实施例4
一种菜芙蓉功能饮品的制备方法,按菜芙蓉花提取液30-35份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液15-18份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5-10份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8-10份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份的重量份比配料,装入混料灌搅拌混合,均质机中均质,灭菌锅100℃灭菌8min,灌装机灌装,冷却即得成品。
上述实施例中,所述菜芙蓉花提取液的制备方法如下:取菜芙蓉花,清洗干净,沥干;将菜芙蓉花和纯净水按重量比1:5置于锅中,加热烧开30分钟,经2层纱布过滤,制得菜芙蓉花提取液;
所述发芽玉米胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将玉米置于30℃的清水中浸泡16小时,33℃温度下催芽48小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将玉米胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡5小时,纯净水与玉米胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽玉米胚芽提取液;
所述发芽绿豆胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将绿豆置于30℃的清水中浸泡20小时,32℃温度下催芽46小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将绿豆胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡5小时,纯净水与绿豆胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽绿豆胚芽提取液;
所述发芽小麦胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将小麦置于30℃的清水中浸泡15小时,32℃温度下催芽30小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将小麦胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡6小时,纯净水与小麦胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽小麦胚芽提取液;
所述发芽燕麦胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将燕麦置于28℃的清水中浸泡10小时,32℃温度下催芽40小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将燕麦胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与燕麦胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽燕麦胚芽提取液;
所述发芽红米胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将红米糙米置于29℃的清水中浸泡14小时,33℃温度下催芽24小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将红米胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与红米胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽红米胚芽提取液。
综上所述,本发明所得菜芙蓉功能饮品富含生物黄酮、γ-氨基丁酸、全价蛋白质、氨基酸、高聚糖胶、膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、谷维素、核黄素、维生素、超氧化物歧化酶、植物甾醇、锌、钾、钙、镁、铁、硒等微量元素,具有显著调节人体内分泌、免疫力,增加人体抗力,改善心脑血管功能,增强机体抗氧化能力,抗心脑缺血、缺氧、抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗癌、降血脂功效。此外,其丰富的天然植物雌激素,对于延长女性青春期,减轻或避免中老年更年期综合症也有奇效。
本发明的提取和发芽方法,能够最大限度增加提取液中功能成分的含量,且使该饮料香气清淡,味道清凉,爽口,甜味适中,口感好,易吸收,经常饮用对人体健康非常有益。本发明的提取和发芽方法,能够最大限度增加提取液中功能成分的含量。

1.一种菜芙蓉功能饮品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液30-35份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液15-18份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5-10份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8-10份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的菜芙蓉功能饮品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:菜芙蓉花提取液32份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液16份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液7份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液11份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液11份、发芽红米胚芽提取液9份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份。
3.一种菜芙蓉功能饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,按菜芙蓉花提取液30-35份、发芽玉米胚芽提取液15-18份、发芽绿豆胚芽提取液5-10份、发芽小麦胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽燕麦胚芽提取液10-12份、发芽红米胚芽提取液8-10份、阿斯巴甜0.01份、甜菊甙0.01份、A-K糖0.03份、柠檬酸0.05份、柠檬酸钠0.02份的重量份比配料,装入混料灌搅拌混合,均质机中均质,灭菌锅100℃灭菌8min,灌装机灌装,冷却即得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的菜芙蓉功能饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述菜芙蓉花提取液的制备方法如下:取菜芙蓉花,清洗干净,沥干;将菜芙蓉花和纯净水按重量比1:5置于锅中,加热烧开30分钟,经2层纱布过滤,制得菜芙蓉花提取液;
所述发芽玉米胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将玉米置于30℃的清水中浸泡16小时,33℃温度下催芽48小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将玉米胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡5小时,纯净水与玉米胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽玉米胚芽提取液;
所述发芽绿豆胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将绿豆置于30℃的清水中浸泡20小时,32℃温度下催芽46小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将绿豆胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡5小时,纯净水与绿豆胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽绿豆胚芽提取液;
所述发芽小麦胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将小麦置于30℃的清水中浸泡15小时,32℃温度下催芽30小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将小麦胚芽粉碎,用45℃的纯净水浸泡6小时,纯净水与小麦胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽小麦胚芽提取液;
所述发芽燕麦胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将燕麦置于28℃的清水中浸泡10小时,32℃温度下催芽40小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将燕麦胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与燕麦胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽燕麦胚芽提取液;
所述发芽红米胚芽提取液的制备方法如下:将红米糙米置于29℃的清水中浸泡14小时,33℃温度下催芽24小时,纯净水冲洗后沥干,脱胚;将红米胚芽粉碎,用40℃的纯净水浸泡4小时,纯净水与红米胚芽的重量比为8:1,过滤分离得发芽红米胚芽提取液。
