在具备上述特征结构的密封头中,在按压端部的至少一部分中,使截面轮廓的曲率半径在径向内侧与径向外侧之间不同,因此在通过密封头的按压端部而形成于开口部的密封槽部的相应部分也形成有在径向内侧与径向外侧之间截面轮廓的曲率半径不同的不均匀槽部。在此,申请人认真研究的结果是,获得了如下见解:越减小密封槽部的截面轮廓的曲率半径,则从开口部剥离盖体所需要的应力越小。因此,例如通过将所述按压端部的至少一部分形成为开口部的径向内侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径小于径向外侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径的不均匀凸部,而能够制造具备因容器内的内压上升而比较顺畅地开封,但难以因输送、贮藏等流通时从容器的外侧作用的应力开封这样更高功能性的密封结构的容器。另外,相反,在设为径向外侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径小于径向内侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径的不均匀凸部的情况下,也能够获得具备抑制因基于环境变化等产生的容器的内压上升而不小心地开封的可能性,并通过从容器的外侧拉起盖体应力而比较顺畅地开封这样仍然高功能性的密封结构。
本发明的密封头的其他特征结构为,所述不均匀凸部的所述截面轮廓具备所述径向内侧的曲率半径小于径向外侧的曲率半径的形状。
根据该结构,通过密封头而形成于开口部的密封槽部的至少一部分成为开口部的径向内侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径小于径向外侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径的不均匀槽部,因此尤其是,在将所获得的容器作为因基于对容器主体的变形操作产生的内压上升而使盖体从内侧开封的饮剂容器利用的情况下,能够获得因容器的内压而比较顺畅地开封,但难以因输送、贮藏等流通时从容器的外侧作用的应力而开封这样的高附加价值的优异的饮剂容器。
本发明的密封头的其他特征结构为,所述按压端部构成沿着所述开口部的全周呈环状延伸的环状突起,所述不均匀凸部配置于使所述环状突起的周向的一部分向所述径向内侧突出而成的反向环状突起部。
根据该结构,通过密封头而形成于开口部的密封槽部也成为沿着开口部的全周环状地延伸的环状密封槽部,在该环状密封槽部的周向的一部分也能获得向径向内侧突出的反向环状密封槽部,在容器主体内的内压上升的情况下,该反向环状密封槽部的朝向径向内侧的顶端成为环状密封槽部中容器主体内的内压最集中的部位,起到通过该内压而开始盖体的剥离的剥离开始部的作用。因此,在作为饮剂容器使用的情况下,使用者能够以较高的精度预先知道内容物从开口部的哪个部位排出,其结果是能够使最终残留于容器内的内容物的量充分少。
本发明的容器的特征结构为,
一种容器,具备:收纳有内容物的容器主体、通过密封头而熔敷于该容器主体的开口部的盖体,
通过所述熔敷而形成于所述开口部的密封槽部的至少一部分形成为在所述开口部的径向内侧与径向外侧之间截面轮廓的曲率半径不同的不均匀槽部。
申请人的研究的结果表明:越减小密封槽部的截面轮廓的曲率半径,则从开口部剥离盖体所需要的应力越小。因此,在具备上述特征结构的容器中,例如通过将密封槽部的所述至少一部分形成为开口部的径向内侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径小于径向外侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径的不均匀槽部,而获得了具备因容器内的内压上升而比较顺畅地开封,但难以因输送、贮藏等流通时从容器的外侧作用的应力而开封这样更高功能性的密封结构的容器。另外,相反,在形成为径向外侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径小于径向内侧的截面轮廓的曲率半径的不均匀槽部的情况下,仍能获得抑制因基于环境变化等产生的容器的内压上升而不小心地开封的可能性,并且因从容器的外侧拉起盖体的应力而比较顺畅地开封这样的高功能性的密封结构。
