Abstract

本发明是属于一种新型规整塔填料。该填料是 以塑料或金属薄板压制成带有凸凹单元体的脉冲波 纹板片,然后再按一定规则组装成填料体构成脉冲波 纹填料,脉冲波纹填料既具有波纹填料分离效率高、 通过能力大、压降低、操作弹性大等优良的综合性能, 又具有脉冲填料的脉冲作用,从而强化了传质、传热 效果。该填料可广泛用于吸收、蒸馏、换热、洗涤等化 工过程,效果效益俱佳。

Description

本发明属于一种新型规整塔填料。
波纹填料以其优良的综合性能领导塔器新潮流。脉冲填料以其独特的脉冲作用为世人所瞩目。脉冲波纹填料将以独具一格的结构和性能展现在人们面前。
本发明的目的在于提供一种既具有优良综合性能,又具有脉冲作用,从而强化传质、传热效果的塔填料。
本发明的结构特点是:采用厚0.1-2.0毫米,宽100-300毫米的塑料或金属薄带,先冲制出

6规则排列的小孔,开孔率为5-15%,再压制出小皱纹,最后压成脉冲波纹板片,该脉冲波纹板片上的波纹倾角为10°-60°,顶角为60°-120°,波峰高5-50毫米。在波纹通道中冲有梭形脉冲单元或波形脉冲单元。将这样带有脉冲单元体的波纹板片按相邻两板片波纹倾角方向为轴对称的规则组装成圆盘状或方块状的填料体,即为本发明脉冲波纹填料。
附图1是本发明第一种脉冲波纹填料单片脉冲波纹板的结构示意图,图2是图1中B-B剖面图。在图1中1为小孔,2为凹波单元体,3为凸波单元体,4为坡面,把这样结构的波纹板片组装成的填料称之为:“带有波形脉冲单元体的脉冲波纹填料。”它的结构特点是:凹凸脉冲单元体连续而又相间地规则排列于波纹通道的坡面上。相邻两坡面上的凹凸脉冲单元体则以对称或共轭(非对称)的形式排布。波形脉冲单元体的大小因脉冲波纹填料的规格而异,其波长为5-100毫米,波高为1-5毫米。
附图3是本发明第二种脉冲波纹填料单片脉冲波纹板的结构示意图,图4是它的A-A剖面图。图中5为小孔,6为小皱纹。7为凹单元体,8为凸单元体,9为坡面。把这样结构的波纹板片组装成的填料称之为:“带有梭形脉冲单元体的脉冲波纹填料。”它的结构特点是:梭形脉冲凹单元体间断地排列于波峰的棱线上,梭形脉冲凸单元体间断地排列于波谷的棱线上,每个凸单元体位于左右两波峰棱线上相邻四个凹单元体所组成的矩形中心点上。梭形脉冲单元体的大小可随脉冲波纹填料的规格而变。梭长在5-50毫米,梭腰宽3-30毫米,梭谷深为2-20毫米,梭间距为梭长的1.5-3倍。
脉冲波纹填料除了具有分离效率高,通过能力大,压力降低,操作弹性大,几乎没有放大效应等优良的综合性能之外,还具有能使流体的流动产生脉冲作用,提高了气液湍动程度,从而强化了传质、传热的效果。
脉冲波纹填料可广泛用于吸收、解吸、蒸馏、闪蒸、换热、洗涤等化工过程。用它改造板式塔或颗粒填料塔,可实现增产、优质、节能、降耗和达标的目的。

Claims (6)

1、一种脉冲波纹填料,其特征是:采用塑料或金属薄带制成具有特定形状脉冲单元体的脉冲波纹板片,再按一定规则组装成圆盘状或块状的填料体。
2、按权利要求1所说的脉冲波纹填料,其特征是:所采用的塑料或金属薄带的厚度为0.1-2.0毫米,带宽为100-300毫米,带上冲有规则排列的 4-

6小孔,其开孔率为5-15%,并且带上压有小皱纹。
3、按权利要求1所说的脉冲波纹填料,其特征是:脉冲波纹板片的波纹倾角为10°-60°,顶角为60°-120°,波峰高为5-50毫米。
4、按权利要求1所说的脉冲波纹填料,其特征是:在波纹通道内设有特定脉冲单元体,其一是在坡面上设有凹凸波形脉冲单元体,该凹凸脉冲单元体是以连续而又相间地规则排列着,相邻两坡面上的凹凸脉冲单元体是以对称或共轭(非对称)的形式排布,其二是在波纹通道的波峰、波谷棱线上设有“梭形脉冲凹凸单元体”,凹单元体间断地排列于波峰的棱线上,凸单元体间断地排列于波谷的棱线上,并且每个凸单元体位于左右两波峰棱线上相邻的四个凹单元体所构成的矩形中心点上。
5、按权利要求4所说的脉冲波纹填料,其特征是:波形脉冲单元体的大小因脉冲波纹填料的规格而异,其波长为5-100毫米,波高为1-5毫米,梭形脉冲单元体的大小是随脉冲波纹填料的规格而变,梭长为5-50毫米,梭腰宽为3-30毫米,梭谷深为2-20毫米,梭间距为梭长的1.5-3倍。
6、按权利要求1所说的脉冲波纹填料,其特征是:把按权利要求1至权利要求5所制好的带有凸凹单元体的脉冲波纹板片,以相邻两脉冲波纹板片的波纹倾角方向为轴对称的规则组装成圆盘状或方块状的脉冲波纹填料体。
