本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种复合型饮料及其制作方法,所述复合型饮料包括如下重量份比的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液25-30份、莲藕提取液15-18份、养心菜提取液18-20份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8-10份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。本发明所得复合型饮料富含多种具有特殊生理功能的活性物质,使用的发芽和提取方法,能够最大限度增加提取液中功能成分的含量,且使该饮料味道清凉,口感好,易吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种复合型饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国传统饮食习俗是以植物性食物为主,然而随着生活水平的提高,健康的饮食结构被破坏,人们食用的食品愈来愈精,导致饮食失调,身体健康状况变差,因此开发植物和谷物杂粮类的健康保健食品成为趋势。
菜芙蓉为一年生草本锦葵科秋葵属植物,菜芙蓉鲜花含有多种生物活性物质,其生物黄酮含量高达6%,其所含全价蛋白质、高聚糖胶、膳食纤维、微量元素硒、锌、多种不皂化物等,具有显著调节人体内分泌、免疫力,增加人体抗力,改善心脑血管及微循环功能,增强机体抗氧化能力,抗心脑缺血、缺氧、抗炎、镇疼,抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗癌、防癌、降血脂功效。藕是药用价值相当高的植物,富含膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、视黄醇,硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、维生素、钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、磷、硒等元素,它的根叶、花须果实皆是宝,都可滋补入药。藕能消食止泻,开胃清热,滋补养性,预防内出血,是妇孺童妪、体弱多病者上好的流质食品和滋补佳珍。藕含丰富的维他命C及矿物质,具有药效,有益于心脏,有促进新陈代谢、防止皮肤粗糙的效果。养心菜富含生物碱、齐墩果酸、谷甾醇、黄酮类、胡萝卜素、维生素、烟酸、钙、磷、铁等元素,具有养心、平肝、降血压、降血脂、防止或延缓血管硬化等功效,可用于防治心律失常、失眠、高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化等10余种病症。此外,其丰富的天然植物雌激素,对于延长女性青春期,减轻或避免中老年更年期综合症也有奇效。种子经发芽后,由于其体内各种物理和生化反应,种子中的功能性营养成分的种类和含量都会显著增加,如发芽玉米中的超氧化物歧化酶、发芽糙米中的γ-氨基丁酸、六磷酸肌醇、膳食纤维等量显著增加。
在传统加工方法的基础上开发具有生理活性特点的植物复合型饮料,既可以弥补我国营养资源的不足,又能够在巨大的市场需求中创造新的财富,提高人们的生活质量。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能最大限度发挥各原料的功能作用的复合型饮料及其制备方法。
本发明提供的技术方案为:提供一种复合型饮料,包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液25-30份、莲藕提取液15-18份、养心菜提取液18-20份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8-10份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。
优选的,上述的复合型饮料,包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液27份、莲藕提取液16份、养心菜提取液19份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液11份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液7份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液7份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液7份、发芽红米胚芽提取液9份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。
本发明的另一技术方案为:提供一种复合型饮料的制备方法,按菜芙蓉花提取液25-30份、莲藕提取液15-18份、养心菜提取液18-20份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8-10份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份的重量份比配料,装入混料灌搅拌混合,均质机中均质,灭菌锅100℃灭菌7min,灌装机灌装,冷却即得成品。
优选的,上述的复合型饮料的制备方法中,所述菜芙蓉花提取液的制备方法如下:取菜芙蓉花,清洗干净,沥干;将菜芙蓉花和纯净水按重量比1:5置于锅中,加热烧开30分钟,经2层纱布过滤,制得菜芙蓉花提取液;
所述莲藕提取液的制备方法如下:取莲藕,清洗干净,沥干;将莲藕切片,与纯净水按重量比1:3混合,用高速打浆机制成浆液;将莲藕浆液经2层纱布过滤,得滤液,滤液再经离心过滤机过滤,制得莲藕提取液;
所述养心菜提取液的制备方法如下:取养心菜植株,切除根部,清洗干净,沥干;将养心菜与纯净水按重量比1:2.5混合,用高速打浆机制成浆液;将养心菜浆液经2层纱布过滤,得滤液,滤液再经离心过滤机过滤,制得养心菜提取液;
所述发芽玉米胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将玉米置于30℃的清水中浸泡16小时,33℃温度下催芽48小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将玉米胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡5小时,纯净水与玉米胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽玉米胚芽提取液;
所述发芽绿豆胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将绿豆置于30℃的清水中浸泡20小时,32℃温度下催芽46小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将绿豆胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡5小时,纯净水与绿豆胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽绿豆胚芽提取液;
所述发芽小麦胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将小麦置于30℃的清水中浸泡15小时,32℃温度下催芽30小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将小麦胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡6小时,纯净水与小麦胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽小麦胚芽提取液;
所述发芽燕麦胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将燕麦置于28℃的清水中浸泡10小时,32℃温度下催芽40小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将燕麦胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与燕麦胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽燕麦胚芽提取液;
所述发芽红米胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将红米糙米置于29℃的清水中浸泡14小时,33℃温度下催芽24小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将红米胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与红米胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽红米胚芽提取液。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所得复合型饮料富含生物黄酮、γ-氨基丁酸、全价蛋白质、氨基酸、高聚糖胶、膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、视黄醇,硫胺素、谷维素、核黄素、维生素、尼克酸、超氧化物歧化酶、植物甾醇、钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、磷、硒等微量元素,具有显著调节人体内分泌、免疫力,增加人体抗力,改善心脑血管功能,促进新陈代谢、防止皮肤粗糙、增强机体抗氧化能力,抗心脑缺血、缺氧、抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗癌、降血脂、开胃清热等功效。此外,其丰富的天然植物雌激素,对于延长女性青春期,减轻或避免中老年更年期综合症也有奇效。
本发明技术方案中的发芽和提取方法,能够最大限度增加提取液中功能成分的含量,且使该饮料味道清凉,爽口,甜味适中,口感好,易吸收,经常饮用对人体健康非常有益。