本发明的容器的其他特征结构为,所述不均匀槽部的所述截面轮廓具备所述径向内侧的曲率半径小于径向外侧的曲率半径的形状。
根据该结构,尤其是,将所获得的容器作为因基于对容器主体的变形操作产生的内压上升而使盖体从内侧开封的饮剂容器利用的情况下,可获得因容器的内压而比较顺畅地开封,但难以因输送、贮藏等流通时从容器的外侧作用的应力而开封这样的高附加价值的优秀的饮剂容器。
本发明的容器的其他特征结构为,所述密封槽部构成沿着所述开口部的全周呈环地延伸的环状密封槽部,所述不均匀槽部配置于使所述环状密封槽部的周向的一部分向所述径向内侧突出而成的反向环状密封槽部。
根据该结构,在容器主体内的内压上升的情况下,该反向环状密封槽部的朝向径向内侧的顶端成为环状密封槽部中容器主体内的内压最集中的部位,起到通过该内压而开始盖体的剥离的剥离开始部的作用。因此,在作为饮剂容器使用的情况下,使用者能够以较高的精度预先知道内容物从开口部的哪个部位排出,其结果是能够使最终残留于容器内的内容物的量充分少。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。
(饮剂容器的概略结构)
图1表示本发明的通过密封头而制作的饮剂容器的一例,该图1的饮剂容器1具备:收纳有液体状等内容物C的有底且树脂制的容器主体2、以及密闭状地关闭该容器主体2的开口部的树脂制的盖体9,容器主体2的至少一部分构成为由于外力而容易地变形。
容器主体2与盖体9被沿着从容器主体2的开口部向径向外侧延伸的凸缘5的凸缘面5A而形成为环状的环状密封部6密封,但由于向容器主体2的底面3等的按压力而使容器主体2的一部分以容器主体2的内容积缩小的方式变形,当容器主体2内的压力达到临界值时,在环状密封部6的一部分盖体9从凸缘面5A剥离,由此进行开封。
另外,在容器主体2中与内容物C一起存在空气的情况下,若以盖体9在下方的反转姿势的状态对饮剂容器1进行开封,则不是空气而是内容物C被先行排出。
在环状密封部6的规定部位设有比环状密封部6内的其他部位容易由于容器主体2的内压上升而剥离的分离密封部6S。因此,由于容器主体2内的内压上升而从凸缘面5A剥离的盖体9的位置一定是该分离密封部6S,因此使用者容易预测排出的内容物C所朝向的方向。
如图1及图4所示,在容器主体2的凸缘5的一部分形成有向径向内侧凹陷的被卡合凹部5B(被卡合凹部5B在俯视的凸缘5的外形上表现为凹陷),在与该被卡合凹部5B对应的凸缘面5A的区域形成有向底面3凹陷的俯视的大致矩形的流出槽5D(流出槽5D在主视的凸缘5的外形上表现为凹陷)。该流出槽5D构成分离密封部6S剥离时内容物C流出的流出路。分离密封部6S配置于在俯视时与上述被卡合凹部5B及流出槽5D对应的角度位置。
(稀释用瓶的结构)
图2表示通过与上述饮剂容器1组合使用,而能够容易地将从饮剂容器1排出的内容物C与其他液体L等混合的瓶10的一例和设置于瓶10的饮剂容器1。
图2的瓶10具有:具有比饮剂容器1大的内容量的有底的瓶主体11;设于瓶主体11的上部的开封支承体12;及以沿着开封支承体12的内表面上下移动自如的方式被支承的加压部件20。
开封支承体12具备:圆筒部12A,该圆筒部12A具有与瓶主体11的内部连通的内部;及圆板状的凸缘部12B,该凸缘部12B从圆筒部12A的上下的中间位置向径向外侧延伸。开封支承体12经由形成于凸缘部12B的下方的圆筒部12A的外周的外螺纹12S而螺合于形成于瓶主体11的开口部的内表面的内螺纹部11S。
在圆筒部12A的内侧设有用于以盖体9朝向下方的姿势支承饮剂容器1的容器支承部13。
