本发明涉及橡胶制品制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于减震的橡胶。
背景技术
减震橡胶广泛用于机床、车辆的各部位起减少振动、隔音、缓冲等作用,要求减震性、耐热性和耐疲劳性好。目前使用的减震橡胶耐热性和耐疲劳性不佳,容易过早老化,导致减震橡胶失效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种减震橡胶,以解决现有减震橡胶耐热性和耐疲劳性不佳,容易老化的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种减震橡胶包括有下列重量份的原料制成:天然橡胶90份~100份、氧化锌6份~10份、硬酯酸1份~2份、促进剂TE为1份~2份、硫磺2份~2.5份、防老剂4020为2.5 份~3份、炭黑35份~45份。
所述天然橡胶,是一种以聚异戊二烯为主要成分的天然高分子化合物,在常温下具有较高的弹性,稍带塑性,具有非常好的机械强度,滞后损失小,在多次变形时生热低,其耐屈挠性也很好,电绝缘性能良好。
所述氧化锌,为常用的化学添加剂,主要用于橡胶或电缆工业作补强剂和活性剂,也作白色胶的着色剂和填充剂。
所述硬酯酸,是天然橡胶、合成橡胶和胶乳中广泛应用的硫化活性剂,也可用作增塑剂和软化剂;硬脂酸还可用作橡胶制品的脱模剂。
所述促进剂TE,用于天然橡胶和合成橡胶,既可作促进剂又可作硫化剂;抗焦烧性优良,与橡胶的相溶性好,硫化速度快,具有抗硫化返原性,与硫黄、次磺酰胺、过氧化物并用,综合平衡性好,明显提高硫化胶扯断强度和伸长率,改善硫化胶的热撕裂和半成品加工工艺。
所述防老剂4020,具有良好的抗氧效能外,还有抗臭氧、抗曲挠龟裂和抑制铜、锰等有害金属的作用,是用于天然橡胶和合成橡胶的抗臭氧剂和抗氧剂,对臭氧龟裂和屈挠疲劳老化的防护效能优良。
所述炭黑,是一种无定形碳,轻、松而极细的黑色粉末,表面积非常大,是含碳物质在空气不足的条件下经不完全燃烧或受热分解而得的产物,用作橡胶的补强剂。
本发明减震橡胶既有高弹态又有高黏态,具有良好的减震、隔音和缓冲性能,耐热性和耐疲劳性佳,不容易老化,使用寿命长。

一种减震橡胶,由下列重量份的原料制成:天然橡胶100公斤、氧化锌10公斤、硬酯酸2公斤、促进剂TE为2公斤、硫磺2.5公斤、防老剂4020为3公斤、炭黑45公斤、橡胶除味剂0.3公斤。
