现有技术中，用于煲汤的药材包多种多样，例如清补凉呀，风味材料呀，功能与味道多种多样，但这些煲汤药材包一般只是调味或汤更具地方风味色彩，并不能起到保健的明确作用；特别是对肝肾阴亏、腰酸骨痛、头晕目眩、四肢麻木、阳痿、精神委靡，少寐多梦，健忘等中医上的症状没有明确的疗效。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种煲汤用药材包，该种煲汤用药材包对肝肾阴亏、腰酸骨痛、头晕目眩、四肢麻木、阳痿、精神委靡，少寐多梦、健忘等中医上的症状有独到的疗效。
本发明另一个需要解决的技术问题是提供一种用上述煲汤用药材包的制作狗骨汤的制作方法。
本发明煲汤用药材包可以采取如下技术方案:一种煲汤用药材包，其特征是：包括可密封的容器，容器内放置有药材混合物，药材混合物由下列组分按重量比份组成，枸杞子10份、淫羊藿5份、龙眼肉10份、续断5份、人参15份、玉米须2份、穿山甲5份、龟甲5份、冬虫夏草10份、莲子15份、半夏3份、吴茱萸1份、旋复花根1份、墨旱莲1份、当归10份、木瓜30份。
所述的容器为塑料袋或罐头。
所述容器内设有网袋，所述药材混合物放置于网袋内。
上述的煲汤用药材包的使用方法，可以制作狗骨汤。
一种狗骨汤的制作方法，
包括以下步骤：
1)准备基础食材；基础食材为狗骨头；
2)把基础食材放进锅内，把容器内的药材混合物放进锅内；按需要加入水；药材混合物由下列组分按重量份组成，枸杞子10份、淫羊藿5份、龙眼肉10份、续断5份、人参15份、玉米须2份、穿山甲5份、龟甲5份、冬虫夏草10份、莲子15份、半夏3份、吴茱萸1份、旋复花根1份、墨旱莲1份、当归10份、木瓜30份；
3)待锅内的水开了后，慢火煲两小时以上；
4)得到保健汤。
其中，所述的容器为塑料袋或罐头。

基础食材为也可以为鸡、狗骨头或野猪骨头。

本发明煲汤用药材包用于煲汤后具有保健、抗疲劳、滋补肝肾、补脾益气、益精壮阳、补筋骨的功效，适用于肝肾阴亏、腰酸骨痛、头晕目眩、四肢麻木、阳痿、精神委靡，少寐多梦、健忘等症状的人士食用。具有强身壮体的效果，特别对于男性，更具效果。
煲汤用药材包的使用方法步骤简单，实施方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例：煲汤用药材包，包括可密封的容器，容器内放置有药材混合物，药材混合物由下列组分按重量比份组成，枸杞子10份、淫羊藿5份、龙眼肉10份、续断5份、人参15份、玉米须2份、穿山甲5份、龟甲5份、冬虫夏草10份、莲子15份、半夏3份、吴茱萸1份、旋复花根1份、墨旱莲1份、当归10份、木瓜30份。
所述的容器为塑料袋或罐头。密封的容器有利于保质。
容器内设有网袋，所述药材混合物放置于网袋内。
煲汤用药材包的使用方法，包括以下步骤：
1)准备基础食材；
2)把基础食材放进锅内，把容器内的药材料混合物放进锅内；按需要加入水；
3)待锅内的水开了后，慢火煲两小时以上；
4)得到保健汤。

包括以下步骤：
1)准备基础食材；基础食材为狗骨头；

4)得到保健汤。
基础食材可以为鸡、狗骨头或野猪骨头。当然也可以用其它食材。
加水的多少视个人情况对食物口感而定，这种影响口感的因素，可以随各人需要而设定调节加水的多少。
上述中药的药性可以查药典：
枸杞子：滋补肝肾，益精明目。
淫羊藿：补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。
龙眼肉：补心脾；益气血；安心神。
续断：补肝肾；强筋骨；调血脉；止崩漏。
人参：治劳伤虚损、食少、倦怠、反胃吐食、大便滑泄、虚咳喘促、自汗暴脱、惊悸、健忘、眩晕头痛、阳萎、尿频、消渴、妇女崩漏、小儿慢惊、及久虚不复、一切气血津液不足之证。
玉米须：利尿消肿；清肝利胆。
穿山甲：活血散结；通经下乳；消痈溃坚。主血瘀经闭；症瘕；风湿痹痛；乳汁不下；痈肿；瘰疬。
龟甲：滋阴潜阳，益肾强骨，养血补心。
冬虫夏草：保肺气；实腠理；补肾益精。
莲子：养心，益肾，补脾。涩肠。治夜寐多梦，遗精，淋浊，久痢，虚泻，妇人崩漏带下。
半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。
吴茱萸：止痛，理气，燥湿，治呕逆吞酸，厥阴头痛，脏寒吐泻，脘腹胀痛，经行腹痛，五更泄泻，高血压症，脚气，疝气，口疮溃疡，齿痛，湿疹，黄水疮。
旋复花根：治风湿。
墨旱莲：补益肝肾；凉血止血。
当归：补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠。
木瓜：性味温和，富含多种维生素。
对肝肾阴亏、腰酸骨痛、头晕目眩、四肢麻木者20人进行临床试验，每人每天用200克煲汤用药材包煲汤服用。连服三个月。服用者全为男性，年龄为45至60岁，服用后16患者感觉精神充沛，睡眠良好，腰有力，骨不痛，有4名患者的症状有所改善，但未全愈，不计在内。
对阳痿、精神委靡，少寐多梦、健忘、尿频、阳痿、遗精者进行临床试验，每人每天用200克煲汤用药材包煲汤服用。连吃三个月。服用者全为男性，30人，年龄为30至55岁，精神充沛，睡眠良好，二便正常，性功能增强，久而不衰。
根据各种人群的口感需要，还可以加入糖增加甜味，但不能加入辣椒或花椒。综上所述本发明具有保健、抗疲劳、滋补肝肾、补脾益气、益精壮阳、补筋骨的功效，适用于肝肾阴亏、腰酸骨痛、头晕目眩、四肢麻木、阳痿、精神委靡，少寐多梦、健忘的人士食用，功效明确。本发明特别适用于男性。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已，并不用以限制本发明，凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种狗骨汤的制作方法，其特征是：
包括以下步骤：
1)准备基础食材；基础食材为狗骨头；
2)把基础食材放进锅内，把容器内的药材混合物放进锅内；按需要加入水；药材混合物由下列组分按重量份组成，枸杞子10份、淫羊藿5份、龙眼肉10份、续断5份、人参15份、玉米须2份、穿山甲5份、龟甲5份、冬虫夏草10份、莲子15份、半夏3份、吴茱萸1份、旋复花根1份、墨旱莲1份、当归10份、木瓜30份；
3)待锅内的水开了后，慢火煲两小时以上；
4)得到保健汤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的狗骨汤的制作方法，其特征是：所述的容器为塑料袋或罐头。