容器支承部13具备朝向开口部14而逐渐变低的倾斜面13A,该开口部14为了将圆筒部12A的上方内部空间与瓶主体11的内部空间连通而沿着上下延伸。
加压部件20具有:相对于开封支承体12的圆筒部12A的内表面而滑动自如地设置的活塞体21;从活塞体21的上表面向上方延伸的棒状的支承轴22;安装于支承轴22的上端的大致圆板状的操作片23。
在将饮剂容器1载置于容器支承部13的倾斜面13A的状态下,使用者经由操作片23而向下方按下加压部件20时,如图5所例示那样,由于容器主体2的变形而容器主体2内的压力达到临界值,在分离密封部6S附近盖体9想要从凸缘面5A剥离,但能够得到饮剂容器1的分离密封部6S从上方与开口部14相向的状态,因此,盖体9由于倾斜面13A等而没有阻碍地自由地剥离,顺畅地进行开封。
当进一步按下加压部件20时,如图5的(d)所例示那样,主要通过容器主体2的侧壁部4变形为沿着上下方向收缩的形状,而将大部分的内容物C排出至瓶主体11的内部。
(侧壁部的详细的结构)
如图4所示,容器主体2的侧壁部4由向底面3逐渐地缩径的筒状体构成,并具备:从凸缘5的背面向底面3延伸的基端部4A;从底面3向凸缘5延伸的顶端部4C;及连接上述基端部4A与顶端部4C的中间部4B。
中间部4B比基端部4A及顶端部4C的壁面的壁厚成形得薄,由此比基端部4A及顶端部4C容易由于外力而变形。另外,也可以通过在成形后仅在基端部4A及顶端部4C形成肋或仅在中间部4B形成折线等其他手法而使中间部4B比其他两个部位4A、4C容易变形。
因此,当如上所述经由操作片23向下方按下加压部件20时,容器主体2的变形以侧壁部4中的较薄的中间部4B积极弯曲的方式进行。
在图5中随着变形的进行而排列有从侧壁部4尚未受到变形的初期的(a)直到中间部4B的大部分进入基端部4A与顶端部4C之间而侧壁部4充分地变形的(d)的4个状态。
在该实施方式中,尤其是如图5的(a)所例示那样,在基端部4A与中间部4B的边界附近及中间部4B与顶端部4C的边界附近设有沿着径向延伸的细小的台阶。在上述台阶的部位中,中间部4B的直径比基端部4A的直径小,顶端部4C的直径比中间部4B的直径小。
因此,在侧壁部4弯曲变形而沿上下方向缩小时,如图5的(d)所例示那样,进行如下方式的变形:中间部4B的一部分进入基端部4A的径向内侧、顶端部4C进入中间部4B的径向内侧。
另外,在该实施方式中,如图5的(a)等所例示那样,在侧壁部4的周向的一部分上设有倾斜凹部16,该倾斜凹部16从使盖体9在下方的容器主体2的姿势中的中间部4B的端部(在图5中为中间部4B的下端)附近朝向大致底面3侧逐渐地向周向的左右一方(在图5中为左)位移,并且宽度逐渐地变窄,且在中间部4B与顶端部4C的边界附近具有上方终端16P。
如图4及图5所示,在基端部4A的被卡合凹部5B的径向内侧的部位设有基端凹部15,该基端凹部15从凸缘面5A的背面向底面3大致沿着轴芯X直线状地延伸。基端凹部15凹陷成在俯视时向径向内侧突出的圆弧状,倾斜凹部16从该基端凹部15的端部(在图5中为基端凹部15的上端)向底面3连续地延伸。
因此,通过加压部件20等而对侧壁部4施加上下方向的应力时,应力或应变集中于倾斜凹部16的上方终端16P附近,因此如图5的(b)所例示那样,侧壁部4的弯曲变形从该上方终端16P附近开始。
图5的第2幅图(b)表示在与倾斜凹部16的上方终端16P附近对应的部位,侧壁部4的弯曲变形开始的状况,当进一步施加上下方向的应力时,可获得中间部4B的一部分向径向内侧弯折,而进入基端部4A的径向内侧的图5的第3幅图(c)的状态。
接着,当从图5的(c)的状态进一步施加上下方向的应力时,在基端部4A的径向内侧向下方突出的中间部4B的弯折部位在中间部4B中逐渐地向底面3侧移动,并且同时接近凸缘5,直至中间部4B的大部分进入基端部4A与顶端部4C之间而达到侧壁部4充分变形的图5的第4幅图(d)的状态。
