本发明涉及一种草莓保鲜剂,所述的草莓保鲜剂包括如下重量百分含量的原辅料:山梨酸钠2%-5%、酒石酸钠1%-3%、抗坏血酸0.8%-1.5%、壳聚糖1%-3%、丁香花蕾提取物0.1%-0.5%、新鲜芦荟叶榨汁0.2%-0.6%、水余量。本发明制备的保鲜剂能长时间保持草莓果实新鲜,且对果实对人皆无副作用。

本发明涉及食品保鲜领域,具体涉及一种草莓保鲜剂。
背景技术
草莓因其独特的风味和丰富的营养深受人们喜爱,但草莓果皮薄,组织软,含水量大,抗震性差,采摘后很容易变色、软化腐烂,造成大量浪费,因此,提供一种有效的草莓保鲜剂非常重要,目前草莓保鲜以冷藏为主,单独针对草莓的保鲜剂不多,冷藏果实失水很快,果实易萎蔫,而保鲜剂因针对性差导致效果不是很明显,本发明提供的草莓保鲜剂有抗菌防腐作用,对果实对人皆无副作用,且保鲜效果非常显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种专门针对草莓的保鲜剂,本发明制备的保鲜剂能长时间保持草莓果实新鲜,且对果实对人皆无副作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种荔枝保鲜剂,由如下重量百分含量的原辅料制成:
进一步地,所述的丁香花蕾提取物为丁香花蕾的乙醇提取物;
进一步地,所述的新鲜芦荟叶榨汁为两年生芦荟叶;
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明公开的草莓保鲜剂能长时间保持草莓果实新鲜不腐烂且对果实对人皆无副作用。

一种草莓保鲜剂,由以下重量百分含量的原辅料制成:山梨酸钠2%、酒石酸钠3%、抗坏血酸0.8%、壳聚糖3%、丁香花蕾提取物0.2%、新鲜芦荟叶榨汁0.6%、水余量。
实施例Ⅱ
一种草莓保鲜剂,由以下重量百分含量的原辅料制成:山梨酸钠4%、酒石酸钠1%、抗坏血酸1.5%、壳聚糖1%、丁香花蕾提取物0.3%、新鲜芦荟叶榨汁0.4%、水余量。
实施例Ⅲ
一种草莓保鲜剂,由以下重量百分含量的原辅料制成:山梨酸钠5%、酒石酸钠2%、抗坏血酸1.2%、壳聚糖2%、丁香花蕾提取物0.4%、新鲜芦荟叶榨汁0.2%、水余量。