本发明最关键的构思在于:种子经发芽后,由于其体内各种物理和生化反应,种子中的功能性营养成分的种类和含量都会显著增加,且有些种子经发芽后,其口感也变得更佳。

一种复合型饮料,包括如下重量份比的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液27份、莲藕提取液16份、养心菜提取液19份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液11份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液7份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液7份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液7份、发芽红米胚芽提取液9份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。
实施例2
一种复合型饮料,包括如下重量份比的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液25份、莲藕提取液15份、养心菜提取液18份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液10份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液5份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液5份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。

上述的实施例中,所述菜芙蓉花提取液的制备方法如下:取菜芙蓉花,清洗干净,沥干;将菜芙蓉花和纯净水按重量比1:5置于锅中,加热烧开30分钟,经2层纱布过滤,制得菜芙蓉花提取液;
所述莲藕提取液的制备方法如下:取莲藕,清洗干净,沥干;将莲藕切片,与纯净水按重量比1:3混合,用高速打浆机制成浆液;将莲藕浆液经2层纱布过滤,得滤液,滤液再经离心过滤机过滤,制得莲藕提取液;
所述养心菜提取液的制备方法如下:取养心菜植株,切除根部,清洗干净,沥干;将养心菜与纯净水按重量比1:2.5混合,用高速打浆机制成浆液;将养心菜浆液经2层纱布过滤,得滤液,滤液再经离心过滤机过滤,制得养心菜提取液;

所述发芽燕麦胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将燕麦置于28℃的清水中浸泡10小时,32℃温度下催芽40小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将燕麦胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与燕麦胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽燕麦胚芽提取液;
所述发芽红米胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将红米糙米置于29℃的清水中浸泡14小时,33℃温度下催芽24小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将红米胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与红米胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽红米胚芽提取液。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液27份、莲藕提取液16份、养心菜提取液19份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液11份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液7份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液7份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液7份、发芽红米胚芽提取液9份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。
3.一种复合型饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,按菜芙蓉花提取液25-30份、莲藕提取液15-18份、养心菜提取液18-20份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液5-8份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8-10份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份的重量份比配料,装入混料灌搅拌混合,均质机中均质,灭菌锅100℃灭菌7min,灌装机灌装,冷却即得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合型饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述菜芙蓉花提取液的制备方法如下:取菜芙蓉花,清洗干净,沥干;将菜芙蓉花和纯净水按重量比1:5置于锅中,加热烧开30分钟,经2层纱布过滤,制得菜芙蓉花提取液;
所述莲藕提取液的制备方法如下:取莲藕,清洗干净,沥干;将莲藕切片,与纯净水按重量比1:3混合,用高速打浆机制成浆液;将莲藕浆液经2层纱布过滤,得滤液,滤液再经离心过滤机过滤,制得莲藕提取液;
所述养心菜提取液的制备方法如下:取养心菜植株,切除根部,清洗干净,沥干;将养心菜与纯净水按重量比1:2.5混合,用高速打浆机制成浆液;将养心菜浆液经2层纱布过滤,得滤液,滤液再经离心过滤机过滤,制得养心菜提取液;