在该期间,最迟在图5的第3幅图(c)的状态中,如图7的(d)所例示那样,盖体9仅在分离密封部6S从凸缘5A剥离而进行开封,内容物C从流出槽5D与盖体9之间被排出。此时,如图5及图7所示,在流出槽5D与剥离的盖体9的背面之间形成有沿着径向延伸的筒状的流出引导空间FS,内容物C以被该筒状的流出引导空间引导的稳定的形式被排出。
另外,出于避免由于例如搬运时的冲击等而变形而提高壁厚的较薄的部位的强度的目的,在侧壁部4的中间部4B大致等间隔地呈肋状地形成有相对于轴芯X向相同的方向倾斜的多个较细的线状凹部8。
(环状密封部的详细结构)
如图1及图6所示,对于密封容器主体2与盖体9的环状密封部6,在全周上,不是凸缘面5A的宽度的整体面状地熔敷的方式,而是呈占据凸缘面5A的宽度的一部分的线状地熔敷的方式。
更具体而言,如图6所示,环状密封部6具备:三角密封部6T,该三角密封部6T在被卡合凹部5B的径向内侧的位置形成为包含三角形的第1岛状部7A的三角形状;最长的一般密封部6G,该一般密封部6G在凸缘面5A的除了被卡合凹部5B以外的部位形成为向径向外侧突出的环状或直线状;左右一对非分离密封部6D,该非分离密封部6D以从一般密封部6G的两端靠近被卡合凹部5B地包含第2岛状部7B的方式设置;及左右一对连结环状密封部6C,该连结环状密封部6C连接三角密封部6T与非分离密封部6D。
另外,在本说明书中,岛状部是指盖体9有意地对凸缘面5A局部地不熔敷,而在周围的熔敷的部位的内部残留为岛状的部位。
另外,环状密封部6具有左右一对辅助非分离密封部6E,该左右一对辅助非分离密封部6E从非分离密封部6D与连结环状密封部6C的边界附近以夹着流出槽5D彼此相向的方式延伸。
仅设有1个的三角密封部6T和存在2个的非分离密封部6D分别呈在内部包含第1岛状部7A或第2岛状部7B的环状,由此形成为环状密封部6形成的整体的一次环状部的一部分中包含二次环状部的方式。在此,一次环状部是指以包围容器主体2的开口部整体的方式延伸的单一的较大的密封部,二次环状部是指以包围第1岛状部7A或第2岛状部7B的方式延伸的较小的密封部。
在该实施方式中,主要是三角密封部6T构成分离密封部6S构成,该分离密封部6S比环状密封部6内的其他部位容易由于容器主体2的内压上升而剥离。
三角密封部6T沿着凸缘面5A中的相当于被卡合凹部5B的径向内侧的区域而设置,作为整体呈向环状密封部6的径向内侧突出的左右对称的等腰三角形状。
在三角密封部6T中,位于该等腰三角形的径向内侧的2边与一般密封部6G相反,形成为以俯视时向开口部的径向内侧突出的方式弯曲的反向环状密封部6A。
另一方面,等腰三角形的相当于径向外侧的底边的一边形成为以连结反向环状密封部6A的两端的方式直线状地延伸的辅助分离密封部6B。
以向其径向内侧突出的方式弯曲的形状的特征的结果是,在由于容器主体2的变形而内压上升时,反向环状密封部6A的朝向径向内侧的顶端R1(参照图6及图7)在环状密封部6中是容器主体2内的内压最集中的部位,反向环状密封部6A起到由于该内压而开始盖体9的剥离的剥离开始部的作用。
图7随着剥离(分离)的进行而排列有从盖体9的剥离或环状密封部6的分离尚未开始的初期的(a)直到表示由于容器主体2的内压F而分离密封部6S处的盖体9的剥离完成的状态的(d)的4个图。
图7的第2幅图(b)表示在反向环状密封部6A的顶端P1,盖体9的剥离开始后的状态,第3幅图(c)表示在反向环状密封部6A的整体上盖体9的剥离正在进行,但在直线状的辅助分离密封部6B尚未产生剥离的状态。
如第3幅图(c)所示,在反向环状密封部6A的剥离后,辅助分离密封部6B成为容器主体2内的内压F最集中的部位,因此由于内压F而辅助分离密封部6B处的盖体9开始剥离。
辅助分离密封部6B中的盖体9的剥离进行的结果是,如第4幅图(d)所示,只要由辅助分离密封部6B的一部分稍微分离,则实现环状密封部6的局部性的分离,而内容物C从容器主体2开始排出。
