本发明属电工机械加工设备，具体涉及一种拉入式嵌线机上用的定子夹紧装置。其特征是：分度转盘内圈下端设支撑座，支撑座上设有支撑块，分度转盘内圈上端设调整座，调整座上设有调节螺杆，左滑块和右滑块分别旋装在调节螺杆两端的左、右旋螺纹上，升降臂的双臂通过铰接轴相互铰接，双臂的上端分别铰接在左滑块和右滑块两侧的轴头上，双臂下端分别铰接有连接块和滚轮，右压紧块与左压紧块通过弹簧片连接后用右螺钉与连接块固连，角形弹簧片用左螺钉与左压紧块固连并将滚轮夹在中间。具有压紧力均匀，调整方便的优点。

定子夹紧装置
技术领域：本发明属电工机械加工设备，具体涉及一种拉入式嵌线机上用的定子夹紧装置。
背景技术：目前，拉入式嵌线机的定子夹紧，基本都是利用曲柄摇杆机构的死点位置进行压紧，其缺点是：当定子外径发生变化时，需对死点位置进行调整，操作不方便。另外，压紧块采用硬连接直接压紧，遇到外径表面形状不规则的定子时无法调整，压紧力不均匀。
发明内容：本发明的目的是提供一种压紧力均匀，调整方便的定子夹紧装置。
本发明的技术方案是：一种拉入式嵌线机上用于定子夹紧的装置。其特征是：分度转盘内圈下端设支撑座，支撑座上设有支撑块，分度转盘内圈上端设调整座，调整座上设有调节螺杆，左滑块和右滑块分别旋装在调节螺杆两端的左、右旋螺纹上，升降臂的双臂通过铰接轴相互铰接，双臂的上端分别铰接在左滑块和右滑块两侧的轴头上，双臂下端分别铰接有连接块和滚轮，右压紧块与左压紧块通过弹簧片连接后用右螺钉与连接块固连，角形弹簧片用左螺钉与左压紧块固连并将滚轮夹在中间。
由于采用了上述技术方案，利用多根升降臂相互铰接，两个压紧块采用弹性连接，因而具有调整方便，压紧力均匀的优点。

具体实施方式：参考图1、图2，一种定子夹紧装置，分度转盘内圈１下端设支撑座17，支撑座17上设有支撑块9，分度转盘内圈１上端设调整座10，调整座10上设有调节螺杆12，左滑块2和右滑块11分别旋装在调节螺杆12两端的左、右旋螺纹上，升降臂3的双臂通过铰接轴7相互铰接，双臂的上端分别铰接在左滑块2和右滑块11两侧的轴头上，双臂下端分别铰接有连接块14和滚轮6，右压紧块１3与左压紧块8通过弹簧片16连接后用右螺钉15与连接块14固连，角形弹簧片4用左螺钉5与左压紧块8固连并将滚轮6夹在中间。
工作时，将定子铁芯安放到支撑块上，顺时针转动调节螺杆，调节螺杆上的左右旋螺纹即通过左、右滑块带动升降臂及压紧块压紧定子铁芯的外径。工作结束，逆时针转动调节螺杆，即可松开对定子铁芯的夹紧。

1.一种定子夹紧装置，其特征是：分度转盘内圈（１）下端设支撑座（17），支撑座（17）上设有支撑块（9），分度转盘内圈（１）上端设调整座（10），调整座（10）上设有调节螺杆（12），左滑块（2）和右滑块（11）分别旋装在调节螺杆（12）两端的左、右旋螺纹上，升降臂（3）的双臂通过铰接轴（7）相互铰接，双臂的上端分别铰接在左滑块（2）和右滑块（11）两侧的轴头上，双臂下端分别铰接有连接块（14）和滚轮（6），右压紧块（１３）与左压紧块（8）通过弹簧片（16）连接后用右螺钉（15）与连接块（14）固连，角形弹簧片（4）用左螺钉（5）与左压紧块（8）固连并将滚轮（6）夹在中间。
