large due to the large population base, so that the acne diseases are common diseases and frequently encountered diseases belonging to the dermatology in the medical field.
According to the characteristics of teenagers that the diseases and skin lesions are distributed on the face, the chest and the back and are mainly manifested as polymorphous skin lesions such as white heads, blackheads, inflammatory papules, pustules and the like, the clinical diagnosis of the acne is not difficult from the technical level.