最终,如图7的第4幅图(d)所示,在直线状的辅助分离密封部6B在全长上进行了盖体9的剥离的状态下,换言之,在仅在大致构成分离密封部6S的三角密封部6T的区域进行剥离、开封的阶段,环状密封部6的分离完成,而确保了用于以适度的速度排出内容物C的全部量的流出路。
然而,如图8所例示那样,通过在下端具备与环状密封部6的形状对应的形状的环状突起31(按压端部的一例)的高温的密封头30,环状密封部6将盖体9按压于容器主体2的凸缘面5A规定时间(例如1~几秒的时间),由此被密封。
因此,在构成由叠层膜构成的盖体9的多个层中,在与凸缘面5A相接的最下层设有热密封层(未图示),该热密封层包含具备由于密封头30的热和压力而暂时软化并热熔敷于凸缘面5A的作用的聚烯烃类的树脂。
通过密封头30的按压,而在与设于密封头30的下端的环状突起31对应的部位,盖体9通过热密封层而熔敷于凸缘面5A,同时与环状突起31对应的槽状的凹部形成于凸缘面5A。
作为本发明的一个研究成果,在环状密封部6的槽状的截面形状中,发现槽的缘部(槽的两侧的稍微升起的部位)显示最大的接合力。因此,可知,为了获得更大的接合力,与仅增加接合面积或增加由密封头30形成的槽的宽度尺寸相比,增加槽的数量更有效果。
另外,环状突起31的截面形状是控制环状密封部6的接合力的较大的要素,但如图9所示,关于为了包含一般密封部6G地形成大部分的环状密封部6而设置的环状突起31,形成为在径向内侧的部位与径向外侧的部位具备相同的形状、即形成为左右对称的截面形状。
本发明的密封头31的较大特征是,关于为了形成反向环状密封部6A而设置的环状突起31A,径向外侧的部位(图9中的Q2)具备与为了形成其他辅助分离密封部6B而设置的一般的环状突起31B(均匀突起)相同的曲率半径,但通过径向内侧的部位(图9中的Q1)采用比径向外侧的部位(Q2)小的曲率半径,在沿轴向观察时,形成为左右非对称的特殊的截面形状(不均匀凸部)。
因此,如图9的下方所示,由环状突起31A密封的反向环状密封部6A的截面的径向内侧的部位(R1)成为以比径向外侧的部位(R2)倾斜度大的角度向底面3凹陷的特殊的形状。即,由密封头30形成的反向环状密封部6A的槽成为与来自径向内侧的剥离力对应的阻力明显小于与来自径向外侧的剥离力对应阻力的密封力不均匀槽。其结果是,反向环状密封部6A的位于径向内侧的部位与环状密封部6的其他部位相比以比较小的内压F开始剥离,因此上述顶端P1(径向内侧的端部)作为剥离开始点可靠地发挥作用。
另一方面,反向环状密封部6A的位于径向外侧的部位(R2)具有以与辅助分离密封部6B等相同的角度向底面3凹陷的一般的截面形状,因此防止了在流通时等由于来自外部的应力而盖体9开封的不良情况的现象。
接着,如图7所示,左右一对非分离密封部6D配置于流出槽5D的周向外侧,2条环状密封部显示为以包围在俯视时呈流线型的第2岛状部7B的方式沿周向延伸的方式。这样,在非分离密封部6D中,通过设置包围第2岛状部7B的2条环状密封部,上述槽的缘部的数量成倍增加,因此以大幅度超出由1条环状密封部构成的一般密封部6G的接合力密封盖体9。另外,用于密封非分离密封部6D的环状突起31A的部位形成为具备与辅助分离密封部6B等相同的曲率半径的左右对称的一般的截面形状。其结果是,即使在容器主体2的内压上升速度超过了一般设想的范围的情况下,在分离密封部6S开始的分离波及至非分离密封部6D的可能性也较小。
三角密封部6T与非分离密封部6D之间通过左右一对各1条的连结环状密封部6C而连接,左右一对辅助非分离密封部6E从非分离密封部6D与连结环状密封部6C的边界附近以夹着流出槽5D彼此相向的方式延伸至流出槽5D的近前。连结环状密封部6C及辅助非分离密封部6E也形成为具备与辅助分离密封部6B等相同的曲率半径的左右对称的一般的截面形状。
如图7的最后一幅图(d)所例示那样,左右一对辅助非分离密封部6E也与非分离密封部6D相同地不分离,辅助非分离密封部6E发挥将由于盖体9的剥离而形成的流出路的宽度限制于规定的预定值(与三角密封部6T的宽度即辅助分离密封部6B的长度一致)以下的功能。
