本发明公开了一种鲜莲藕汁饮料的制作方法,其步骤是:选用肉质白嫩的莲藕,用抹布、稻草等将莲藕外表的淤泥去掉,然后用流水冲洗干净;放入1%的食盐水中浸泡1-2小时;再放入沸水中浸泡1-2分钟;采用压榨机榨汁;将75份藕汁、20份白砂糖、2份柠檬酸、羧甲基纤维素钠1份、食用防腐剂1份、食用香味剂1份混合均匀,精滤;采用高压均质机,均质压力为9.8~18.6兆帕,使悬浮粒子进一步受压破碎;将上述处理过的藕饮料装入消毒后的包装容器中封口,在100℃温度下灭菌15—20分钟,并进行细菌指标的检验。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水生植物饮料的制作方法,尤其是一种莲藕饮料的制作方法,属于农产品精深加工领域。
背景技术
生藕具有消瘀清热,除烦解渴,止血(鼻血、尿血、便血、子宫出血等)、化痰,治肺炎,肺结核、肠炎、脾虚下泻、妇女血崩等诸症。但藕经过煮熟以后,性由凉变温,失去了消瘀清热的性能,因此开发出一种新鲜莲藕汁饮料,可有效利用其消瘀清热、止血、化痰等功效。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种鲜莲藕汁饮料的制作方法,其步骤是:
①选用肉质白嫩、粗细适中、形态完好、无伤烂、孔中无污染、无严重锈斑的莲藕,用抹布、稻草等将莲藕外表的淤泥去掉,然后用流水冲洗干净;
②将洗净的鲜藕切片,放入1%的食盐水中浸泡1-2小时;
③将步骤②中得到的藕片放入沸水中浸泡1-2分钟;
④将步骤③中得到的藕片用粉碎机粉碎,采用压榨机榨汁;
⑤将75份藕汁、20份白砂糖、2份柠檬酸、羧甲基纤维素钠1份、食用防腐剂1份、食用香味剂1份混合均匀,精滤;
⑥采用高压均质机,均质压力为9.8~18.6兆帕,使悬浮粒子进一步受压破碎;
⑦将上述处理过的藕饮料装入消毒后的包装容器中封口,在100℃温度下灭菌15—20分钟,并进行细菌指标的检验。
 
具体实施方式
实施例1:
