本发明涉及一种车床自润滑中心架,本发明的目的在于,提供一种车床自润滑中心架,本发明的目的是这样实现的:该装置由气缸、活塞杆、螺母、导向键、支承架、中心架体、锁紧螺母、调节螺母、钢珠、支承体、弹簧、调节弹簧螺母、吸油条管、吸油条组成,其特征是:气缸、活塞杆、螺母与支承架左端相连,中心架体左侧通过导向键与支承架相连,钢珠安装在调节螺母内,钢珠右侧与支承体通过吸油条相连,支承体右侧为弹簧,弹簧右侧与调节弹簧螺母相连,调节弹簧螺母内装有吸油条管,吸油条管中装有吸油条与钢珠右侧吸油条连成一个整体。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:减小中心架与工件的接触面积,自动进行润滑,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车床自润滑中心架,属于机械制造技术领域。
背景技术
在车削加工中,尤其是对较长的精密零件进行切削加工时,需要用到中心架,同时为防止中心架与工件摩擦发热及擦伤工件,需不停地进行人工加注润滑油,这就需要一种能减小摩擦又能不需要人工加注润滑油进行自润滑的中心架,从而提高工件加工质量,降低生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种车床自润滑中心架,用这样的装置,能减小摩擦又能进行自润滑,不需要人工加注润滑油。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:该装置由气缸、活塞杆、螺母、导向键、支承架、中心架体、锁紧螺母、调节螺母、钢珠、支承体、弹簧、调节弹簧螺母、吸油条管、吸油条组成,其特征是:气缸、活塞杆、螺母与支承架左端相连,中心架体左侧通过导向键与支承架相连,支承架右侧与自润滑支承部件相连,自润滑支承部件中,钢珠安装在调节螺母内,钢珠右侧与支承体通过吸油条相连,支承体右侧为弹簧,弹簧右侧与调节弹簧螺母相连,调节弹簧螺母内装有吸油条管,吸油条管中装有吸油条与钢珠右侧吸油条连成一个整体,锁紧螺母与调节螺母相连。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:减小中心架与工件的接触面积,同时切削过程中可进行自润滑,不需要人工加注润滑油,从而提高工件加工质量,降低生产成本。

如图1、图2所示,该装置由气缸2、活塞杆3、螺母4、导向键5、支承架6、中心架体9、锁紧螺母81、调节螺母82、钢珠83、支承体84、弹簧85、调节弹簧螺母86、吸油条管87、吸油条88组成,其特征是:气缸2、活塞杆3、螺母4与支承架6左端相连,中心架体9左侧通过导向键5与支承架6相连,支承架6右侧与自润滑支承部件8相连,自润滑支承部件8中,钢珠83安装在调节螺母82内,钢珠83右侧与支承体84通过吸油条88相连,支承体84右侧为弹簧85,弹簧85右侧与调节弹簧螺母86相连,调节弹簧螺母86内装有吸油条管87,吸油条管87中装有吸油条88与钢珠83右侧吸油条88连成一个整体,锁紧螺母81与调节螺母82相连。气缸2带动活塞杆3及支承架6上的两个自润滑支承部件8左右移动,以适应不同工件直径,钢珠83在弹簧85作用下,始终与吸油条88接触,保证钢珠的润滑。

1.一种车床自润滑中心架,由气缸、活塞杆、螺母、导向键、支承架、自润滑支承部件、中心架体组成,自润滑支承部件由锁紧螺母、调节螺母、钢珠、支承体、弹簧、调节弹簧螺母、吸油条管、吸油条组成,其特征是:气缸、活塞杆、螺母与支承架左端相连,中心架体左侧通过导向键与支承架相连,支承架右侧与自润滑支承部件相连,钢珠安装在调节螺母内,钢珠右侧与支承体通过吸油条相连,支承体右侧为弹簧,弹簧右侧与调节弹簧螺母相连,调节弹簧螺母内装有吸油条管,吸油条管中装有吸油条与钢珠右侧吸油条连成一个整体,锁紧螺母与调节螺母相连。