〔其他实施方式〕
〈1〉也能够以如下方式实施:将径向内侧的部位与径向外侧的部位相比以倾斜度大的角度向底面3凹陷的密封力不均匀槽不仅应用于反向环状密封部6A也应用于辅助分离密封部6B的方式、或也应用于环状密封部6的全周上的方式。在该情况下,需要将密封头30的环状突起31A中的相应部位形成为径向内侧的部位具有比径向外侧的部位小的曲率半径的左右非对称的特殊的截面形状。
〈2〉作为收纳于饮剂容器的内容物不限于液体,也能够使用粉体与液体的混合物、粉体与气体的混合物等。
〈3〉如图10所示例示那样,也能够以如下方式实施,与上述实施方式相反地,在密封头130的按压端部131形成有不均匀凸部131A,该不均匀凸部131A具有如下截面轮廓:径向外侧的部位Q12具有比径向内侧的部位Q11小的曲率半径形状。不均匀凸部131A可以设于周向的一部分,也可以设于周向整体。
当使用这种密封头130对盖体9进行密封时,当然,通过熔敷而形成于开口部的环状密封部6的密封槽部中的与不均匀凸部131A对应的部位,成为不均匀槽部,该不均匀槽部具备如下截面轮廓:径向外侧的部位R12具有比径向内侧的部位R11小的曲率半径的形状。其结果是,可获得如下高功能性的密封结构:例如抑制因基于输送中等环境变化产生的容器的内压上升而不小心开封的可能性,而且容易通过从容器的外侧拉起盖体的应力而比较顺畅地开封。这种容器不是基于容器内的内压上升而开封的类型,而能够作为从外侧对盖体进行剥离操作而开封的类型的饮剂容器或饮剂容器以外的容器利用。
〈4〉本发明不限定于在上述实施方式中所说明的具有深度的容器,也能够应用于实质上没有深度的具备带状等方式的容器。作为这种容器的例子,能够想到如下治疗用带等:例如在带状的基体(容器的一例)的一面涂敷胶状等炎症治疗药物(内容物的一例),以覆盖炎症治疗药物的方式在基体的缘部(开口部的一例)熔敷有覆盖膜,当使用者剥离覆盖膜后,炎症治疗药物露出而能够涂敷于患部。
产业上的可利用性
本发明能够作为用于解决在用于在收纳有内容物的容器主体的开口部熔敷盖体的密封头及使用该密封头而被密封的容器中以往发现的课题的技术。

Claims (6)

1.一种密封头,为了在收纳有内容物的容器主体的开口部熔敷盖体,具有用于将所述盖体按压于所述开口部的按压端部,该密封头的特征在于,
所述按压端部的至少一部分形成为在所述开口部的径向内侧与径向外侧之间截面轮廓的曲率半径不同的不均匀凸部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封头,其特征在于,
所述不均匀凸部的所述截面轮廓具备所述径向内侧的曲率半径小于径向外侧的曲率半径的形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封头,其特征在于,
所述按压端部构成沿着所述开口部的全周呈环状延伸的环状突起,
所述不均匀凸部配置于使所述环状突起的周向的一部分向所述径向内侧突出而成的反向环状突起部。
4.一种容器,具备:收纳有内容物的容器主体;以及通过密封头而熔敷于该容器主体的开口部的盖体,该容器的特征在于,
通过所述熔敷而形成于所述开口部的密封槽部的至少一部分形成为在所述开口部的径向内侧与径向外侧之间截面轮廓的曲率半径不同的不均匀槽部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,
所述不均匀槽部的所述截面轮廓具备所述径向内侧的曲率半径小于径向外侧的曲率半径的形状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的容器,其特征在于,
所述密封槽部构成沿着所述开口部的全周呈环状延伸的环状密封槽部,
所述不均匀槽部配置于使所述环状密封槽部的周向的一部分向所述径向内侧突出而成的反向环状密封槽部。
