Abstract
磁动机是利用永久磁铁的磁力旋转做功的机
械。磁动机的定子和永磁直流发电机的环形定子一
样,转子是由众多的沿转子圆周均匀排列的磁滚。
Description
电力是重要能源,但储存很不易,我想如果把电能储存到磁铁里,用电时再把磁力变为电力,或把磁力直接变为机械能。因为永磁材料的磁力能保持很长时间,这种磁力电力或磁力、机械能的转换,将具有重大的经济意义。于是,我发明了磁动机。
发明是这样实现的:
磁动机的定子和直流微电机的环形永磁定子完全一样,而转子用众多的象滚子轴承的滚子一样的磁滚均匀排列在转子圆周上。磁滚上有定位槽轮,使磁滚的磁极指向有一定的方向。使处于定子N极右边的磁滚的N极对着定子的N极,产生顺时针方向的排斥力。如图1所示。使定子N极左边的磁滚的S极对着定子的N极产生顺时针方向的吸引力,于是。转子就产生顺时针方向的转矩。此时定子一端的弧形齿条(此齿条位于定子90度角上)和磁滚轴上的齿轮齿合使磁滚作130度角的自转。其它磁滚的180度自转类推自转的条件是总转矩>>自转阻力。
如要加大输出功率。可加大定子转子直径或加长磁滚、定子。
现结合附图说明磁动机的原理和结构。图1中(1)是定子磁环,(4)是转子圆周上的磁滚,(18)是转子轴。图2中(5)是磁滚上的齿轮,(11)是弧形齿条,(7)和(9)是支持磁滚的两个圆钢片。
图3中(20)是和弧形齿条制在一起的燕尾滑块,位置在270度角。
图4是第二种形式的磁滚自转机构。(38)是相切圆弧形凸条。齿条(35)和磁滚轴上的齿轮(33)处于270度位置的相切圆弧形凸条也是制在燕尾滑块上的。
Claims (4)
1、磁动机是利用永久磁铁的磁力旋转做功的机械。
a.所述磁动机的定子是一个桶状环形永磁体。
b.磁动机的转子是由转子轴和沿转子圆周均匀排列的数十个滚子形永磁体所组成。
c.滚子形永磁体可以自转,磁极指向可以定位。定位由定位槽轮完成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁动机。其特征是:定子固定在外壳上,外壳一端的下部有一燕尾槽,燕尾槽里有一燕尾滑块,此滑块有两种形式,均可决定磁动机的停转。第一种形式燕尾滑块上有一弧形齿条。第二种形式燕尾滑块上有一相切圆凸条。
3、根据权利要求1所述的磁动机,其转子上的滚子形永磁体轴上一端固定一齿轮。此齿轮和定子壳上燕尾滑块上的弧形齿条齿合而实现180度自转。第二种形式和齿轮齿合的齿条在燕尾滑块上相切圆凸条顶推下实现180度自转。
4、权利要求2、3所述弧形齿条和相切圆凸条,其位置在定子永磁体的N极和S极各有一条,即两条。
