一种动力导轨,其特征在于包括长条形箱体、设置在长条形箱体内的带有丝杆套的丝杆及滚珠导轨、设置在丝杆套及滚珠导轨上的横梁座,丝杆连接在长条形箱体两端的轴承座内的轴承上,长条形箱体上设置有倒扣的凹槽状封盖将丝杆、横梁座、滚珠导轨遮盖在长条形箱体内,横梁座的侧边连接有绕过倒扣的凹槽状封盖后伸出倒扣的凹槽状封盖外面的连接件,长条形箱体内灌注有润滑油,润滑油将丝杆及滚珠导轨润湿、浸泡。本发明与已有技术相比,具有能保证丝杆、滚珠导轨能可靠地获得润滑油润滑的优点。

本发明涉及一种陶瓷、石材加工技术。
背景技术
现有的水刀切割机用的带动横梁移动的动力导轨一般包括长条形箱体设置在箱体内的带有丝杆套的丝杆以及导轨,横梁的横梁座设置在导轨及丝杆套上,导轨一般采用滚珠导轨,而不管是丝杆还是滚珠导轨,都需要润滑油进行润滑,已有技术是通过循环泵油的方式给丝杆及滚珠导轨供给润滑油进行润滑。此种技术,由于润滑需要循环泵油的方式进行,一旦循环泵油出现故障,丝杆及滚珠导轨就不能获得润滑了,导致丝杆及滚珠导轨不能正常工作,甚至损坏。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种能保证丝杆、滚珠导轨能可靠地获得润滑油润滑的动力导轨。
本发明是这样实现的,其特别之处在于包括长条形箱体、设置在长条形箱体内的带有丝杆套的丝杆及滚珠导轨、设置在丝杆套及滚珠导轨上的横梁座,丝杆连接在长条形箱体两端的轴承座内的轴承上,长条形箱体上设置有倒扣的凹槽状封盖将丝杆、横梁座、滚珠导轨遮盖在长条形箱体内,横梁座的侧边连接有绕过倒扣的凹槽状封盖后伸出倒扣的凹槽状封盖外面的连接件,长条形箱体内灌注有润滑油,润滑油将丝杆及滚珠导轨润湿、浸泡。
由于采用了在长条形箱体内灌注润滑油,这样,就能有效地保证了丝杆、滚珠导轨获得润滑油的润滑。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有能保证丝杆、滚珠导轨能可靠地获得润滑油润滑的优点。

如图所示,本发明包括长条形箱体1、设置在长条形箱体1内的带有丝杆套2的丝杆3及滚珠导轨4、设置在丝杆套2及滚珠导轨4上的横梁座5,丝杆3连接在长条形箱体1两端的轴承座6内的轴承上,其中一端穿出长条形箱体1外与固定在长条形箱体1外端面上的电机7相连,长条形箱体1上设置有倒扣的凹槽状封盖8将丝杆3、横梁座5、滚珠导轨4遮盖在长条形箱体1内,横梁座5的侧边连接有绕过倒扣的凹槽状封盖8后伸出倒扣的凹槽状封盖8外面的与横梁9连接的连接件10,长条形箱体1内灌注有润滑油11,润滑油11将丝杆3及滚珠导轨4润湿、浸泡。

1.一种动力导轨,其特征在于包括长条形箱体、设置在长条形箱体内的带有丝杆套的丝杆及滚珠导轨、设置在丝杆套及滚珠导轨上的横梁座,丝杆连接在长条形箱体两端的轴承座内的轴承上,长条形箱体上设置有倒扣的凹槽状封盖将丝杆、横梁座、滚珠导轨遮盖在长条形箱体内,横梁座的侧边连接有绕过倒扣的凹槽状封盖后伸出倒扣的凹槽状封盖外面的连接件,长条形箱体内灌注有润滑油,润滑油将丝杆及滚珠导轨润湿、浸泡。
