本发明提供一种橡胶,含有以下组分:氯丁胶90~110个重量份;氧化锌6~7个重量份;氧化镁5~7个重量份;促进剂1~2.5个重量份;硬脂酸0.5~1.5个重量份;橡胶防老剂0.5~1.5个重量份;热裂解炭黑N99035~45个重量份;喷雾炭黑10~20个重量份;硫磺0.3~0.5个重量份;二辛酯13~14个重量份。本发明的橡胶及其制造方法,橡胶的黏弹性能好,阻尼生热效果显著,具有良好的强度和减振特性,特别适合应用于充气式减振制品中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶。
背景技术
充气式减振垫铁具有能够有效地衰减机器自身的振动,减少振动力的外传,降低噪音的功能,是机床设备公司常用的减振方式。但是,也正是由于其减振和承压的功能,因此对构成充气气囊的橡胶的性能具有很高的要求,需要橡胶具备高度的黏弹性和强度。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上面描述的问题。本发明的目的是提供一种橡胶,含有下述组分,其中各组分以及各组分含量为:

其中,促进剂包括促进剂DM和促进剂Na-22,其中促进剂DM和促进剂Na-22的组分含量为:

其中,所述热裂解炭黑为N990。
其中,二辛酯为通用型增塑剂,合成植物酯与PVC树脂粉有着非常优异的相溶性。抑制析出冒油,浅黄无异味,抗低温性能优异,零下18度不结晶,冬天正常使用。生产出的塑料制品具有较高的机械性能、优异的胶凝能力,耐皂化和低的迁移性,电阻性能良好,低温时有显著的稳定性。
其中,热裂解炭黑是由大量球形、椭圆形炭和少量熔接粒子组成,具有粒径大、比表面积小、结构低、容易分散、流动性好等特点,其硫化胶弹性高,变形小,低温性能好,定伸应力高,但拉伸强度和伸长率较低。
喷雾碳黑的加工性能好,压出收缩小,其硫化胶具有与热裂解炭黑的硫化胶相近的性能,弹性高,定伸应力高,并且,由于喷雾炭黑的粒子比热裂解炭黑小,因此,补强性能要高于热裂解炭黑。
基于以上热裂解炭黑和喷雾炭黑的特性研究总结,本发明将两种成分混合共同作为橡胶的填充剂,并经过多次实验验证发现,使用以上两种炭黑的混合物的橡胶具有优异的减振性能和强度。随后,本发明又经过大量的实验和数据对比,确定了喷雾炭黑和热裂解炭黑的最佳配比,在此配比之下制得的橡胶,其减振功能和强度可达到最佳状态,完全能够满足机床的充气式减振设备对橡胶的性能要求。
因此,本发明的橡胶及其制造方法,橡胶的强度和黏弹性能好,阻尼生热效果显著,并具有减振特性,特别适合应用于充气式减振制品中。

将本发明的实施例1~6的橡胶X1~X6送检,并与普通橡胶进行对比可知,在如下几个方面具有较大差别,具体如下表所示:
由上述表中的具体数值可知,本发明的橡胶在拉伸度、延展度、回弹形和永久变形率方面的性能要远远高于普通橡胶,具有良好的黏弹性。
综上所述,本发明的橡胶及其制造方法,橡胶的强度和黏弹性能好,阻尼生热效果显著,具有良好的减振功能,特别适合应用于充气式减振制品中。
